Just Don't

I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered.

The clothes are too small (three dresses, size XL fit like a Small, I could hardly get them over my chest) and the one of two shirts that did fit properly shredded at the seam the first time I wore it.
I can understand sizing differences, but they are extreme. I can also understand the occasional missed seam, but taken together I am out a lot of money with nothing to wear to work.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

The clothing looks absolutely nothing like the pictures on the website. The material is so cheap and horrible, very poor quality.

I tried to get a refund, they tried to talk me out of it. Then they just ignored me. Please do not buy from them, extremely unprofessional and deceitful company.

Returns

So I finally get an item two weeks after payment and when receives it was WAY smaller and I requested a return slip. Their return must be within 30 days... now mind you at this point I'm almost at the third days from order and still waiting on a response to get a return ticket. My guess is I will miss the 30 day deadline.

Order a wonderful LOOKING sweater coat for Christmas Season on 11/20.
I did read a review stating there was a long wait for product. Paypal cleared and tracking # NEVER worked. Sent many emails about tracking. Today 12/27 still waiting, even cancelled order, still waiting on that. Horrible! They need a new translator to send return emails. Sorry but Extreme Slow Boat from China

Scam
January 11, 2017

I placed an order that I never received. You cannot call their customer service. After going through the process of filling out a complaint ticket, they finally got back with me claiming that the order was on its way, even providing a fake tracking number. Not surprisingly, I never received it. I had to deny the charges with my credit card to get a refund.

I order 3 outfits for Christmas. They arrive mid January after begging for an update on the status of my Oder. When I finally got it I have been trying to get a return label to send it all back. The customer service phone number is only a recording. I have yet to get a call, this has been a nightmare since 12-6. I still am unable to return these 3 crappy outfits. I am sure they will now tell me, if they ever answer, you waited to long.

Horrible experience!

Bad product. Very hard to get customer service to respond. Finally, after weeks of trying, I got an email saying "ok, you can return but you have to pay shipping to China, probably more than order was." This is crap! I'm glad I didn't order more. This was my first and last time to order on line.

I placed an order for my company holiday party over a week in advance that it was coming this week. Turns out they said I still needed to pay?!?! I did pay it was taken out of my checking account. Now I'm going back and forth with them. Ugh, too late. Now I have to go and try and find another dress by Saturday

Ordered a shirt from them and it took five weeks to arrive. Although listed as my size (it has one small label with the size, but no care instructions or brand name label) the shirt is definitely at least two sizes smaller. The fabric is poor quality and one side of the shirt is pressed and the other so wrinkled it looks like different fabric.So far, I cannot find a way to return it. Don't order from this company, it is a scam.

Wish I had read first!

I ordered 4 swimsuits. In fairness, two of the four fit and I actually kind of liked them. Quality is not quite what I'm used to buying but hey, they cost $25 each, what do you expect. My issue is that I cannot reach a person from their website to get return instructions for the two suits I don't want. I reached out to them on their website and I get an email back saying my inquiry to the company was not delivered to the recipient (lulugal)... I figure by the time I call Shanghai and talk to someone, then mail it, my $50 return will have been used up. I guess you live and learn and I will be way more attentive to the website I order from.

Worst ever

I placed an order, took almost a month to receive and everything was too small. I ordered one size bigger than their size chart and everything was 2 sizes too small.

I tried to return the items, but they said it would be super expensive. We went back and forth for days, to only receive a 30% credit.

I will never shop from this website again.

BEWARE - Do NOT order!

If I could give negative stars, I would. BEWARE. It takes a while to get the merchandise and then the sizes are WAY off like a XXL is maybe an adult small or smaller in all three items I ordered. The quality is garbage. If you want to return them, shipping costs $60+ for large envelope size from the US and then they only want to give you back a 60% refund. This is obscene! Please don't waste your time or money.

This company may not even exist! I purchased a dress and didn't receive it so after a month I emailed and got a response that it was on its way. I finally told them after a couple more weeks to credit my account but they never did. Plus they told me they would only give me 60% back because I would have to pay for shipping. What crock.

Cutest Dress I Own!

I read all the reviews after I ordered this two tone dress. I was scared, especially when it took about 6 weeks to get here. I was provided a tracking number and I check the package's progress every couple of days. When it arrived, I opened it and, except for needing a pressing, it was fantastic! Just like in the picture, well made and really, really cute. If you do not mind waiting for your order to arrive, I can't complain about the dress I received.

I bought a swimsuit online. Thinking I was ordering from an American company... nope! My parcel came from China. Looked nothing like it did in the picture, very poor quality, I paid through paypal and was refunded my money in full. Did take some time to resolve, but paypal is aware of this company. The company wants you to ship it back for a refund, but guess what... it costs 4 times the amount of the suit to send back to China! Hope this helps everyone!

Lulugal scam

I bought two dresses from this website. The material is cheap, one fits too small the other too big. The color of one is completely different then advertised. They do not provide a return label. It cost me about 22.00 dollars to return, They only refund 60% of the order. So after doing the bath. I would get 9.00 back. I'm stuck with two ugly dresses. Do not order from this website! You have been warned. I wish I could have googled this website before ordering.

The products were awful and cheap. They did not look anything like the pictures. There was no invoice in the package, so I tried to go online to get an invoice. They make it impossible, so I am stuck with this crappy stuff, which I think is their goal. I would not recommend this to anyone. Who sends an item in the mail without an invoice? I even tried to download one from my paypal account, but the invoice number on that did not work either.
