Don't order from here! I ordered $219 worth of merchandise, it all came out of my bank immediately. 2 of my items kept saying they were in credit check & we needed to call them they had a question but when we would they didn't know what we were taking about, they ended up saying we didn't pay, i owed them $83, when i paid the FULL amount of my order this was on october 21st. I've called and sent many emails sayinf i would just like to be refunded for the 2 items because everything else had shipped, they just kept saying i owed them, well today October 27th at 12:55 am they took $83.14 out of my account and i didn't order anything, So basically i'm out $165, i reporter them and emailed them and they will be receiving a call from me first thing in the morning

I have been buying from Ltd for many years. Now that I moved to Alaska I called and asked to have catalog sent to my new address. I guess they dont know that Alaska is part of the USA. The girl said "Im sorry we only ship to the US. I was in shock. REALLY? I had to give her a history lesson and ended up very disappointed. I guess you lost not 1 but 4 loyal long time customers. When I told my sisters they decided not to order from Ltd anymore.

I ordered a bathroom decor set July 14th. It shipped July 16th. It was delivered today July 21st) but there was a mix up as far as delivery goes. I called LTD Commodities customer service and got through right away. The rep was very friendly and apologized numerous times for the inconvenience. He said I needed to call FedEx because the package was shown as "delivered." That part was a little annoying but if there's nothing they can do, there's nothing they can do. Not their fault I've read reviews saying that after placing an order that multiple people were signed up for the monthly perks subscription and I wanted to make sure that I wasn't "signed up." The rep verified that I was not and they had been getting a large number of calls regarding this for some reason. He then told me to call them back if FedEx wasn't able to assist me and they would issue a replacement order. Turns out, Fed Ex didn't bring the package to my apartment (even though it is clearly labeled on the box/shipping label) but rather left it in the general public near the mailboxes (not LTD commodities fault). The package was wrapped well and all breakables were in bubble wrap and individuals boxes. Nothing was broken. I'm a very satisfied customer and will definitely be ordering from them again!

I despise this company. I stopped by their website and considered making a purchase. There was a pop up prompting me to enter my email to save a % of my first purchase. They have emailed me SEVERAL times a day EVERY day. When I try to unsubscribe it takes me to a blank screen. I called to see if someone could remove me from the list and was given a different phone number to call. I called and spoke to a person who said it would be taken care of. That never happened. I receive 2-4 emails EVERY SINGLE DAY. Soooooo aggravating!

I bought a few things for their website and it said free shipping on their website like it does for so many companies. However unbeknownst to me, the caveat with their's is that if you dont cancel something in 30 days you will start to be charged $15 a month for some perk thing on their website.

I will never purchase anything from them ever again. Very bad business trying to fool your customers and exploit them for more money!

Did ALL my holiday shopping in 20 minutes, with help from sales associate (I purchased quite a few items). Sales associate was patient and helpful, and everything arrived quickly, just as described and beautiful. I ordered Christmas LED candles (no open flames, as I have a cat), and can`t say enough about how beautiful, and real they look. Also, have a wonderful scent. Truly a joy to watch. I have ordered before, and always been pleased with quality, beauty and quick delivery of all items. Will definitely shop with them again, and again.

Somehow I was accidentally signed up for some perks program where they charge my credit card $15 each month! I didn't notice last month, but caught the charge this month. The thing is that I didn't actually order anything from them, so I don't even know how this happened. But, when I called to complain about it and definitely get OFF their list, I then encountered a very rude "customer service" person who answered my call. LTD has lost me as a customer -- be wary of their website!
