Horrible miss leading

It took 2 months to get an acknowledgement about my return I still don't have the credit to my bank They cannot be reached and email from china at 4 in the morning. Quality was awful DO NOT BUY HERE

I had reservations ordering from a site I hadn't really heard of especially when the price seemed too good to be true so when the item came and it was lovely material I though WOW. PHEW! Only it was too big in some areas and too small in others (I. E. I'm meant to be flat chested for this to fit). I read someone ordered a size too small so sent it back and got the next size up. There was no returns slip with the item so I contacted them via email from their website and was told "You need to pay for the shipping fee if you want to make an exchange or return. It is not worth returning the goods due to the postage costs, right? As for the one you received, if you really cannot wear them, I suggest giving others as a gift or selling them online.
How about you keep the item and we give you a big discount to buy the one you like?
Pls leave us a message." I replied asking for again for their address- the stamp on my package said Getmany so this is what I anticipated. I was told China. Wow. So yeah probably isn't worth the fees. Now I'm worried about their ethics too because the clothing is so cheap how do they manage the posting? Low wages? FYI if you want to return it its Room 1341, #1 building, 333 Lane, Jingang road, Pudong, Shanghai, *******, China. Though I don't know if they have a policy in place so you may return it and still not get your money back. Now I understand her suggestion to sell it on or give it away. A shame because I love the style but don't want to order the next size up and find myself in the same predicament.

Zero stars

Do not order from this company. I usually research a store I am not familiar with and I'm not sure why I didn't do it with this company. I guess I assumed they were US based. Seems they are based in China. Lesson learned. It took three weeks to get my order but reading other reviews, I guess I'm lucky I got it at all. The quality is lousy and in an attempt to return my items, I called the Customer Service number listed and there was no answer. I attempted to do a "live chat" but that was unavailable. So I sent an email. I have no idea at this point whether or not it went anywhere. I am now pursuing this through PayPal and hoping for compensation.

**Update** The emails I sent them bounced back (surprise!) so I contacted them through the PayPal dispute option. I asked for a full refund and they responded with an offer of 20% on each item. This amounted to about $10.50 total. Additionally, they want ME to pay for the shipping back to China. Sounds like a good deal. Right? They didn't recommend that I do that because it would take "very long time" for me to get my money back. I denied their offer.

UPDATE 02/24/17: Well, I lost my case through PayPal. One item was offered a full refund but I had to pay shipping to send it back. Item was $22, shipping to China was $22.00. The other item had no offers. So I'm stuck with them both. The XXL is more like a size 12. This company needs to be stopped. They blocked me from commenting on their Facebook page and only allowed positive comments. Now I notice they do not allow ANY commenting whatsoever. There is no way to warn others of this scam except for websites like this.

Purchased a coat seen on Facebook for $55.46. Then received an unmarked package 2 weeks later from Hans America Group in Doraville Georgia. Coate enclosed was extremely small and of poor construction. Backtracked Lulugal from Paypal transaction. Lulugal website advertises FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE +30DAYS RETURNS!. Contacted Lulugal through their website asking to do a return. Was contacted the next day with the following response:
Dont worry about it, you can return it back. But have you review our return policy? Because i have reviews and i think it is not worthwhile for you to return according our return policy, they need to charge you the shipping fee when they send the order to u, and it is so expensive, also you should wait a long time and you should bear the shipping fee back.
This is my suggestion, you can think about it: as for the one you received, if you really cannot wear them, I suggest giving others as a gift or selling them on line. You will sell them at good price. If you trust me, i can apply some compensation for u. Of course, if you still want to return, pls tell me and i will send you the return address.
Next response:
We are located in China, if return, you need to send it back to China, so i think it is not worthwhile for u
If you not return, i can apply 20% compensation for u, pls advise
