Stay away!

I purchased a dress for christmas parties. Was thrilled when it arrived... not so thrilled when I took it out of the package. Poor quality fabric, sized so small (even though I ordered a size larger than needed) that I can't fit into it. Multiple attempts to file a return request are met with "that is an incorrect order number" even though I copied and pasted directly from my email. Shame on me for not checking a too good to be true deal before ordering.

Avoid lulugal

I would give them minus 5 stars but this site won't let you post unless you choose one. Terrible, the clothing is actually Asian sizing so don't fall for its sizing charts. Plus the '30 days return' is a joke, I've so far swapped 8 emails with them and they still haven't given me details of how I return and are indicating that by the time I get a refund it won't be much due to shipping charges and could take months. I am starting to wonder how honest this site is.

I'm trying to return 2 items I cannot reach anyone in customer service. I have 30 days to return these items... my credit card payment was taken 20 seconds after I punched it. You should be honest and let people know they are stuck with your product. I'm not impressed!

I can only reiterate what all the other reviewers have said. Dress and fabric not as described or looked on their website. Very poor quality fabric and construction and size not accurate. I have tried in vain to get a refund but they will not give me a returns address. My worst experience of online shopping ever. So a lesson learnt.

So my item finally arrived. I never did get a response from customer service. My item looks basically like the ad, but the finish of the garment is poor. It lays badly. It fits, though it is oddly tight in the lower arms. It was not horribly expensive. Sticking to reputable companies from now on. Won't order from this company again. Prices too good to be true are just that.

Placed order for two dresses I saw ad on. Facebook. Placed order Nov. 13,2016. Still have not received them. Attempted to track order to discover they are based out of China. Contacted them on their website. After being told to wait another week I finally threatened legal action. They refunded 60% Dec. 29,2016. I don't recommend doing business. I would give them zero stars if I could. Wish I'd read reviews before ordering.

Don't buy from them!

My order took 3 weeks or more to arrive, item is cheaply constructed and way too small even though I ordered a larger size than I normally wear. Trying to return item is like pulling teeth. Can't wait to see what it will cost me to ship this stupid cheap shirt to China! I'm hoping to get a refund but don't know if they will deduct a restocking charge or what at this point. Don't bother with this company! Buy American!

Waste of $$$

Don't do it! Yes, it all looks nice on-line. However, it comes from China. I found the quality to be awful and their return policy is a crock of... Bleep! First they take forever to respond, then they try to convince you to keep the items (even though they are way too small (size charts are off) and when you insist on returning them you find out they only refund 60 percent! And you pick up the bill to ship. Never again! Waste of my time and money. I will sell the items I purchased to make my $ back.

Like everyone I got caught up in the low prices and cute swim suits. They didn't send me half my order and refuse to give me my money back. I'm not sure how that is legal or what recourse I have. For $26 I'm probably just going to call it a "lesson learned". Seriously though, the suit that I did receive is very poorly made and I can't even wear it. Do Not Order from this company!

Would give no stars but not an option. When I ordered I did not realize that it was a company in China. It literally took months to receive the clothing. It was awful. Not finished, nylon tread left hanging all over. Not even wearable. So far they have offered only a 20% refund and I can keep it. Big deal, it cannot be worn as it is not finished. DO NOT order from them you will be disappointed or even ripped off.

I had looked at the reviews and still ordered a shirt. I thought I'd be safe ordering under $10.
Wrong. Nightmare began with $29.00 charge for shirt. Began fighting as soon as I saw charge the next day. 6 weeks later, still fighting and have not received shirt.

NOTE... NOTHING advertised or promised on their website is true. No 3-5 day "dispatch" no free shipping, no special "codes" for discounts... nothing.

So children... learn from my mistake and just DONT DO IT.

This is absolutely the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. The clothes are terrible quality, sizing way off, and returns nearly impossible. They are located in Shanghai, China, but this isn't clear until you have ordered and want to return something. It takes forever to get your items. Then you'll spend the next 3 weeks trying to return them and they will only give you a small portion of your money back, after they charge for shipping back to a China and then a 40% "handling fee"! You will be throwing your money away. Don't buy from this company!

Worst customer service
November 25, 2016

Lulugal advertises that orders ship within 24 hrs. I ordered a swimsuit for my Hawaiian vacation over two weeks ago and still have not seen it. I have made repeated attempts to communicate with customer service and still have no idea if my order will be here in time. They do not provide a customer Service number (how convenient) so I've had to send repeated emails. I leave in four days and now there isn't enough time for me to order another suit from somewhere else. I will NEVER order from this company again if I could have I would've given them zero stars.

Sizing is off and quality cheap. Customer service unprofessional - feels like I am talking to a naive intern versus professional customer service person. They make you pay the costly shipping back to China for a partial refund. Wish I had seen this site before I tried them out.

Tricked!

Rip off warning! Should of gone here first. My story not too different: order arrived in a week, BUT definitely a size smaller than the medium I ordered. Tried to see if I could return/exchange... when the weirdness began. Contact number on website does not exist, in fact should be 011, not 001. Got a ticket, but there's no number on the email. Checked sitejabber and realized I just got ripped. Hoping to get a refund through PayPal.

Product is lower than low quality and sizes are totally not for Americans. Customer service is horrible. I wish I would have found these reviews before I had purchased. My comments are the same as others on this site.

This company is pathetic

I placed an order that took 64 days to receive. When I did finally get the dress it was way too small (I had ordered one size larger than my normal size), The skirt of the dress was literally sewn on backward and the seams was crooked.
I had contacted Lulugal twice via email with no solution being offered. I ripped the dress apart to use the fabric in crafts.
A total waste of time, effort and money.
I guess there are enough of us suckers to keep them in business.

I was just about to buy a dress then decided to look at reviews for the website. Wow, how is this 'company' still in business?! I also checked out the 5 star reviews and I'm quite sure they were made by the company because 1. They don't know proper English LOL and 2. They're all made on the same day, 10/9/2016!

I just wish I would've read all these reviews before I ordered 2 swimsuits! Everything I'm reading here is true about this company. I'm pretty sure I can just kiss my money goodbye! It's been 2 months and I'm still waiting and I've asked for a refund twice. Live and learn! Do not order anything from lulu gal!
