On the left - the dress, that is shown on-line shop Lulugal, and on the right- the dress I've got (after two month waiting). As everyone can see, there is nothing in common between them. Anyone, who is still looking at this site for buying something, BE CAREFUL to deal with #Lulugal! They fraud their customers! The site shows wonderfull catalogs of colorfull dresses and tunics, but you won't get what you see on site. As you can see, I've got completely different color and composition, completely different design. In addition of that, the size chart is wrong too, the size chart gives wrong measurement.
I asked from seller to send me another dress, but in proper color, design and size. Instead of doing so, Lulugal refused, requiring from me to send the dress back and to pay shipping fee. Needless to say, they are to blame for this matter! Instead of an apology to correct their mistake (if it could called so), they refused to refund my money, wishing " have a nice day " My suggesting - DON'T HAVE BUSINESS with Lulugal! I opened the case on PayPal in hope, they help me to refund money from fraud's #Lulugal.
I tried Lulugal by phone and email many times to return what did not fit from my order but no reply and I will never order again from this company.
Cheap cheap cheap! And misleading. Returns are NOT easy. You have to send the junk back to China. What a waste of $44. Save your money!
Merchandise nothing like depicted in the picture. Cost more to return to China than the sweater cost. PayPal wont help you with this site.
Have you read your reviews lulu? No one is happy. Your clothes are crappy and so is your service. I am reporting this to Facebook and Google.

Terrible customer service.
They do not accept returns. Clothes do not fit. I wish I had read these reviews before I bought anything from them. AWFUL!
If I could give zero stars I would. I have never written a review before, but I am now because I am so bothered by this company and the way they conduct business.
First of all, their clothing is not made well, and looks pretty cheap (I understand it is cheap, but it doesn't have to look cheap).
Second, their customer service is horrible. They do not believe in customer satisfaction, and they do not adhere to their posted/advertised return policy. I ordered two tops, and one of the tops arrived with two holes in both shoulders. I contacted Lulu Gal to inform them of the issue. They had me submit pictures of the damaged item via their website, but their website wouldn't allow me to do that. Finally after a couple of emails back and forth, they allowed me to contact them via email. I have been in contact with them for the past 2 weeks, sending emails back and forth, trying to return my top. They first offered me 20% off my next order. I told them I don't want 20% because I would never buy anything from them again. They then directed me to their website to refer to their return policy. No where on it does it say they only refund 20%. They then told me they would refund me 40% because 60% is used for shipping fees. On the website is says 60% refund. They then offered to reimburse me for the cost to fix the item. When I agreed, they only offered me another option to refund me 30% of the cost of the shirt. There was much more back and forth. The prices are so low, so it is not about the money. It is about the horrible way they treat their customers and conduct business. My correspondence with them has made my blood boil because I can't believe what they do. I hope I can at least stop one person from purchasing from them.

As a follow up to my other 2 emails about this horrible company and their hidden and convoluted return policy, I thought I would share the return instructions that they finally emailed to me in their "live chat". Read and PLEASE do even consider ordering from this crooked website.

I ordered a swimsuit in December! It is now 2/24 & I haven't received it as yet? They have my money & I have no merchandise!
I am glad I read thr reviews. I was going to order 7 tops. Glad I am not going to waste time or money. Very sad because the clothes looked cute.
Answer: I will NEVER order another thing from them and would advise anyone else to stay far away from them. The size L dress I received would not even go over my shoulders and I wear a size 10. Their customer support is horrible and the Free Shipping and Returns listed on their website is a lie. Save your money and buy elsewhere!
Answer: Stop ordering from them - you will either never get it or it will be a wrong fit. You will never see your money back either. Returns are also ridiculously expensive and will cost you more than what you paid for any item. Please turn your back and run.
