Looked great on model but not flattering in person. Very very itchy and hurt to put on. Straps were a weird fit. Delivery was very fast though.
They sent my $105 dress in a flimsy envelope & failed to follow delivery instructions therefore this happened. I sent this exact email mail & their customer service representatives, Nicole & Pasha told me it a "personal" problem & they won't do anything. I asked them to file a claim w FedEx and they don't even want to do that. They're a terrible company w terrible service. Exact email below
Good afternoon,
I hope you are all well. I'm emailing you b/c I received my dress today & have some issues. I will call on Monday as well during business hours however this is time sensitive. Firstly, I received the dress Saturday morning not on Monday when it was set to be delivered. The problem w that, my dogs got to it before I could and ruined my dress. This is also on FedEx Bc there is a sign on the gate, that explicitly states to leave ALL packages in the back, they typically always do. The last order I received from you guys they followed instructions and left it in the back. Also this dress is $105 US dollars, it was packaged very poorly. This expensive dress was packaged in a large envelope as if it were a packet of paper and not a dress. Of course it was easily torn up & torn into due to the packaging. It is insane to me that FedEx followed the signs directions and left my bracelets in the back (my bracelets were delivered separately) but today they disregarded that sign and left my EXPENSIVE DRESS that was supposed to arrive MONDAY 3/28 on the front porch. Of course due to the flimsy packaging, the dress hardly stood a chance. I'll attach a video as well. Thank you, please help me, I am distraught as I worked hard to earn the money for this absolutely beautiful dress. I ordered 2 of the same dresses for my daughter's to wear together, one an XS and one a S. They were leaving for a flight on Sunday and I was supposed to receive dresses on Sat. I tracked through FedEx and it said delayed, called FedEx and said the shipper sent it late so it was sitting in a facility and didn't make the truck so wouldn't be delivered until Monday. Had them hold the dresses and drove to FedEx facility to pick up the dresses. Got the dresses home and instead of and xs and a s I received an xs and a m so I couldn't use the m as it was too big on my one daughter. I had to run out and search for 2 different matching dresses for my girls to wear. After 4 stores and alot of aggrevation we finally found something that they had to settle for. Contacted customer service and let them know what happened, they made send pictures of the dresses which I did and said would give one refund. I told them I couldn't use either dress because of their error and had to go buy 2 new dresses and I would like to be fed under for both. Asked them to escalate and asked to speak with someone over the phone as the messages and instructions weren't very clear and it was alot of back and forth. I was told via email she was the manager and they would not make an exception. Even though it was their error. I will never use them again and I will review this site every chance I get as I notice they only reply to the reviews that are nice instead of offering resolutions to customers that are unhappy.
Ordered a dress and found out it wasn't getting delivered at all till I emailed them. Customer service is terrible and they don't care to help you
They have great customer service and cute dresses. The only thing is that they don't offer exchanges or refunds for returns, only store credit.

I have purchased several items from here and the ones that fit have been worn many times. Those that didn't fit were very easy to return.
Pros: huge selection of styles, nice variety of prices, good quality garments
Cons: they don't offer refunds, only offer store credit
Second time ordered dresses for my daughter. She got compliments on both dresses. Site was easy to use. Shipment was prompt.
I've never written a review, but after my experience with Lucy in the Sky I felt compelled to. I saw the dresses on Instagram, as I think many customers do, and I thought they were cute, so read through the website and placed an order. There were a few issues I had which ranged from mild annoyance to the level of literal scam and even in my opinion fraud.
Least importantly, the shipping took WAY longer than the timeframe promised. I bought the dress for a graduation, and I received it just a few days before (weeks later than I was told) the date of my graduation.
My second issue with the dress was that not only was it too small (okay, it happens) but the fact that a) it was unbelievably too small, as in, I am a size 2 (XS in most stores) and a small from this store wouldn't fit halfway up my leg (I am not kidding, it looked like a child's dress) and b) there was no tag that identified the size on the dress itself. I truly believe that the store purposely ships out smaller dresses that are not marked with a size so that they can claim they sent you the correct item and that you're not the size you think you are.
Finally, most suspicious of all, the store does not do returns, BUT this fact is not made clear on the website. It is not posted anywhere that is easily seen. So, after I emailed the store asking for a refund for the dress, I was told there were no refunds. I was instead given a credit to the store, and much as I dislike the store, I decided to use it recently to get my money's worth (I ordered a medium, which is about 3 sizes larger than I am at other stores). That was over a month ago, and I have not heard a THING from the store since then. I have honestly given up and just want to forget I ever ordered from them.
I have read other reviews that are positive, so if you think the dresses are cute, give the store a shot at your own risk. Unfortunately, I do think it is a scam, and I am considering reporting the business to my bank. I think that they are running a scam where they purposely send the wrong size, unmarked, and claim it is right, and then surprise you with the "no-refunds" policy. I am just writing this out so no one else loses upwards of $50!

I ordered a dress that was small so I reached out to customer service and they helped fast and easy!
I reached out because I had not receive my package. Customer service offered me $25 store credit for waiting for the late arrival.
I ordered a dress and it fits perfectly which I always have a hard time finding! It also shipped and got delivered so fast! Great quality as well
The website is cute but sometimes the set up can be a little distracting and hard to work around. I used a phone and it was kinda hard.
I really liked this dress, but I needed a size small and it is sold out. I'm 5'8 and muscular build 135lbs. Medium was too big.
Current and trendy styles but planning ahead is a must! Love the styles and colors and options to choose from! Great customer service response!

Answer: Sorry but my experience, normally three weeks minimum. Sometimes longer. Don't rely on shipment date given at time of purchase either.
