I ordered two dresses for my graduation two weeks ago and my order hasn't even shipped. I'm very irritated and their customer service sucks. Their prices are way too much especially for my order to not have even been shipped. I don't recommend buying for this place.
My daughter purchased a dress for $95 that was too small. Store policy is strictly "store credit", not refunds. After checking their site out, it was apparent that everything they sell would also cause sizing issues. I brought this up with the site, and they reiterated what their policy was. I again asked nicely if they would reconsider, as it was an expensive dress and 'Store Credit" would be useless in our case. My 'live chat' was then disconnected, and I thought that was the end of it. I tried once more to contact the live representative, who on connection apologized for the disconnect, and surprisingly told me they had contacted a supervisor and they allowed a '1 time refund" due to the sizing trouble, and promptly refunded the purchase!
I was very surprised and happy for this and I am 100% pleased with the outcome. The associate I spoke to went out of her way for me, and I just am grateful they did. I did not expect for this resolution to end favorably for me!
I received a dress in the wrong size, so they instructed me to send it back and that they'd refund me back to my original payment method. I was glad I'd just get my money back because the quality of the dress was horrible and definitely not as pictured (even worse quality than Forever 21, Target, any other affordable clothing store). Instead, they gave me a STORE CREDIT VOUCHER and insisted that I use that to buy something else. I emailed them that this was unacceptable because I was promised a refund and even sent them a screenshot of their own message promising this. They replied saying "sorry for the inconvenience and we'll issue you that refund" but over 10 days went by and I didn't receive it. I contact them again to follow up and find out that they never did attempt to issue me the refund and refuse to do so. I have never experienced this kind of service before. I hope they go out of business because they are defrauding customers.
I got a dress from here for my Bachelorette. Overpriced dress, looked cute on the Model. I am generally X or XS. I ordered S and the dress was almost kids size. Would not even fit the skinniest person I know. They don't do returns, so I took store credit. I had to use to so bought another dress online. The second dress was even worse. Sitting in my closet for two months, and everytime I see it, it makes me so upset. Don't put such misrepresenting photos online, and do returns if possible. I don't write reviews unless I am severely upset. Not at all worth the price. Material was horrible too. Never buying from here again.
Order a dress for my daughter's homecoming 4 weeks later still no dress…. Can't cancel my order. I was given a window of when we should receive the dress which was October 8th-19th it didn't ship until the 21st and as of today we still don't have it! You wait hours to speak with someone and they still don't give clear updates! This is the first and last time I'll be ordering from here
If you order online and don't like the fit or aren't happy with the quality, they will NOT refund your money...you will only get a store credit for another poor quality dress...their return policy is a scam!

I'm very frustrated. We ordered 8 dresses and read free returns. No where did we see STORE CREDIT. We are stuck with $400 in store credit that expires in six months. I will NEVER order or recommend anyone ordering from this company. I can't even get a hold of anyone.
I ordered a dress a month ago, and it said it would arrive 2 weeks later. Since, I ordered a month earlier I thought it would be enough leeway for it to go a little bit past the two week mark they initially said it was going to arrive. Instead, they tell me they don't have the dress on hand, and I have to wait. So that would make it a month for it to arrive. I live within a few hours of LA, so I did not expect such delay. They might have cute dresses, but their commitment to actually delivering their dresses on time for your special occasion is not there. Just be careful!
I ordered my prom dress two before the event, I received zero updates on my shipment, and I had to cancel on the WEEK of my prom. This "online store" has NO adequate service. I'm currently waiting on my refund which has been 5 "business" days since I last canceled my order. Anyone please give me a number to contact them
I ordered dresses for both of my daughters for homecoming a month ago. The latest estimated arrival date has come and gone with no shipping notification. I had to purchase second dresses for both elsewhere. I've emailed multiple times with no answers. If I could give a negative rating, I would.

Lucy in the sky customer service is terrible my daughter had ordered few dresses from the website for her home coming which did not fit her and she tried to return the same she received the dresses on sept 26th its been more than a month and no body has responded for how to return the items no return label send after multiple emails still waiting to hear back from them.
I have ordered from this store many times. The last few times have been dreadful. Dresses don't arrive, it's very hard to contact them and it takes months to get refunds when they don't deliver dresses.

This morning Nov 25th I called to get a tracking number for a dress expected to be delivered today. I sent emails and chatted with customer service several times to ensure my order would be here on time. I chatted with customer service who spent 45 minutes assuring it would be here by Dec 2 at the latest. When I asked several more questions about their shipping policy she finally said The dress isn't made and won't be shipped until Dec. 16th.

The dress I ordered for my daughter's 16th birthday did not arrive. I was charged, but never received an email verification or tracking. Fortunately, I created an account so that I could access my order number. There is no phone number, so I emailed customer service. They are very slow to respond and I keep getting automated emails that I need to include my order number (even thought it's in the subject line, email message, and I attached a picture of it). Since my event has passed, I am not trying to cancel the order (with no luck). Do not purchase a dress here. They are not reliable.
I'm not the person to write reviews, but I am EXTREMELY upset and disappointed. I placed an order over 2 weeks ago and it never shipped. I graduate next week and it said it would be delivered by this week and it still hasn't been shipped. I cancelled my order because i don't have the time to wait. Thank you for wasting my money!
Ordered a dress I needed for a school formal dance a month and a bit ago that said it would be shipped a day after I placed my order. Now they say it will be shipped almost two months after my order. I cannot go to my dance anymore. Didn't even give any notice that it would be late either.
We ordered 2 dresses for homecoming dance, but we ended up canceling 1 dress 1 day after. 3 weeks later still no refund and no update on the 1 dress. We contacted customer service. They forgot to do the refund. And also to find out the dress is not coming for another 2 weeks, which means a week after homecoming dance. If we didn't contact them we would not have known and be way screwed for the dance. We can't order anything now because the dance is in 5 days. They royally screwed us. I will never order or trust them again.

I ordered this dress on the Sunday before memorial day and received it on the following Friday. I'm 5'5 and usually wear a small, so I got a small which fit perfectly and the material was great quality.
Terrible company, I've purchased a romper from them in March and it is now the end of May and still have not received anything. Tried emailing them and got a generic reply. Waste of time and money. I do not recommend you spend money here.
This company will hold onto your $$ once they get it. Returns are only for credit - so even though the quality is poor and the skirt lengths won't cover your butt, they still won't refund your money. AND, your store credit expires in one year.

Answer: Sorry but my experience, normally three weeks minimum. Sometimes longer. Don't rely on shipment date given at time of purchase either.
