I was very pleased with my dress! I got it 50% off so it was $19 including shipping which only took 3 DAYS. The quality isn't FANTASTIC but definitely worth the price! It's so adorable.
Credit code doesnt work... do not order form here. They give fake credit codes that do not work. No customer service is not helpful, sizing is not accurate.

I ordered a dress from Lucy In The Sky back in April. After submitting my order I received an email notifying me that my payment for the order had been received. Along with this email came an expected delivery date range from May 1-May 18. I was under the impression that my order was on its way as I didn't receive any contact telling me otherwise. However, it wasn't until I reached out to customer service myself after waiting several weeks on my package that I was informed that there was a supply issue and that my dress wouldn't be made until the 25th (my senior prom was the 21st). Had I received any information about the delay I would have had time to order a different dress for my senior prom but because Lucy in the Sky didn't have the decency to inform of this until a day before my prom and after I had to reach out to customer service myself, I was left without a dress and without time to order a new one. I am very disappointed in my experience (trying to) shop with them and I will never be shopping with them again. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for dresses. Another red flag that I should have noticed is that there are no reviews to be found on the website. Take your business elsewhere!

I ordered a dress for graduation on May 9th, a month and a week before my I needed it. The website told me it'd be delivered between May 22nd-June 2nd. June 3rd hits and I start getting worried because it hasn't shipped. I email the company support and they tell me it'll be delivered by June 12th (4 days before I need it). They also give me a $25 store credit. June 13th hits, still no update still no dress. I email them yet again, they tell me it'll be shipped between June 18th-June 30th. Mind you I ordered this a month and a week in advance. Today is now June 15th, the day before I would've worn it. Still hasn't shipped. I had to cancel the order. Extremely upset with the customer service and shipping. Will never order from here again.
Really pretty dress, relatively quick delivery as well. Seen a lot of reviews online about their dodgy shipping schedule but i personally didnt have an issue with it

I ordered my item in January an now - 05. March - I still didn't receive nothing. Not even a tracking number...
So, let me just say I willll never ever ever ever order from this terrible company ever again. I ordered two dresses that took wayyyy too long to get. I returned both dresses before they shipped bc it was sooo delayed and got my money back for one only one dress. Well, they still shipped the other dress as well. The dress (which was $65) was terrible quality. I sent it back after emailing three times to get the return label. Legit. There is no customer service phone number, so u have to wait in this painfully long online chat queue that continuously kicks you out. Then, you go back to the end of the line. So, after I sent the dress back I waited about 3 weeks to check to get my refund for the dress they erroneously shipped. Well, I never got my refund! After waiting another 20 minutes to talk to someone online, they told me I could not get my money back, but only a store credit. I don't want to ever shop with you guys again! I didn't want a credit, I want my money. I was so annoyed and just utterly disgusted with their customer service and lack of decency I reported them to the BBB. Worst company ever.
The customer service is always amazing and super fast at responding. I end up getting lots of dresses here so the store credit is still useful!
Do not order from them. The quality of the dress I got (Celestina Maxi Dress in Shimmer Pink) was equivalent to the quality of something from Shein (but worse) but the price of Urban Outfitters. My dress was completely see-through, pasties and nude underwear could not even save me. Not to mention the colour and design were not even the same as pictured. The fabric was awful and not at all what was pictured. Also, the leg slit went way higher than pictured and wasn't in the same place so it showed off the whole side of my cheek. The worst part is, they don't offer a proper refund, only store credit which really sucks because I paid $126CAD total, and I don't even want to get anything else from their website because of how disappointed I was. Also, good luck trying to return it if you live anywhere but the US, they do not provide much information on how to return your order and they do not even provide you with a return label if you're like me and you don't live in the US. I will never order from them again, and I will deter anyone from ordering from them as well.

I ordered from them before two dresses, 1 dress came in the wrong size, and the other dress was a completely different dress that I didn't order but just decided to not hassle them and keep.
Recently ordered two dresses again, by the third month after paying and going back and forth with their customer service about when I'd receive them, I decided to just cancel my order and get a refund. The thing is I'm super understanding when it comes to issues with shipping and they said they'd been busy and that's why I hadn't received my order but at the 3 month mark. You kinda just run out of excuses for a business, at some point you should look into it completely and see why an order that's been paid for hasn't been sent to your customer. So though I'm a bit bummed, it's fine, I just won't be ordering from them again since it's been issues both times. This isn't to slam their business, bc my first time ordering from them, I did receive my dresses even though one dress wasn't the right dress, but this is more so because I'm kinda surprised at how many issues and excuses I keep receiving. They had no issues receiving my payment for the dresses but have had many issues shipping their dresses... lmao. So just a light warning for anyone out there ordering, not my favorite experience.
TERRIBLE COMPANY with the worst customer service. Waiting in chat line for 1 hour and then was disconnected! Waiting for a dress 3 weeks and no one can give an update on when we will receive it!
I ordered a dress and they never sent me a email confirming and it was supposed to come in a certain date for homecoming. The dress never came in and they never said why. I emailed and they said they couldn't get it to me and now I HAVE NO DRESS FOR HOCO BECAUSE OF THEM. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE.

I received my dress the day it was predicted to come with great customer service that answered all of my questions. Would purchase again!
Dress was overpriced for what I received. Plus the return policy was only 14 days which seems unfair especially around this time of year.
