I ordered a bathroom decor set July 14th. It shipped July 16th. It was delivered today July 21st) but there was a mix up as far as delivery goes. I called LTD Commodities customer service and got through right away. The rep was very friendly and apologized numerous times for the inconvenience. He said I needed to call FedEx because the package was shown as "delivered." That part was a little annoying but if there's nothing they can do, there's nothing they can do. Not their fault I've read reviews saying that after placing an order that multiple people were signed up for the monthly perks subscription and I wanted to make sure that I wasn't "signed up." The rep verified that I was not and they had been getting a large number of calls regarding this for some reason. He then told me to call them back if FedEx wasn't able to assist me and they would issue a replacement order. Turns out, Fed Ex didn't bring the package to my apartment (even though it is clearly labeled on the box/shipping label) but rather left it in the general public near the mailboxes (not LTD commodities fault). The package was wrapped well and all breakables were in bubble wrap and individuals boxes. Nothing was broken. I'm a very satisfied customer and will definitely be ordering from them again!
