I bought a 10.1 in. Dragon touch w. 3-D cap, wi-fi, case, rouch screen, ect recieved it and wouldnt connect to wi-fi sent it back (I paid return shipping) asked for it to be repaired and said tech was to busy! Wanted to refund less than I paid for item! Worst customer support ever! You shouldnt have to pay for their damamged product of their fault and then they wan ot refund less than what you paid for it! They ask you to close your return ticket w. E-bay and thats when they pull their crap!
