Oh my gosh I Wish There was a 0 star rating. Please do not buy anything from this company. They are fraudulent. I have requested to return and be refunded for a dress which I received that looks nothing like shown on picture and I have been fobbed off severally with an insulting offer of £9 voucher in place of my full refund. I have contacted them severally and they now ignore my msgs to make me give up. I will be escalating the matter as this is fraud.

PLEASE DO NOT FALL VICTIM OF THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. Do not buy anything from them. See images of the dress to know how terribly poor the quality looks.

I ordered two dresses from here loving the look of them & purchased them. A couple minutes later I saw that I had changed my mind because I found some other dresses that I loved better and thought to myself that's okay I can just cancel it before they even process it. Well I was unable to do that, I couldn't login to my account to cancel my order and the only customer service email they have is one that you have to compose a new message every day for someone to reach back to you. I have sent many emails saying that I wanted to cancel and on their website it says you can within 24hrs to receive full refund. They CONTINUOUSLY keep asking me to keep my order and are disregarding everything I say in my email about wanting to cancel. Any pregnant mommas out there, stay away from this website. I've heard horrible things about the quality too.

Lukalula is the biggest scam! I offer the same story as the other consumers on this site. My order was made a month before I was due thinking that should be plenty of time to receive my order...(Amazon you spoil us). I hounded them through email (the only way to communicate) and after a week they responded saying the order had already been shipped and there was nothing they could do. I made a complaint to my bank to stop payment but cancelled it because their tracking site showed it was in Georgia. It took 10 days for me to receive it! Talk about the pony express... this was more like a snail's express. My mistake I should have kept the complaint open.
The other issue, BIG issues I have was that I ordered three dresses, was charged for three, and only received two. I've sent them four emails for a refund but if I have to pay for shipping I will be better off just keeping them. As far as quality... poor quality, not even worth the dresses on sale. I hate I lost $60 but in the end, I'm glad I only lost $60.
PLEASE if you are reading this or any of the other comments on this website believe them and don't make an order with Lukalula, they will take your money and you'll not hear from them!

I ordered a maternity dress and paid expedited shipping on sept 4 I need the dress this weekend and you can't even track your order I've sent about 10 emails with no reply it's ridiculous I WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN AND IF THE DRESS IS NOT
DELIVERED BY OCT 3 I won't need the dress and request PayPal to refund me. If you could get a response or some type of communication maybe I would give it a higher rating

Ordered 2 dresses for my baby shower. Received the dresses and they are TRASH. Cheap, see through material on the first dress and it was being sold as maternity but barely fits over my belly. The second dress was literally like bathing suit coverup. It was lace see through with no slip underneath so if I wanted to wear it I would have to buy a slip or have something custom made. When I emailed to return they kept asking for pictures as proof. I Sent proof of their garbage product and their reply was "Due to how expensive shipping is and length of time, they would refund me $26 and I should have a slip made for under the dress". When I asked for a full refund they sent me the return information TO CHINA and included they didn't accept UPS, FedEx or DHL as return couriers! Waste of $85! TOTAL RIPOFF!

Ordered my dress and 5 days later still never recieved an email confirmation so I decided to call. They told me "they couldn't find my order number" even after giving my name and email adress and asked if I could call back at a later time. I told her hell no im not calling back and if this is a scam just say that or stop wasting my time. A few minutes went by and all the sudden she had my order and the price and told me I would be getting a refund in 72 hours. Just to be sure I filed a claim with PayPal telling them I was promised a refund. Got an email from lukalula saying "due to corona virus they had to cancel my order and I will be receiving my refund" if I didn't reach out when I did they would have never sent that email I'm 100 percent sure of it. Be careful mommas and don't order from this website!

I ordered 2 dresses from this Lukalula for a wedding. Horrible tailoring and quality! I have been in correspondence with this company for the better half of a week. I got their attention only AFTER I threatened to report them to the BBB... but the BBB only deals with the US and Canada. This company is UK based and has a warehouse in China. I found the UK equivalent to the BBB called the Trading Standards Office https://www.gov.uk/find-local-trading-standards-office and filed a complaint there. They finally agreed to give a refund, but only AFTER I send back the product, but Lukalula REFUSES to pay the shipping fee back to china of $35-58... Absolutely ridiculous! At this point, I wouldn't hold my breath on getting any money back at all but I'm pissed and they need to be reprimanded.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The clothes are nothing like what they look like on the website, and the quality is horrible. On top of that, it's literally the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. First of all, it took almost two weeks of back and forth emails before they would even send me a return address where I could ship clothes back to. They tried to negotiate even when I said I just want a return and refund, and also tried to have me pick out items from another random company apparently with a discount they would give me, instead of returning the clothes. None of it made sense, since their return policy clearly stated I could return for a refund within 30 days. When I finally got the address and could shop back, it cost me $100 to ship the items to china. Please warn any friends you have to not buy from this site. A complete scam and it's sad that they're preying on pregnant women with the maternity clothes they sell. Don't bother wasting you time, or money, with them! I guarantee you will be disappointed with your purchase to say the least.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. Their company is in Hong Kong. I bought 3 dresses but only 2 were delivered with poor quality. I have contacted them through their email for the refund but they kept saying the 3rd dress was processing and ignored my refund. I emailed them back and request refund one more time but nobody reply me. TOTALLY SCAM!

I STILL HAD THREE PIECES ON THE WAY, AND SOMEHOW ONE DAY ON THEIR WEBSITE IT SHOWED "REFUSED BY ADRESSEE". EXCUSE ME? I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANYTHING AND THERE WAS NO MAIL AT ALL.
AND ON THEIR WEBSITE THEY DON'T SHOW ANY TRACKING NUMBER AT ALL! EVERYTHING IS FAKE! SUCKS!

I completely agree with all the reviews that give this company 1 star. I would def give it no stars if I could. Just like another person wrote, I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS FIRST. Been waiting OVER a month for a dress I was hoping to wear for my maternity photo shoot. I barely have gotten any response from the company, the 2 responses I got took days to weeks to get and they kept saying they couldn't find my order number, even though I put it in each email and sent a screen shot of my account history, proving I was charged for the dress and included my order number again. This company is trash, they scam pregnant women and I wish I had the energy to sue them. It's disgusting, upsetting and super frustrating. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

Very unprofessional and a rip off. Stay away from this site, I had a student order from this site and she told me she hadn't received her dress so I offered to try and help her. We sent several emails and couldn't find a number to reach out to anyone. She tried canceling her order and the site didn't allow it and they charged her card but no dress. It has been a month now and still no luck. I will be reporting them to the BBB and making sure that this site is publicized as a site to stay away from.

Bought a few things from their website because they looked cute - they arrived and they were such poor quality and not true to size AT ALL so I organised a return... not knowing I'd have to post it all the way back to CHINA. Posted the return 3 months ago and still have not received ANY refund AT ALL. Customer service is HORRENDOUS and UNHELPFUL.

I wish I had of seen these reviews before ordering. I'm so disappointed. First, I contacted them asking where my order was since it was still saying not received by shipper (after the guaranteed delivery date). They then cancelled half of my order but sent me an email stating they cancelled my entire order but only refunded me for one dress and nothing for the shipping difference. I started a dispute through paypal. I then received email after email requesting me to close the dispute so that they can "help solve the problem". Was told the one dress was still on the way. I refused to close the paypal dispute until I received my dress. Just received the dress a week after this and it is a total scam. The dress I received is nothing like the photo they advertise and is such cheap quality. They also sent me the incorrect size. After reading these reviews, I now see that I probably won't even get any money back and will in fact need to pay shipping to return it even though their website states you only pay shipping once. Hoping paypal can help in some way… DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! ** Update: after opening a dispute through PayPal and going back and forth with lukalula, I actually received a full refund. They tried to say I needed to pay the shipping but I took screenshots of their policy stating otherwise and they stopped replying and did an immediate refund. If you purchased through PayPal and it's still within 30 days, definitely open a dispute!

I mad because I order 2 dresses from there for my baby shower and it never came until 2 days after and I text the people and they send it was gonna be here before the baby shower but it didn't and today 2 dresses came 2 days after my baby shower and I thought it was the ones I ordered but no it was 2 dresses that was a whole different colors and the sizes was way to big im never ordering from here again I'm so passed

I placed my order on October 10th 2019. And still to this day have not recieved my dresses. First they said my order was presale then they were sold out. Then said it was canceled! Then said to be patient. Then stopped responding to my emails! I spent 160 $ and have nothing! Do not order from them. They suck! They need to be reported and not aloud to do business anymore!
