I ordered a dress over a week ago to match with the theme for my homecoming. Was so excited for it to arrive and I thought it would come on time since it was domestic shipping. A week later the dress is still not here, and I never received an email with tracking details so I have no clue where it is. Even tried emailing, but got no response, and the live chat kept reconnecting me and making me wait for hours over and over again. So I have a homecoming ticket, but no dress... and it's the day of the dance. This sucks.
The worst online store for returns and delivery timeframes. When I made attempts to return items for store credit in my account it says I have no order history, so I am unable to print a return ship label. I reached out to Customer Service which is by email and get generic emails back (see attachment). They will NOT refund your money only store credit and items that are delayed which they say you will get full refund I still am not getting any response from Customer Service.
I sent an email to NOT send the delayed items, they continue to send them to me. I am stuck with over $300 of items I can not return or get my money back and its within the 14 days. I am so upset. Buyer BEWARE. I plan on reporting them to the BBB.
The cost of their clothes isn't bad but the quality could definitely be better for the price. I ordered a set and the pants I received looked different from the photo. The top was very cute though so it wasn't a total loss but the shorts were extremely cheap quality and came with a drawstring to tighten, but it was poorly sewn on, making the overall look of them very cheap. The photo had no drawstring pictured so I was a little bummed cause the set was cuter in the photos. The customer service team ensured me the shorts were supposed to have a drawstring so why was that not pictured? Overall cute clothes but cheap quality for the price, depends on if you're willing to gamble cause you never know if you'll actually receive exactly what you ordered
Ordered a dress and my confirmation email stated my dress would be shipped no later than March 2nd. It did not ship until March 7 and has been getting "stuck" at every location it's been to. Delivery date gets pushed back every day. It was supposed to get here on March 9, but it is now March 13th and is stuck in Indiana somewhere. I would have been fine with the shipping timeline if they didn't give me an obviously false shipping date AND expected delivery date. Hopefully the dress is at least worth it.
I was helped by Ryzza L. Because one of the dresses in my order was late. She was very helpful and descriptive when it came to detailing options to deal with late shipment, including store credit and exchanges. She was really helpful when it came to giving me lots of different options and explaining what each of them entailed. Her responses were very fast and she was so polite.
I originally ordered a dress that said 5-10 days shipping but they said it wouldn't get here until after 26 days after I ordered it, 3 days before I needed it I contacted them by email didn't receive a reply for a whole week when they said they would reply in 48 hours the chat is good except u have to wait for 70 people in queue and sometimes just get disconnected when u use ur phone. I ordered a dress that would ship out in 1 day and it is coming in time
I ordered my prom dress from this site weeks ago, and when I bought it it said the dress would deliver with plenty of time before my prom. After a few weeks of hearing nothing from the site, I contacted customer service only to find out that there were shipping delays I was unaware of and that my dress would now deliver after my prom date. They did not once communicate this delay and I wouldn't have known if I hadn't asked them. Do not trust the day it says it will be delivered by.

If you're going to order something from here, make sure to order it 2 months in advance to the event. Ordered a dress a month ago. I was told it would be here by May 25th and then when I NEVER received an email with a tracking number or an email saying it was delayed, I emailed customer service and they told me it would be another 2 weeks until it was shipped. It still isn't here and I had to end up buying another dress for my graduation. Not to mention, customer service was extremely unhelpful and never returned my follow-up email. I will never shop here again and I would never recommend it to someone else.
Please don't waste your time & money. Horrible customer service, been waiting weeks for my dress to come in and they still haven't given me a shipping confirmation although i've emailed multiple times.
This company messed up my order and didn't go out of their way at all to fix it. My dress said it would be here by May 10th and I asked 5 days ago for a confirmation of that after waiting 2 weeks and they confirmed it and now are telling me it won't even ship till May 27th. They were not helpful at all and would not offer many any accommodations on over night shipping, they wouldn't send me a dress more expensive unless I paid for the whole thing, and every single style that I tried to change it with was apparently still in production. Their time frames are a complete lie so if you're expecting the dress when it says, add 2 more weeks to that time frame. This company has the worst customer service that I have ever seen. Do better!

My daughter ordered a dress for homecoming and it never arrived. They took the money but never delivered a dress. No customer service number to call! You have to email them and I did and they never responded. I found a "phone number" that you can text- found the number on a complaint of Lucy in the Sky on the BBB but they didn't respond to that either. So we are out the money with no dress and homecoming next weekend. We have been waiting a month for the dress. Do yourself and daughter a favor and don't order from Lucy in the Sky- not sure if it's a scam. But no way to actually get a hold of anyone.

The website and the dresses are cuteee! Butt if you're a person that's curvy ( and we're not talking about a lot of extra body fat, just a little) these dresses will not work. I bought a pink sequin dress and it made me look like a I have a square body.
Ordered dress 9/26. Was to ship in 5-10 days. Emailed Monday 10/7 to check on status. No response. Tried the live chat, but after 2 hrs lost session. Tried chat again, but couldn't wait for more than an hour. On 3rd try, got through on chat today (day 10 of ship date). Was notified on chat that dress wouldn't ship until 10/25. No previous notification. No communication. No notice that dress was not going to be here by site's shipping policy date. Chat rep was very nice, and offered refund or discount - very small consolation. Now I only have 3 days to find dress.
I ordered one dress from here 3 months in advance for an occasion. The dress did not come for 5 months, and in the time I spent waiting for it, I had to deal with getting a new card because they had given my card information out, and I had gotten robbed over $300. When my dress finally did come, it looked like a 4 year old's dance recital dress. Customer service was no help to me, and I did not get any reimbursement from my experience. And NO I DO NOT WANT a gift card to your terrible store, thank you very much.
I have been a loyal customer for over 3 years now. I ordered a dress for my graduation from undergrad and it was very cute and the material seemed high quality. It looked great in pictures and I loved it so much that I decided to order another dress for my graduation from grad school. It ended up being the wrong size, but the return process was very easy. For another order, my shipping was delayed but customer service quickly provided me an update about my item and issued store credit for the inconvenience. I will definitely continue to shop here :)
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I ordered a dress on 2/19. Weeks went by and I messaged them. Told me it'll ship out by 3/8. That date passes and it still wasn't shipped. Then they told me it would ship by 3/25. NEVER DID and then they said "looks like there is an issue with this order." I asked for a refund and they said they refunded so hopefully I'll get my money back. Now I'm scrambling for a dress before my Bachelorette party because they kept telling me I'd receive it.

I love the store and they're dresses, they're really good quality. The only complaint i have is that I ordered one dress supposed to come on time for my prom and they delayed it, I also bought it around 1 month before my prom and still couldn't get it on time. But after that I ordered a new one and it shipped the same day.
I bought the Lucia crotchet dress in an S as I went with the size guide, which stated S is a US 2, the dress came really quick which was great, but didn't fit at all, I've never seen a weirder fitting dress, the chest was absolutely huge, and the measurements on the website are completely wrong too. I then noticed that you only receive store credit which is shocking, and you must allow up to 3 weeks for it to process, which I don't have time for, especially if their sizes are completely off, so here I am, having to pay extra to get this dress altered, which still doesn't fit me with the alterations, don't buy from this site, it's overpriced with wrong sizing and terrible returns, it's only getting 2 stars because the dress came in 2 days

They have responded in very timely manners, have been kind with me, and have helped resolve all my issues. Specifically, Arianne T. Has been extremely helpful and patient with me. Very wonderful experience!
Most of the time I order and I fit a size small. However the two dresses I received were far too big and I could not make them work. Disappointed as they were similar styles to previous dresses. I really liked the colors and styles but sadly couldn't make them work.

Answer: Sorry but my experience, normally three weeks minimum. Sometimes longer. Don't rely on shipment date given at time of purchase either.
