I ordered a faucet, Lowe's charged my card, and sent an email to confirm it was shipped, but sent no tracking number. Ten days later, I still don't have the item. I have to contact Lowe's to see where it is. Oops. They never actually had it in stock -- even though they charged me card and told me it was shipped. What a terrible customer service process. It help up my renovation by two weeks. Not impressed.
Enbrighten 4pk plugs. Google shopping search Lowe's $17.41 curbside pickup. Clicked on it, took me to the Lowe's website. Not available for order in your area. Submitted my zip code, price wad $34.00. False advertising plain and simple.
For a while, they were giving Home Depot a good run for their money, but somewhere along the line, they seem to have given up. Their prices, products, services, etc just are not living up to the standards they originally seemed to have set for themselves. Maybe they'll come back but Home Depot is still king.
We bought washer dryer, and mini fridge, the lake city fl store we live an hour and a half away, couldn't pick up at that time as we had driven car, the following day, returned with my 7.3 diesel F 250, to pickup purchases, Well, Surprise... that appliances had been sold to another customer Typical Lowes. I've got 12 hours time 75 dollars in fuel. And a trip to best buy to buy appliances, should have gone there First, The Manager did do what's he's paid to do, repeatedly saying I'm sorry. I'm sorry, lost count how many times. But I do agree, he's Sorry working for an even Sorrier Company, needless to say we will never d o business with them again, not they're concerned. Another victim is in line behind us.

*Issue was finally resolved by an associate great with customer service... Today has been so frustrating. Bought a dishwasher, brought it home and top completely cracked. Then drove back, got another and this one dented! Managed refused to make arrangements to now pick up 2nd defective dishwasher causing a third trip back! Only got 10% off of one we now have to order. We have two kids, borrowing a truck and little time on our hands yet a huge company like Lowe's can't rectify the problem by simply picking it up for us. Entire day wasted!
Lazy, disorganized, disinterested personnel with the exception of the customer service desk staff. Wide spread out of stocks throughout the store on the most basic items. All this makes it hard to move construction projects forward. Bet they would be more customer-centric if they had a competitor in town. Please come to Crossville, Home Depot.
Never buy a new husky chainsaw. I got the 440 x torque, 90% cheap bridle plastic. Never wants to start, floods, will leave u stranded out of a road with fallen trees. Save yourself the time and money and just go get an old Stihl.

Carries very different products then its competitor. Some better some not. Staff at the Lowes we shop at not the most helpful or knowledgeable for when you want to get in an get out quickly. Offers alot more in home decor rather than building materials. Has a good selection of large kitchen appliances. Not great for online purchasing with delivery for our business buying needs.
I bought a washer and dryer from my Lowe's in Jensen Beach. I was given a delivery date, took off of work, and the dryer was defective. I waited for someone to contact me on the new delivery date but it never came. When I contacted them I was met with rude customer service. Finally my order was rescheduled and confirmed by the delivery company so I took off another day of work only to find out the scheduled the delivery for a different day! I've now missed 2 days of work for nothing and the only response I get is there's nothing they can do about it. Not a great way to do business Lowe's and no one takes responsibility for anything!
Should be named slows. No one around to help. If anyone does arrive they cant help. They dont know the area. Not there department. Wrong answer. Paying customer direly needs assistance. What to do. Go somewhere else.
The disconnect between Lowes contractors and the customers is non-existent. We purchased a dryer product # ******* the first week of Sept. And included the warranty, all parts, and delivery in the order. When installed, it was not connected properly. Order # *******. After an initial complaint, and email was sent to Charles Still, Greg Grizzell, Chris Williams, and Kenneth Shirley on Sept. 6th. I even agreed to attempt to hook it up myself if they would send me parts I paid for. Nothing in response. My experience with Home Depot has been great in the past. No more Lowes for me!
Worse company EVER! They charged my credit card two weeks ago for a product that I still haven't received. I have spent hours on the phone with the Corbin, KY store trying to get this resolved--most of that time on hold. One day I was transferred 8 times. They told me I shouldn't have ordered it online. I will never shop at Lowe's again.
This Spring the Disabled American Veterans in Rapid City were in need of a new matching refrigerator, range and microwave. The sales associate Michael Quandt knew just what we needed, based on the needs we supplied him. Mike helped us place the order and kept us well informed about the out of his control delays in the delivery process. Not to mention he also got us the best discounted prices available at that time. The whole experience was truly "Top Shelf" and we will certainly buy from our Rapid City store again in the future. Thanks!
$79 for a delivery fee? Are you kidding me with this? I live 4 miles from Lowes. There is no way that the cost of labor and gas is worth near that much. Total ripoff. I'd be willing to pay $25 but $79 is ridiculous. I don't have a way to transport the item I wish to purchase. I'm on a tight budget and I resent the severe overpricing of such a service especially after I spent over $4000 in 3 months to make the home I just purchased move-in ready. I appreciate the 10% military discount and I may shop in store but I will take my online business elsewhere. Get it together Lowes.
I bought a Midea dishwasher from Lowe's and it broke within 2 days. They did not take ownership and directed us to Midea for manufacturer's warranty. Whirlpool/Midea sent someone who had no clue about Midea products. We have been without a dishwasher for 3 weeks now. Called Lowe's again to get help. Here's the disaster – they said to hire a plumber again disconnect and bring it to a store. We paid for installation. This company is a JOKE! I will submit this review everywhere so people see their unethical response. This is illegal! The worst company I have ever dealt with.
My problem is still unresolved! Should take the loss $1500? And buy another dishwasher. No way! Lowe's will pay for this DISASTER!
Purchased a new Samsung Convection Gas Range at Coeur d Alene, ID Lowes. Sales people were friendly and helpful in advising on range operation, cleaning tips and setting up delivery and haul away service. Delivery guys were amazing, careful and courteous when time came to deliver our range. I've had great experience dealing with this location of Lowes. Cheers
We have had the BEST luck buying at Lowes! Just redone our living room in tongue & groove on our walls w/stain and trim $200.00! Alos bought the stainless steel fridge 2 door 1 drawer and freezer drawer was marked at 1/2 price because of cord and hubby gets veterans discount!
