Sorry lulugal.com don't know their on terms and conditions. They also state you have to talk to a customer service representative in order to return items, they don't answers the phone. Plenty of BULL flowing.
3 WEEKS later, still waiting on my order! They ship from China and as I track my order I can it it is literally on a boat crossing the sea! The promise a "first time buyer" discount that you cannot apply to any sale items which is not disclosed when you sign up. This site is a mess
These clothes are terrible. The sizing is not correct and forget about trying to return it. They make it so much hassle that it's not worth trying to recoup your 60% of what you paid and it would take weeks. I wish i had read reviews BEFORE i bought but didn't pay attention to the return policy. CLothes took about 3 weeks to get here from China. Save your money.
I submitted a ticket after receiving my dress that had shipped 21 days later and it came with stains on the back. The picture of the dress was not accurate at all. First time trying on the dress, the zipper broke. Every time I try to contact customer service, the phone says to leave a message, or the online chat is never available.
I had been looking at a dress and was ready to order but ran across this site first, so glad I did! Wish this site could be run along with the company advertisement on Facebook so buyers could beware.
I wish I would have read these reviews before I purchased from this company! I ordered a jacket in an XL to be on the safe side because I would normally wear a Large. Just as other reviewers have stated, this is clearly for a child! It's an adult size Medium at best. Trying to deal with the company for a return is impossible! I will be gifting mine as well. Save yourself the hassle and don't order from Lulugal!

I ordered a top and the sizing is so off and returning it is so difficult, I'll probably give it away... a waste of $42.
The return address on the package is in China. I emailed them and one email takes a day to receive and respond to. After a week of this nonsense they tried to talk me out of returning the item because 1. Postage would be high. 2. They would only refund a portion of the purchase price because there's a restocking fee. 3. Why not get a credit for a future purchase? Are they kidding?... a future purchase?... no chance!

Do Not Order From This Company! Their sizing is completely incorrect. They have a sizing chart on their website which is completely for show. The Item I received would not fit anyone but a young child. Vendor said I could pay for return postage or just give it away!
Be aware that you will be disappointed when you order from this site. There is no labelling in the clothing... they send out one size to fit everyone. If you are a larger fitting you can forget ever wearing the garment. And the return system is a joke... you pay to get it back to China and then you pay 40% for the initial delivery. Still interested?
I ordered a very pretty coat for my daughter as a Christmas present. She is a medium in jackets. I also double checked with their size chart/measurements just to make sure. The coat arrived and it became clear that their sizing must be for children sizes (which makes perfectly sense considering how tiny women are in China). I would have ordered a size XXL if they would have mentioned that sizing detail.
Now they are refusing to send a "ticket" with a return address, in order for me to return the coat and get a refund. I will research some info online to report them. I know there are authorities that polices this dishonest crooks online and have the power to shut them down.
Just received my order today. I bought 4 dresses and 3 tunics. BAD quality. They're ugly ugly ugly! Size of the dresses doesn't match what they describe on the website. One of the dress ribbon is ripped and another dress zipper is broken! Also they just use a DHL plastic bag to ship your order! I will never buy from Lulugal again!
The fabric is very stretchy, I can easily wear it and show my figure. The customer service kindly help me get my size and I really appreciate that. Many thanks for such great items. I will recommend lulugal to all my friends.
I would not advise anyone to purchase anything from Lulugal. I brought a coat which looked lovely on the website but when it arrived, it was of extremely poor quality and badly sized. They were very unhelpful about my returning it to them, and would not cover the cost to return it. To return it would cost my £50. So, I have wasted $84.42 on a coat that is of no use to me whatsoever. I will never buy from them again.
Bought three bathing suits. Paid for faster shipping and that was ignored and took a month to get them. No refund for expedited shipping. Wanted to return 2 of them for style dislikes and they said I have to ship it back to China and they would only refund me 60%. I am in the "return policy" which claims to be easy. Anything but easy

I bought two items and they arrived two weeks later. Although I ordered the correct sizes neither item came close to fitting. I have tried to reach customer service for two days and can't get anyone to answer. Will never order from this company again!
I didn't get my order. Tracking info shows it was shipped, but that was over a month ago. Tracking has not been updated since. I paid through PayPal and hope I can get a refund. It really does pay to read the reviews before purchasing online. Wished I had done that.
I wish I'd read these review before ordering. I usually do read the print and the return policy but I didn't as it was an impulse. It's so shoddily made, doesn't fit and I got the same poorly written reply from customer service. I'll see what I can do with PayPal.
Too bad all the reviews are negative. They have a couple of coats that I really like on FB. Now, I won't even think of ordering anything from this company. Thank you to everyone who has posted reviews. I am sorry that you all have had such negative and difficult experiences.
This is the worse company I have ever tried to deal with. The dress I received is plainly 2 different colors. Response from them was no refund. Website clearly states at the top 30 day easy return. Do Not Order From This Chinese Company. It is a scam.
This is the first review I have written in years. I am furious. The products look great online and the quality is as if my five year old made it in her sleep. I cannot begin to explain how hideous these products are. Whatever you do, do NOT order from Lulugal. This site is the biggest scam I have ever experienced!
