I placed an order first week of March. Still no sign of it and status hasn't changed on the tracking since it shipped. If you want to wear it this year probably best to avoid liligal/lulugal or any other name they change to!

I purchased a coat from Lulugal. What I got was laughable. You've seen those pictures on Facebook that show you what was ordered and what was actually received? Yeah... that was this. Picture looked like a nice flared coat with a big rolled over knit collar (kind of like a big turtle neck). The collar doesn't even meet in the front! Also, the side seams are so far towards the back the pockets would be useless. If I could post pictures, I would. Nothing like what was pictured on their website. Good thing shipping was free... took a month to get here. I've tried to long back in numerous times to complain and post pictures, but the log in I created is no longer recognized. Don't buy from this company!

Lulu Gal Is the Worst

Do not order from Lulu Gals! I placed an order over a month ago and have requested a refund to no avail. They claim the shipment is in transit and delayed due to weather - funny thing is - when you use the tracking number provided... it's still showing to be at the facility! Worst customer service and support... and after reading other reviews - not too excited to get the dress due to other customers stating poor quality and cheaply made.

Stay away from this company! Their products do not run true to size--they are all over the place. Their returns policy requires a return to China, which would cost more than the product is worth. They are frauds.

PLEASE READ!

This company is a complete scam. I lost 200.00 because I took a chance and ordered online for the first time. A month after ordering and paying for extra shipping to get my items in 3-5 days, I have nothing to show for my 200.00. I have called, emailed and filled out complaint "tickets" on their website. The phone number is no longer working number and they don't return emails. Do not order from this company, you will be so sorry that you did! I know that I am very upset, discouraged and out 200.00 that I work very hard for.

Total ripoff

I have never been so duped in my life. Great photos. Everything appears on the up and up. Product is poorly made. Size charts are totally inaccurate, even if you order a size bigger, it is 3 x smaller. Customer service is total indifference. It was recommended that I resell the items and was offered 10% discount on the next purchase. They will not honor a return due to their faulty, inaccurate size charts. They know that the cost of return is prohibitive and make you suck it up. Sad all around. I would not even give it one star.

Ordered a shirt sweater combo in size XL (14-16) according to their size chart... received it today after waiting 4 1/2 weeks... My daughter who is a size xs-s now has a new shirt. Their sizing is way way off if you are a size small to medium your all set a large or large forget it. Wish I had read all of the reviews before i ordered. I will keep it and pass it on because I'm sure if it took over a month to receive it would take even longer to return and get a refund. Lesson learned!

Ripped Off

I ordered 4 items from this site. Never received order confirmation. The items arrived a month after being ordered. The items I ordered were not what Was sent from Lulugal. They matched in color but were totally different from pictures on the website. They are not anything I would ever wear. They are cheap and ugly. My account was charged for more than the enclosed invoice price. The phone number listed on their website is phony because I called it. If anyone has had any success in contacting these people please let me know. You can kiss your $ goodbye if you order from these clowns.

My order was two sizes too small, wet and smell like manure. Very poor customer service and number on their website does not exist. This company has very poor customer and I would never ever ever order from them again. Only gives 60% refund and you have to pay for shipping. It doesn't say anywhere on the website that it is being shipped from China. Very deceptive company and should be shut down.

Scam, stay away!

Completely agree with all of the other reviews. Nothings fits. The material is worse than doll clothing fabric. Have been arguing with them back and forth for at least two weeks, they will not pay for the return and will only reimburse me 60%. Absolutely infuriating.

How do I choose ZERO stars?

Ordered and received dress - directly shipped from China - how do you return things to China? Ordered size large for a size 10 woman. Dress arrived, color not exactly what is pictured, cannot even get it over my head/shoulders. It actually fits my size 3 daughter who unfortunately isn't interested in keeping it. I have filed several ticket requests for service and don't hear anything back. Will pursue credit card charge back if I don't get a response. This item isn't what was pictured/advertised. AVOID THIS VENDOR!

Me too. They offered 75% return. If you look on their site it says free shipping and handling and 7-15 day shipped. No way. When I started tracking package shipping company in LA said they returned the package back to China several different generic reasons why. I then contacted Lulu and they said it was my fault and they would agree to reimburse me $75.00. No way in he'll I'm going to let that fly. I contacted PayPal and not only did they agree to get all the funds but after I read some of these reviews said they were going to investigate this company. She assured me PayPal will not do business with a company like Lulu. Kicking myself for not doing my homework.

Fraud! Buyers Beware!

I wish I read these reviews before ordering :( This is not a legitimate company! There phone number does not connect and their online chat is not a live chat it is an email. Placed my order and after 1 week i still had not received any shipping/tracking information. I have contacted them via email on 3 occasions only to receive emails from Lulugal with spelling errors and BS! I have been in contact with PayPal.

Worst ever

I had the worst experience ever wth them the website says easy return policy within 30 days. Tried and tried. PayPal half tried to help. LULUGAL offered one third credit. Or I could one third of my total $45 in shipping to shanghai to get the rest $95 back - or store credit but stuff is so super cheap toxic feel no way

Extremely bad workmanship, cheap material and there is no free returns, when you try to return they tell you that shipping is really expensive so they prefer that you keep the item for a 10% discount, it doesn't say on the site itself, but it is based in China, the goods come from there, are made for asian sizes with the cheapest material they can find, looks nothing like the pictures advertised

The worst online company I've ever dealt with. The sizing is completely off. They give you no instructions on how to reach them or return merchandise. When I finally figured out how to email them, their reply was "why waste your money returning, give the clothing away as gifts". I wish I had read the reviews before I placed an order. Don't waste your time or money. All items are completely misrepresented!

Another consumer has been burned! However, I tried to cancel my order BEFORE they had shipped it. They claim 2-5 days to ship an order, but it had long passed that number. As soon as I sent a cancellation notice, they suddenly shipped the package. I had paid for it through Visa, and I called them and lodged a complaint. They immediately removed the charge pending the investigation. I am today sending a huge packet with some of your reviews, as well as their promises on their non-working website.

This company just takes your money, sends items in whichever size they have on hand and not the one you ordered, then tells you to return the stuff to China at great cost if you're not happy with their 25% return policy. They would be best off the market.

Beyond horrible!

I ordered a dress for my mother in law for Christmas. It took almost a month to be delivered. The dress looks absolutely NOTHING like the picture on the website. I've been emailing them constantly and now they are telling me that I'm only getting a 60% refund and I have to pay for shipping it back to them. What a waste of my time and money. I will never deal with this $#*!ty site again.
