I ordered a Bella Pleated Romper in White XXS on August 5,2022, which arrived March 23,2023 (it took OVER 6 months to arrive!). Not only did the dress arrive OVER 6 months late, it arrived with a STAIN on it (see photo). The dress cannot be worn and it arrived months after it was ordered and Lucy in the Sky will not honor a return or offer store credit. I wish to warn others to save their money and not deal with such a poor quality retailer. One star is being generous. I tried to upload a PDF of my proof of purchase but I kept receiving an error message asking for correct format.
I ordered my ball dress from the website around a month ago, i ordered it very early my ball isnt till September although all the reviews I had read said the shipping took weeks/ months, they shipped my dress the day after ordering. I live in Perth so I expected it took take extra long but it arrived today about 3 weeks after ordering it. Although the fabric is cheap and a bit see through but the sizing is perfect and I love the look of the dress. Xx
I ordered a dress to Poland, and it never came! I didn't get my money back. And I needed the dress for my mom's wedding. I am extremely disappointed I couldn't afford another one and the one from them never came.
I ordered a skirt over a month ago and it has yet to shipped. After reaching out to them a couple of times, they told me they were having "production issues" but they ensured me that the skirt would ship by July 19th. July 19th passed and the skirt has yet to ship. I have contacted them twice and have yet to get a response. I am very frustrated and I am about to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
I ordered a dress that I need for a formal 16 days ago and it still hasn't shipped. I was told it was going to be shipped within 5-10 business days. When I reached out to them, they said they were going to ship it on the 16th which is the exact day I need the dress on and would be 21 days after I ordered it. Very unimpressed with this company.
If i could give this website 0 starts i would. I was told by multiple people on live chat on 2 different days that my order had shipped and will be here in 2-3 days, yet i had not received an email with a tracking number. I decided to give it a few days to update. So i went on live chat today and asked what was up and why i hadn't received an email with a tracking number. The customer service person proceeds to tell me that my order had actually not shipped and they apologize for any inconvenience. So why were their customer service people before telling me that it had shipped when it had not? She told me they will cancel my order due to back order. I had used the search engine to get one of their fast delivery dresses because i needed it fast, and it still wouldn't get here on time. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Worst experience i have ever had with a clothing store. I ended up choosing to cancel my order and get a refund.
I ordered a dress 2 and half weeks ago with documented shipment receivable Jan 17-24th. With en email from me sent on the 19th of shipment tracking a response came back with dress won't be shipped till first week of February. That is 5 weeks from time of order and not the time frame given at purchase. Now I'm not only out a dress (need is for the 38th) but where was the communication without me reaching out first? I won't ever purchase a dress from this company again.

I have a prom coming up and they had my dream dress, however it was susposed to arrive days ago and I haven't even gotten a tracking number! They do not have a number to call only a email and they take a very long time to email you back and I haven't gotten a email about where my dress is and why it isn't here! I'm furious no one is contacting me and I have no time to order a new dress for my prom.
I first bought a prom dress from there a month before my actual prom. I even followed up and contacted customer service to make sure it was going to get there in time. They said that it was confirmed to get there... Then, 2 days before my prom, I followed up again as I saw that it wasn't even shipped yet. The person I contacted said that the dress was back stocked, meaning I wouldn't be able to get it. Such a horrible experience, would not recommend trusting their delivery dates. They gave me store credit so I wanted to buy some earings. However, I ordered 2 earings and they delivered fast, but when I opened the package, one of the earings was not the right one I ordered. Lucy in the Sky is so unreliable, so unhelpful, and just downright disrespectful with their customers' time and money. 0/10 Would not recommend.
They stuffed a poor quality dress in a plastic bag inside a fedex envelope. As soon as i recieved i the quality of the dress matched the quality of the package. I immediately sent it back and all they gave me was store credit. Why would i want more garbage?

I made an order on September 14 and it is October 12 and I still haven't received a tracking number for my package. It said my package would be delivered between Sep. 29 and Oct. 8 and I haven't gotten an email or anything. My dress didn't even come in time for homecoming and that's why I ordered from them. I wrote an email and they sent an email that was robot generated and didn't help at all. I sent another email about how I want my money back and I don't want instore credit and they are not replying. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Horrible horrible service. Disappointing.
I ordered the Neia Ruffle Dress in Shimmer Blue Chiffon for the graduation pictures, and 4 days before the photos I looked at the dress to make sure it was OK. I could not even get the zipper down on the dress to try it on. It worked initially when I unpackaged it and in the 2 weeks it was sitting in my closet, the cheap zipper broke. Would not recommend if you are looking for good quality. Now I have to pay more money to get a new zipper put on and I don't even know if it will ready in time for my photos.
Lucy in the Sky used to be one of my favorite online stores. Since they've moved to LA, however, their company has gone completely downhill. They take FOREVER to finalize your order (they charge you the second you place your order, though). They take FOREVER to respond to your emails (if they even respond at all). They take FOREVER to ship your clothes (I currently have an open order that's apparently shipped 9 days ago, but USPS hasn't even received the item). Please, please, please, do not waste your time supporting this awful company. I would give them no stars if I could. Absolutely deplorable service in all.
I ordered a dress for my daughter. I ordered the dress 8 weeks before the dance. The date the dress was suppose to arrive was September 14-23. It is now the 23rd and we don't have a dress. I have emailed several times. I have texted the company, no response. I tried to live chat and it didn't work. So now my daughter doesn't have a dress for the dance. This is unacceptable! I can't believe there isn't a phone number that I can call to find out where the dress is and why I haven't received it. I don't have a tracking number, nothing. I will never order from this company again. I just want my dress!
You're taking a chance with this company. I did not have a good experience. I ordered a dress for my daughter's homecoming on 9/09/19 that didn't even ship until 9/26/19. I did have to email them a few times and they didn't answer their emails until a week later. Needless to say the dress arrived too late and we had to send it back. So when it came time to send it back and I had to create a label I couldn't create a label and then I had to email them again. They apologized and sent me a label. I sent the package back a couple days after receiving label and I have never received my credit. I have to say I got tired of emailing them and just gave up. I lost out.
You guys are scammers. I will NEVER order from you again. I had a coupon that did not apply and you promised to issue a credit for the coupon, never did. I also feel that you definitely would not have given me my money back for the dresses that you never told me you weren't shipping unless I questioned you. I still do not have the money back for the two dresses you never shipped after 8 weeks. I will continue to pursue this if you do not issue the refund as promised. You have lost a customer and I will never order from you again.
I placed an order in April and after a week or two of no shipment notification, I reached out and was told there was a delay and my parcel would ship out by May 20th. So after patiently waiting for a month, I received no shipment notification. Instead of following up with me that the pieces I ordered were backordered, I had to reach out again and was told I was best to cancel my order.

It was great to talk to a person via text on the website. I was assigned to Jeselle D., and she was great! She was very patient and easy to talk to. She answered all my questions clearly and quick. 10/10 on communication!
I had a broken zipper on a romper so i emailed lucyinthesky and they gave me 3 options to choose from so i was able to bring the romper to a tailor to get it fixed and they reimbursed the entire cost of the alteration!

I ordered the "Now Or Never Two Piece Set in Slate Blue" & it came in a timely manner (yay!). The fit was perfect, I'm 5'2 and I weigh 105 pounds & my chest size is a 32A & I ordered a size S. The pricing in my opinion was pricier than what the quality was worth, and the ruffles on the top folded over too much, revealing the inner white stretch band. Other than that this was my first purchase & I was fairly satisfied.
