Got my dress so fast and it fits so well! The color is true to the picture and im so happy with my order :)
Ordered a size that didn't fit, was able to return and get a refund immediately so I could get a different size
I emailed about changing my delivery address and they were very helpful with changing it and responded very quickly.
The dress I bought from Lucy in the sky was super pretty. I loved it so so much it was shiny cute and comfortable
I had asked about sizing and someone got back to me and let me know in detail. I also made a suggestion and they also got back to me about it.
Although I dislike the store credit for returns, they are easy and customer service is always great.
Scared to buy with only store credit for returns.

I ordered my dress last month and haven't received it or any shipping info :( A little upset but there's some hope still.
I've unfortunately had several issues with my orders but they have helped completely resolve all of them! So the order was still a success :)
While initial items were not available, the customer service made sure to communicate and expedite new options! Very Happy!
