I always turn to Lucy in the Sky when I have an event. They have tons of great styles in all the colors - something for every occasion!
I like the dress, I'm glad that it came early. Dress was but shorter than I expected but it's ok. I am planning to over more dress from this website.
DO NOT BUY FROM LUCY IN THE SKY. I purchased a dress for my daughter but it didn't fit well so I mailed it back to get a store credit.

So one of my store credit didn't work. I contacted customer service and they said place a order and they will give it back to my original account. I had returned another order and over 2 weeks they still haven't placed a store credit in my account. So i decided to place a order instead andthen contact them to credit back to my original account for the order i made. Instead i get store credit. Like trying to get my money back for a order i placed is difficult. Like i just want to place my order use my credit before it expires and on top of that free shipping is over $75. Like i just want my money back is that difficult.
Update the associate that gave me my refund only gave me partial refund. I had a totaly of $80 store credit and they only gave me partial of it and didnt give me the full refund. I will never spend my money here again i want my money back seriously. Store credit only. Sure i tried to apply the stinking store credit to my order but the damn code doesnt work. I want my money back!
They clothing look cheap and prostitution like outfits I really think nobody need this garbage on,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
The dress is very nice and pretty. Looks exactly like the picture. The color is amazing, fits perfectly. Would highly recommend this dress!
DO NOT SHOP HERE, if you want to return anything it is only refunded with store credit. They do not make this clear when ordering but only when you look after receiving the order.
I like the dress, a little short but it was expected. I like the material and the fit. Will be my homecoming dress.
The material of the dress was way stretcher then it appeared in the photo and it also had a purple tint to it, also not in the photo.
The dresses are so so cute and flattering! They are really good quality considering how affordable they are.

No refunds. Only return for store credit. Think about how often you try a dress and hate it. Do not shop here.
Everthing was size small and fit as such, maybe my boobs are too small for the chest parts but nothing a lil strap fixing wouldnt fix, i hope

I never write negative reviews however I feel like I need to so that no one purchases from lucy in the sky. The dresses online look SO cute however they do not look the same in person. Not only is the sizing incredibly wrong, but it literally feels like you are wearing a halloween costume. I ordered 4 dresses and a bathing suit. 3 of my dresses came in however my 4th one and the bathing suit has not. All 3 dresses that came in are absolutely horrendous. I purchased these for my bachelorette trip only to be left in tears because of how horrible they are & because they refuse to refund me my money back to original payment. If its store credit only this should be outlined AS you are checking out in PLAIN sight but its hidden in their terms and conditions - which no one goes out of their way to look at as most companies online don't obligate their customers to pay for items they are highly dissatisfied with. If all of the items I ordered were horrible I can only imagine that all of their items would be the same. This is an already stressful & expensive time of my life to now feel like I was scammed out of my money is incredibly disappointing.
I ordered a body suit from Aritzia and as I was checking out in plain BOLD sight they tell you it is final sale but when I received my item the sizing was incorrect and I asked if there was any possible way I can exchange for a smaller size despite it being final sale and they not only exchanged it for me but they also paid for priority shipping for me to receive it 2 days later. THAT is good customer service. When I emailed lucy in the sky they said "Apologies for any disappointment. We do outline our return policy at lucyinthesky.com/shop/help" and that I can return for store credit. If they cared about their customers they would give you a refund and not force you to dispute with your bank. Do yourself a favor and never purchase from lucy in sky unless you want to be obligated to pay for items you are extremely unhappy with.

Answer: Sorry but my experience, normally three weeks minimum. Sometimes longer. Don't rely on shipment date given at time of purchase either.
