Booked the holiday - got email the following day to say unfortunately the booking hadn't been successful and that it would be 330 additional if we still wanted it. I would not trust or recommend this company.
I booked our vacation and immediately changed the airline. The change in airline caused a refund, which was sent to Skybird, a 3rd party booking company. It has been 5 months, and I have already completed the travel. I have yet to receive my refund. I keep getting told the "team" is working on it, but I cannot get an accurate update or speak with a manager. The customer service is horrible and do not recommend.
Wouldn't touch them with a barrage pole,travelling with party of 14 in April for my special birthday and payed extra for early morning flights as the ones that were sold with the holiday didn't suit us travelling with our young grandchildren.flights have now been changed and refused to refund the difference we paid for the early morning flights and we had to change our transfers ourselves when everything was booked through them
SIMPLY - DO NOT USE! I would happily pay more but use a firm that will provide you with an honest service and do what they say they will. If you want to risk your entire holiday happening and/or want to spend the same about of time as your holiday speaking to their bots when something changes (like a flight cancellation which are unfortunately fairly regular these days) then go ahead but I would never use them again. I'd use anyone else.
I booked a hol to new york and wanted to change to a direct flight and different hotel, manage your booking it wont let you, customer service tel will only put u through if u are traveling 12 weeks before departure and.

Had poo and blood stains on mattresses when arrived contact love holidays who assured me they would contact me back the same night. They never did we were forced to sleep on stinking mattresses for the night.
We have photos for proof.
Then they had the audacity to say the hotel more or less accused us of doing it.
Booked a room through the company only to receive an email after I had paid to say that the room I booked had increased in price. The only reason I booked my holiday to the destination was because of such a great price. Not a good way to do business.
Do not book with this company If a problem develops it will become your problem, no assistant will be given, the only concern this company has is what they can charge you for the failure of your holiday

Love Holidays/Hotel Edison New York. I have just flown out to New York having booked a year ago with love holidays. We believed everything was included with our price however we have just been hit with a $200 fee at check in for facilities fee for water in our room, breakfast which I have already paid for in advance and use of the gym which we have no interest in using. To eat breakfast in hotel you have to pay $5 each day per person, plus tip. I understand there is a city fee which is fine, but a $200 facility fee which we haven't budgeted for is not. I have been online chat to Gagan (love holidays) for past hour, and they seem to disconnect my chat. Surprise surprise no managers are available I have spoken to hotel managers who said love holidays should make clients aware of this. This has totally ruined my husband and my 20th Anniversary.
Also make sure the room you booked is the one advertised, we have moved twice so far. Only good this about being here is the location
Be very careful of trustpilot reviews as they are not genuine and the main reason i know this is that they will manipulate these reviews to favour the merchant because they have a financial agreement/contract in place. Just go onto the Loveholidays website and you will see the reviews on the site and loveholidays pay for this service and therefore Trustpilot themselves are not to be trusted as a provider. Shame on you both. Also, any problems with these travel agents with paying you. Please contact your card provider and start a chargeback to get your money back and document all communication
Do not book a vacation with Love Vacations. I booked a hotel and after they took my down payment they were unresponsive, impossible to contact and a scam. I just lost out on $500 and didn't even get to stay in the hotel!
Love holiday refuse to communicate with us we have been trying for over month after booking a holiday and needed to make changes, when you ring they are only willing to talk about new booking

We had to amend our booking due to visa delays and they did not care to assist at all, besides saying they couldn't get hotel dates and that was it! £1290 wasted and they were extremely unsympathetic towards us or helpful at all

This service should defenitly should be under investigation, the scamming there is real. Be very careful, and avoid ag all costs. Booking.com *******% better in every possible way.
Please dont get insurance as well, is pointless, at least in my case. Tried to cancel my holiday and wasnt refundable.
All flights, cruises, etc are cancelled due to Covid 19, and this company is non-responsive and will not refund our hotel reservation fees. I had better service from a 3rd party booking site during 911! Do not EVER book through this site! Zero stars if that was an option!
Disingenuous people who obviously don't care about people's welfare. Have been made to pay for another set of flights with no refund for the first due to a mistake made on their part. We were met with no sympathy and were essentially told to move on. 1k down the drain.
Do not work with love holidays, they are the biggest scam know to man. Cancellation fee of £599 even though their has been a death in the family and we can no longer travel. I have spoken with Marcus, Zizi, Andrew, Anatasia and Aloni along with 6 different members. You are passed from pillar to post. I have been on live chat for 72 hours and got no where. The services is absolutely disgusting and vile. My case has already been accepted by solicitors - firm case as well. Watch this company sink to the ground - disgusting.
Arrived at our hotel in Crete at 2am - nobody on reception, key to room wouldn't work. No help from Loveholidays - promised to contact hotel themselves and ring me back - didn't. Absolutely no customer service - I was almost desperate as we'd been travelling for 13 hours and all I got was " I'll ring you back - enjoy your evening." Would NOT use again or recommend
I have just been advised by Loveholidays that the 4 star Hotel I have booked and paid them for in central Athens is not available. It is less than 2 weeks before I was due to stay and there is very limited alternative accommodation now. They have offered me 'rooms' 10km out of Athens, a 2 star hotel with poor reviews or an apartment 7KM away as alternative and they say these are comparable! I am fighting my corner but will continue to post poor reviews until I get a satisfactory response from them. I would strongly advise not to book with them as you could easily be let down last minute. They still have my money by the way.
We cannot travel to Spain due to the current virus problems, we booked our hotel through love holidays, it was a no cancel booking, however it's all beyond our control we dont want a refund just defer our booking. I spoke to the hotel they were more than to do this by the way the hotel is now shut!. Love Holidays just show no refund or change will be given. I can't speak to anyone how convenient for them. I will never recommend this company to anyone,. What a RIP off this company is, they must be rubbing their hands with glee! Never again I will be challenging this with my credit card company so they will loose my money in the end. Very short sighted on their part...
