Do not book with this company. My friend and I spent hours researching a holiday for half term, in two weeks time. We booked and paid with loveholidays, we then received an email saying it would take seven days to confirm our booking. This is no good as we need to know whether we are going or not. We phoned up and they said you have a place in the hotel, but your flights aren't confirmed, (what use is that?) the lady in the customer services department said it would be 10 days until they could confirm our flights! We then asked for our money back and we were refused. So basically loveholidays have stolen our money and we have no definite holiday booking confirmation for a holiday to depart in 10 days time. We cannot book another holiday because loveholidays have stolen our money. Customer services very unhelpful requested two callbacks from a manager, and none of these has materialised. This is a scam company. Please do not waste your time and money booking with them.
I booked a resort in Antalya-Turkey with lowcostholidays.com.
When I arrived at the hotel, I have been obliged to pay 200. Euro extra because hotel had contract with them only for UK nationals. They told that they experienced same problem with them several times.
There is not any single indication on their site telling this fact. On top, as obligatory, you are required to inform your country while filling out your personal information. They do not warn you even at this stage and proceed with payment.
As soon as I get into my room, I contacted and requested them to solve my problem before leaving the resort. I stayed at the hotel for 5 days and sent reminders. This is the 8th day, but I haven't received anything from them. They have a customer service contact, but I am afraid they don't care customers.
They ruined my daughter 21st birthday. I'm thinking of taking legal actions against these scammers. Red flag is that they use different names. I booked a trip with them and later canceled due to them wanting an ADDITIONAL $1,000. It's been over a month and still no refund and can't get in touch with a live person. That money they took and have yet returned was to celebrate my daughter 21st birthday. I would rate them a NEGATIVE 5 stars
My partner had a heart attack five days before flying. Loveholidays refused a refund and also refused a change of name so my friend could come. This was despite easyjet being fine to change the name and the hotel telling me they had informed loveholidays they were fine with the change. If I had listened to loveholidays I would have lost the holiday. Instead I went and had a wonderful time.
Never will use again!
Booked a holiday for May 2024 had a problem with my booking dates so changed them with loveholidays, paid an amendment fee to find out that you have to contact flight company yourself to ammend dates flight leaves one year earlier than date amendment, lost my flights to be told I have to rebook them again and pay for new flights on top of holiday cost, got no help from liveholidays on this matter just kept saying it was up to me to contact flight company to make the changes not their responsibility, had to cancel the whole holiday as new flights would have been an extra £450 to book. On Cancellation the company took £504 Cancellation fee total joke. Would advise anyone not to use this company as they only communicate via a bot and when you do get a human advisor they are of no help at all, just keep repeating its up to you to sort amendments out not them.
I wouldn't recommend booking with this company. I made a booking for 2024 and I noticed the price changed within a short period.
I contacted the support team who were not helpful at all.
I understand that flights cannot be changed so easily however the price decrease was on the accommodation only! As the booking lead time was so long, it is something that can be done but the customer support Nos was unwilling to do anything for me!
I have used this site a few times and I will not use again following this experience.

Booked a holiday with Love Holidays, RYANAIR return flight was cancelled last minute. We had to sort our own return flight at a cost of £400!
Love Holidays want nothing to do with the reimbursement or even helping us claim off Ryanair! Ryanair won't refund as we used a '3rd Party'. Both companies a shambles & will never use either again!
I will not be booking with love holiday again. I searched for a holiday for my family which was perfect, as my time ran out to book I then clicked the 'more time' button which then unknown to me kicked my children off the booking (I only noticed after I had booked). I rang up twice and was told that noone could help me, I had to sort it online and talk to the automated chat box. I asked if there was a human that I could speak to and was told no. Within an hour of booking I tried to cancel and the cancellation fee was £300 which seems ridiculous. If there was a help line number with real people to speak to then I could just add my kids onto the booking. But with love holiday it isn't that simple!
It is near impossible to get to speak with their customer service.
On the weekend I spent an hour trying the chat system but they could not resolve it and assured me they would get back to me, they never did. It was clear the chat agent was trying to manage too many calls it was 10 to15 minutes between each response.
Tried the support telephone waited over an hour only to be cut off then 30 minutes wait cut off again as they shut their offices at 5pm. Because we have an hour and a half to spare during the normal working day
Trying again now so far 20 minute wait. Obviously completely under staffed s this a case of profits over customer care or they so under funded they are likely to go under.
Do not book with this company. They are no help and have cost me £350 for a holiday I now can't go cause they wouldn't let me through to customer services to change dates of my hotel cause the holiday wasn't within 4 weeks but now that I can apparently there's nothing they can do cause it's past the hotels original fate. So I have flights but no hotel and no transfers! Absolutely scunnered as I've waited 3 years to get away.

We bought hotel+flight package deal and paid full amount. Then one of us can't make it so we found another friend to replace me, because not only the flight, the hotel is also not non-refundable.
It took more than 2 weeks for them to "change the lead passenger and replace the 2nd passenger with a new passenger" - which basically only need a new flight ticket. Their amendment team and customer service team are so messed up, we had to confirm some kind of authorization again and again, and every time they give us a "new quote" they tried to increase for the PAID hotel! Till the end I had to really increase my voice and gave them an example of "if you already purchased an item and next day you go back to the same shop and this item's price gone up, can the staff ask you for more money? No! Because you already bought it!". They just kept saying "prices are subject to change as per the availability", perhaps they think everyone is an idiot or sth?
For me to cancel my flight, I have to phone the supplier myself and request a refund, then the airport tax and fees if any will be refund to loveholidays, then I have to contact loveholidays again to check the amount and ask them to refund the money to my account. What a joke!
And any change you do, they charge you service charge on top of Supplier's charge. Honestly, please, everyone, don't choose this company, it is expensive, it is time consuming, it kills your holiday mood, and they aren't able to provide any professional and useful information, and they are not supportive or helpful!
Oh, by the way, it's been over 2 weeks since I contacted them for refund, and my friends already came back from this holiday, but I still haven't received my refund.
They took my money then told me they can't book the holiday as hotel doesn't have rooms! Why take my money and say you have availability if you dont! Now they won't refund my money so I can't book somewhere else! They said I have to wait for an email to get a refund!
Was paying for a trip to Las Vegas on a monthly basis after two months I wanted to change my travel dates. Had a call from live holidays to say it would easier to cancel and rebook using the money I'd already paid as a deposit
They cancelled the holiday and now won't get back to me to rebook - customer service won't talk to me it was nearly £500 thieves
We booked an all inclusive hotel in bansko and upon arriving we were given 3 single beds for me and my wife to made do with. Love holidays did not help assist. We then asked for atleast soft drinks and we were charged for this. When complained to hotel and to love holidays again they were unable to help. I mean what hotel offers all inclusive but charges you for basic soft drinks like coke and Fanta. Even alcohol is usually free. Useless company. Don't trust them
Booked our transfers from the airport with then. They supplied the pick up company the wrong times.
The pick up company won't help as we didn't book it.
Love holidays say its our fault as we should check the flight times then if they change tell love holidays? Eh?
So we fly out tomorrow.
They have our money, they didn't tell the taxi company the correct times, said we should have checked the times then told them of any updates? And its our problem and can't assist then terminated the chat.

Just received an email from RyanAir saying they don't accept bookings via a 3rd party, after 50 minutes of messing around. I now have to pay for Luggage each way even though I've paid for this directly through LoveHolidays.
Will be requesting a refund ASAP. So glad I managed to sort this out before I go away in 10 days.

Don't use awful company paid holday in full and still getting text for payment been on the phone for last 3 weeks trying to sort it still haven't got any were they lie and say its sorted and it's not commutation terrible and still trying to speak to someone even been cut of if I got to speak to someone been on phone over 2 hours this morning and they won't answer it
Booked through loveholidays, Ryanair changed our flight but loveholidays never amended to the new flight so our transfer time was wrong for the departure time rang loveholidays up for them to tell me they couldn't do anything and I had to book and pay for a private taxi after already paying for a transfer as part of the package. The women on the phone was really abrupt and not helpful at all. So now we are out of pocket and had to spend all morning trying to sort a way to the airport. I would never book through this company again and would advise others not too incase the same was to happen to you.
I have documented evidence that I ordered a certain type of room in the "pending confirmation". They switched out the room to a lower level room in the final confirmation and hoped that I would not notice. They are impossible to get a hold of and are cheaters in my opinion
Booked hotel Martinique Magaluf said on your website to ask at reception for high floor or pool view wouldn't do it got to room bathroom full of ants tell receptionist they say wat you want us to do after 10 mins they give us ant spray. About the all-inclusive wat all-inclusive only food is all-inclusive no drinks where does it say on your website love holidays no where wat is the point us paying all-inclusive when it's only for food 1st time booking with you an it will be the last.
