Buy American!

Wish i could give 0 rating! Ordered a coat and shirt. Took one month despite fast shipping. Was able to track item and found was shipped from Shanghai, which was never mentioned on Web page. Items received were in deplorable condition. Covered in loose threads, buttons loose, with long strings. Seams crooked. Ordered 1 size up as review stated ran small, but found that sleeves on BOTH coat and shirt narrow-Same circumference at upper arm as wrist! Learned my lesson! No receipt or shipping label inside. Don'the waste your $$!

Should've known better. My item has been "in transit" since November 21. That's 17 days! Is it coming by canoe across the Pacific? I realize we've all been spoiled with the rapid turnaround from most retailers, so I was preparing myself to wait up to 2 weeks, but now it's been nearly a month since I placed the actual order (they immediately charged my credit card, but didn't actually ship it for a week). Here's hoping it will at least be worth the wait, although reading these reviews I'm not holding my breath. Lesson learned - don't buy it from an unknown source, no matter HOW cute the top!

I'm horrified to read all these reviews. I checked my shipment notice and found out it is still in China - which I didn't realize it was from there. I am quite worried about what quality this will be but have stopped being excited about the arrival.

Please save yourself your money, time and energy and do not buy from Lulugal. I purchased 2 items and was very unhappy with the quality and fit. When I tried to contact customer service about a return/refund/exchange, they were not at all helpful. Its been three weeks that I am trying to get this resolved, through multiple calls (no response), chats and emails, but the conclusion is that they are only willing to refund 20% of what I paid.
Their website says Easy Returns dont be fooled. They will not give you the address to return.
Very disappointing!

Crooks!

I ordered a bathing suit top over 2 months ago which was supposed to arrive in 2-5 weeks but is still not here. Their tracking site is awful and randomly goes down. They won't just refund the money nor provide support to find the package. They told me to call my postal service if I wanted help meanwhile the package isn't even in Canada yet. Stay away! I believe this is a crooked operation and cannot say how frustrating it has been.

Definite fraudsters

My experience is the same as the others here. Ordered an item that was 59% smaller than their size chart indicated. When I asked to return it they said sure but would never provide the address. Then they played the "compensation" game and finally ignored me altogether (after trying the whole shipping charges routine). But I returned the charge on my card because I kept copies of all the correspondence. Don't waste your time. Just tell everyone not to use them. I suspect any positive review on this site is them posting.

WOW wish i had known!

Same sorry such small sizing even didn't fit my skinny daughter... such a rip off almost makes you feel like you are wearing children's clothes when you try them on. I saw someone saying they were going to try to get refund from PayPal hope that works... will never do this again..

I usually check reviews prior to ordering; must have been asleep at the keyboard this time. Ordered two tops. One was really poorly made and sewn. It was also at least 2 sizes too small. The other was okay but barely passable. Neither were worth the money or the wait. No care instructions, really cheap material, nothing like advertised. I'll chalk this up to a bad experience not to be repeated.

It took three weeks to receive my order! The two dresses were so cheap. Almost like an old stiff workers glove material. They will not acknowledge my request for return / credit! Left a phone message as well! Sent in three tickets and it keeps referring to my first ticket on shipment! Customer service is terrible! Website not updated or easy to use! Contacting my credit card company now.

Completely bamboozled

Oops. Forgot to check reviews. As everyone who is reviewing now knows, this company is a sham. Do not ever order anything from them. I'm only out about $40.00, but I worry that they have my credit card number. Now I will have to go through the process of cancelling my card and getting another one reissued. Shoot!

Scam!

Like others, I ordered from the site, and our account was charged, but so far nothing has shipped. And today it appears their website is no longer working. I'll be getting PayPal to refund my money. Thankfully I only bought two inexpensive items, trying to test it before I ordered anything important.

HORRIBLE QUALITY ITEMS

By paying $35.00 for a shirt I would expect the quality to be some what decent. I received something that looks like it was made in a home economics class. Its the worse shirt ever. I cannot reach anyone via phone and there is no way to contact them via email. Save your money and don't shop at this place.

Return to China?

Even one star is too generous for this company. Shoddy workmanship, Fabric disintegrates like tissue paper. I mistakenly waited to check reviews until after I'd submitted my order. Tried to cancel the order 14 minutes later and was told they would. Well, they didn't and now I'm stuck with two dresses I'm even embarrassed to give to Salvation Army. Avoid!

I should have known the price was too good to be true and search the seller. When you look at the 5 star ratings, they are obviously all written by a non-English speaker. I never received my purchase and have contacted lulugal via PayPal - will see if I get anything back!

Purchased a bathing suit. I wear a 34 bra, bathing suit said 37 measurement. I figured that would allow for my breast room. Measurements were wrong. My boobs didn't even fit in bathing suit.

Reached out, and just like all other complaints was told not to send back item but that they would issue a 20% credit which was $4.00. Ridiculous.

I told them no and asked for address to ship it back and get full refund. They stopped responding to me. Now, they wont respond at all!

Shady Chinese business. Don't give them your money, stay in America where you will get the items you want not one you will toss away.

Don't buy this. The delivery takes forever (from China). The quality is horrible and the sizes are wrong. Worst of all, it's impossible to return anything. They just put you off requesting pictures and bogus information.

Terrible Sizing

Ordered 2 tops according to size guide. Took quite a while to receive but did arrive undamaged. Both tops are terribly undersized - perhaps as much as 2 sizes under! No invoice or instructions for return received. Will see if my daughter can use. Won't waste the postage to return but will never order from site again. Save your money for other sites!

I also ordered the coat which pictured a big roll-down collar - badly made, small holes
In the fabric, collar top is at my collar bone, it doesn't even go up the neck! Two other items way too small. Am out $94 but it's still not worth trying to return them. My fault for not checking these reviews first. When you first order, nowhere does it say these items are from China. I guess I will just have to consider it a learning experience!
