Please Do not use ' love holidays '. Made a mistake after 13 minutes booking my holiday and one surname wrong? Love holidays gave me fight details. They would not cost even with a cost. Had to cancel whole holiday. Tried charging 1700 pounds.please please re reviews. This holiday services needs shutting down. Can't speak to anyone and no one wants to help. Rude vile service
Booked a holiday to Thailand and we fly on Monday. Been advised that our booking as been effected by supplier insolvency but do not worry all be be fine. They have even sent me emails confirming everything is fine, however I have checked with the hotel in Thailand direct and the booking was cancelled weeks ago. Love Holidays refuse to give a refund, cannot advise my hotel booking, cannot advise anything, they are trying to force you to cancel so you will NOT get your money back or force you to fly and then deal with their local agent / office overseas. Under the UK law you have a right to a refund if your holiday has had a significant change, if they want to move you to another hotel you have the right to refuse and get a refund. They are trying to force you to fly so they can then 'dump you' anywhere or then you are left facing to pay the hotel direct which is an appalling service.
Be WARNED - go elsewhere, avoid this company at all costs.
They changed our hotel and didn't say anything. Then offered us compensation for the transfer to move hotels. Their customer service is beyond a joke. When we returned home, they said as we were no longer abroad, they could no longer help us.

I am extremely disappointed with Loveholidays as a business. I used they 2 years ago and they were excellent but this company has changed drastically. They have an automated phone service which takes 30 minutes to get to a agent. I originally booked a 1 bed family room all inclusive. As there is 4 of us, I changed to 2 bedroom family room. They switched my board basis from All Inclusive to Bed and Breakfast. When I complained they told me it was me who changed it through an app. They are now looking for over €1000 to move back to All Inclusive. There customer service tell me it my problem and have to pay. Another customer service told me it was always booked Bed and breakfast. Please do not use this company as experience has been dreadful.
This company is the worst holiday company I've ever dealt with. They changed my booking halfway through, cancelled my flights and no offer of refund. They're customer service is another level of denial and lies. Awful company, and by god you can tell if you search them on Companies House.
Booked a large package holiday had to do it with advisor he got 2 passengers name wrong which was informed to him straight away. Know its become impossible to contact them and if you do chat to customer service they never solve your issue. This is still ongoing and to make matters worse the flight had been reschedule so you have to go back to loveholidays to confirm or give you a alternative as usual you can't get to the right team to deal with this. This has spoilt our holiday and put me under a lot of stress a very bad company to deal with which has no customer service. I regret going to this company and my recommendation to stay away from this company if you don't want to spoil your holiday.
VERY DISAPPOINTED!
When experiencing the most horrible holiday after paying for a 5* hotel treatment all inclusive. I was left speechless after not having a room for the first night of the holiday and sleeping in the lobby. Finding mold in the food. And when allocated a room the next day finding blood and a cockroach pushed me over the edge. When contacting love holiday for help. They basically told me to resolve it with the hotel after witness other guest getting refunds from non refundable booking and upgrades I was met with racial complaints from staff saying I am having a black issue. And there nothing they can do as they are overbooked I was forced to leave the hotel without a refund.
Love holiday please do better! As we booked with you as a travel agent and therefore should be aware of issues that people are facing.

They failed to deliver what was presented on their website and when challenged basically rebuffed all the information. Do not waste your money at all as you will be very disappointed.
Absolutely horrendous! Booked a holiday with Loveholidays, had non stop problems! They do not answer their phones, their web chat is useless, the will not give call backs despite numerous emails regarding problems with the booking created by the company! I booked a holiday to Crete, the company informed the flights were confirmed and I have been given the dates of the flights and had to register with Ryanair, however, when I checked the flights they are the wrong flight date and location, the flights are booked for Barcelona not Crete! I've contacted Loveholidays by their Facebook messenger link, their chat and attempted to call but had no joy whatsoever! I'm so despondent that I have lost complete confidence in the company and want a refund! I do not want to pay the remaining balance at the risk of losing all my money on a botched holiday and ruining the first holiday I've had in 2 years!

Due to me being primary carer this was my the first family holiday in five years. Due to issues with air traffic control and then technical issues with the flight my family and I were delayed for three days. I contacted Love Holidays office to assist with the booked transfer company and they didn't want to know. They kept citing we are only the booking agent. I asked them whether they could inform the hotel that we were going to be late and guess what they were only broker couldn't help me. I contacted them to make a claim but yes you've got it you ignored my letters and claim. AVOID AVOID AVOID!Love Holidays is an absolute disgrace. I will never never use their company again. They are shambolic. Shame on them
They scam people with beautiful ads, you pay top money for it but when you arrive you find out that it's completely different hotel, nothing is the same. This destroyed holiday will end up in court. I have enough evidence to take them to court. Scam Scam Scam. Don't use them if you don't want to lose your money because you will never end up in the place you pay for.
We added my daughter to our holiday and could not verify her online. So had to pay £55 to verify at airport. Then on way home still couldn't verify her and had to pay 30 euros. Spoke to airline and they said loveholidays have put on this person has to verify at airport. 5 times trying to speak and sort this wit loveholidays they told me it's got nothing to do with them as they are just a travel agent. I will never book though loveholidays again as after they get there money they don't want to help.
Horrible experience. Loveholidays falsely advertised the holiday I booked, which led to an argument in the hotel resulting in our stay being cut short due to being made feel uncomfortable.
Loveholidays refuse to accept any responsibility and keep closing the issue without any resolution.

Run far away. Worst travel company I have ever dealt with. They will never respond to your inquiries. Customer service line and live chat are always non-functional. They will take your money and disappear.
I made a mistake on my initial booking and they were hell to deal with. The small error cost me a fortune to add on two 2 year olds onto my booking. I tried to negotiate and plead with them to help me out, however, it was no good. It took them days to get back to me and on the chat it's hard also. They sent me the wrong details at one point, which was obviously a mistake. I would never ever go through them again, they put me through hell the last 4 days.
I've not used a 3rd party holiday site in the past, and based on this my first experience, will never do so again. Be warned. It will only end in tears and endless phone calls, passing the buck customer service and just plain ineffective advice if things go even partially wrong. You're on your own and just imagine adding kids into this equation when they loose bookings, bags, being stranded etc.
Awful company be very very careful. If any information on their website is incorrect regarding hotels, flights ect they will take no responsibility at all. I booked an aqualand resort holiday only to find via another means that it doesn't open until the end of our stay. Loveholidays have now updated their website following my information but will not hold any responsibility and just quote the terms and conditions. I'm sure most have had lovely holidays but this company cannot guarantee your holiday and will not support you when things wrong. Awful company can you imagine how my kids are feeling now.
Be very careful booking with this company. My confirmation did not match the advertisement. We contacted love holidays within 2 hours of getting the confirmation after contacting the resort to verify the accommodations. They were unable to modify or cancel my reservation even though it was 4 days prior to stay. They are a 4th party and things become incredibly complicated. We spoke with hotel, expedia, love holidays, and finally our credit card company. We were only trying to make a simple change or cancellation. The hotel/credit card company has been very accommodating to try to resolve the issue, but love holidays has been a complete brick wall. We have been on hold for 3.5 hours over 2 days trying to reaolve this. It looks like they get decent reviews, but look harder and notice the reviews are terrible if there is any change to your plans. Make sure everything is set in stone before booking because you will not be able to make changes
It was so easy to check out the cheapest flights and the best day to fly. The hotel selections were easy to compare and research as photos, the location on a map and trip advisor reviews are all at your finger tips. Great price on my holiday, saved a lot when compared deals. Nicola on the phone as great too. Can't wait to go now!
