Ordered a green dress which looked lovely in the picture, and got a sack delivered, tried to return, and got every tactic in the book to stop me sending it back, this is a bad company DO NOTY WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Ordered a dress in WINE RED recieved said item in BRIGHT ORANGE. No return address and only an offer of 20% refund. After several unsuccessful emails asking for a replacement or full refund they blocked my email. Pursued through PAYPAL to be told they considered there to be only a 'minor differerence' in what I ordered and what I received. YOU THINK?
I ordered a sweater dress from Lulugal and didn't know until after the transaction was under way that the company is in China. They offer free shipping, but say nothing in advance about the product being shipped from China. My dress came in a reasonable amount of time, but it was NOT the dress that was represented on the website. I thought I would be getting a cotton blend soft, swingy, navy blue sweater dress with orange trim. What I got was some kind of cheap Halloween costume version of the garment. The dress is made of cheap polyester, and in no way resembles sweater material. The orange trim is literally made from the cheap fabric that pre-bagged costumes are made from. There is no finishing on the trim. It is just a raw, 1-inch strip around the hem and cuffs. The sewing is remarkably bad, with bunching of the trim fabric and loose strings. There is nothing swingy about this garment. Also, the sizes are NOT represented accurately on their sizing chart. I felt like a numbskull when I looked up reviews for this site AFTER I ordered from them. Lesson learned. Don't order from this site unless you have a really great sense of humor, because I could only laugh when I saw this dress.
I am updating a review done last month. I returned two items that cost me $62.00 in shipping as unbeknown to me, this company is in China and no where is that information available. Even if you look at the "About us" on their webpage it does not say CHINA anywhere. Offer return policy but you play hell getting return info from them. It has now been since before Thanksgiving that I started trying to return these two items finally shipped on 12/8/2016 and it is now 1/18/2017 and still no work from lulugal. They have not responded to emails and Pay/pal decided not to pursue as they could not get tracking info after San Francisco. I ensured the pkg but PO will not refund unless pkd lost or damaged. No proof it got there or not as USPS does not track out of US. Great deal ugh? BUYER BEWARE. CLOTHES TO SMALL AND QUALITY FOR THE PRICE IS POOR. Delivered items are NOTHING like the items in their ads. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Shoddy workmanship, cheap fabrics, inconsistent sizing, slow delivery from Shanghai, China. It took 7weeks to get my order. Then the jackets I ordered would fit a 5yr old! They were so Tiny!
Now I can't get an answer from them in regards to sending them back. I'm sooooo frustrated!

I ordered from them after seeing a cute dress of theirs on Pinterest. After noticing the order confirmation email was in broken English, I looked into the company and so all of the horrible reviews. Their refund policy is that orders canceled within 12 hours and before shipping are owed a full refund. After that, a $3 per item surcharge is charged. I canceled my order exactly 54 minutes after placing it "via message" per the instructions in their policy. I received an email overnight asking why I was canceling. I informed them I no longer needed the items. They responded that there was a $3 fee per item. I told them there should be no fee because I canceled within the specified time. What ensued was a 5-day email exchange of them repeating "Hello, If you want to cancel the order you need pay handing fee of $3 for each item according to our policy, pls understand. Thank you. Below is the policy, please check, http://www.lulugal.com/return-policy-a90.html" and me responding QUOTING THEIR OWN POLICY to show that I did not owe a fee. I now disputed it with my credit card and they're still sending me emails in broken English asking for $6 in fees.
Never order from this company!
Dress took 32 days to arrive. No way to contact them. Seam ripped at sleeve, had to wear a throw to cover. Directions are in Chinese, bad bad choice, BUY AMERICAN!
This company is in Shanghai China (they hide that fact well), charged my credit card immediately, provided me a fake tracking ID, fake phone number, and wouldn't send my order for close to a month.
I sent several emails to them---in my first email, I was polite. By the fifth, I was downright mean, accusing them of scamming me and telling them I've alerted my credit card company and they NO longer have access to my credit card.
When I finally received my order, the swimsuits didn't fit (US sizes are obviously different than Chinese sizes.) I emailed them I needed to return the these and this is my last email from them--
"we are sorry for that and you can return it. Have you review our return policy? But it is not worthwhile for you to return according our return policy, you should bear the shipping fee back, it is so expensive and you should wait a long time and we just refund you not include the shipping fee when we send the order for u. As for the one you received, if you really cannot wear them, I suggest giving others as a gift or selling them on line. You will sell them at good price. How about we send you some compensation in your user center, you can use it next time. Pls advise"

Can anyone help me i think i will have to return a coat to china as they sent me the wrong coat and the wrong size i paid $123 dollers for the coat and it is going to cost me another £45 POUNDS TO RETURN IT
Wish I had read reviews before ordering. My credit card was charged immediately but it's 18plus days-no merchandise and no correspondence to let me know what's going on. Never again.
I saw this website on pinrest and I liked a cardigan that looked nice so I went and read some reviews that now I wised up and understand that those are fake! I ordered the cardigan and I received a piece of $#*! more then a month later the product itself was poorly made, and the Material that was made of it seemed to be made of something not suited for someone that has delicate skin anyway, I emailed them and told them that the product was absolutely inadequate and they SENT the wrong size so they responded sending me a form to fill it out and I just didn't bother with it and through it away and learn my lesson NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM LULUGAL! EVER! BUYER BE AWARE!

BUYER PLEASE BEWARE! The clothes are so cute online but it really is a shady company. They do not allow you to return items. I bought 5 items, 3 of which were defective (beyond poor quality - I opened my package one dress the zipper was broken, one had a 6 inch snag down the back of the dress, and the last shirt had seams that were not sewn at all straight (unwearable!). I have been trying for weeks with "customer service" to return the defective clothes and per their "easy 30 day return policy" they still have not provided me with how to return (it's no where on the website.). Instead I get the same respsonse - we will provide a 20% credit to your account. The $4.80 I would get back for the broken zipper will not cover the broken zipper and nothing can fix a dress that wasn't sewn correctly. I read bad reviews on this company and should have listened. Terrible customer service, no returns and incrediably poor quality / defective clothes (don't get pulled in my cute pictures of bad clothes.)
Purchased through PayPal and was told would ship out in 24hrs. 2weeks later and still not shipped and they will not reply to my questions or request to cancel and refund my $.

Their sizing is horrible and everything is shipped from oversees so if you want to return anything it costs lots of $$. Do not bother

Answer: I will NEVER order another thing from them and would advise anyone else to stay far away from them. The size L dress I received would not even go over my shoulders and I wear a size 10. Their customer support is horrible and the Free Shipping and Returns listed on their website is a lie. Save your money and buy elsewhere!
Answer: Stop ordering from them - you will either never get it or it will be a wrong fit. You will never see your money back either. Returns are also ridiculously expensive and will cost you more than what you paid for any item. Please turn your back and run.
