I will NEVER order another thing from them and would advise anyone else to stay far away from them. The size L dress I received would not even go over my shoulders and I wear a size 10. Their customer support is horrible and the Free Shipping and Returns listed on their website is a lie. Save your money and buy elsewhere!

Stop ordering from them - you will either never get it or it will be a wrong fit. You will never see your money back either. Returns are also ridiculously expensive and will cost you more than what you paid for any item. Please turn your back and run.

Cancel the order if you can. Chances are you won't like the item once you get it anyway, and it's nearly impossible to return items. Hopefully you used a credit card so you can request a credit from them. Never use Paypal for companies you're not familiar with.

Hopefully you used a credit card or PayPal... so the best advice I can give you is to place a complaint claim through the credit company... They will handle it for you. I have one happening right now... this is a scam company! Wished I had looked at the reviews first... GOOD LUCK.

Good luck. They ship from Shanghai China. Comes on a slow boat if you get it at all. I was in a fight with them through PayPal and ended up losing my case. I'm out $50.00 but I have two tops in XXL that are more like a size 12.
