Can't get hold of customer service with love holidays its all on line, only time you get to speak to a person is when you're going to book a holiday with them after that your on your own once they get your money stay away

Terrible can NEVER get one. They ONLY pick up for sales that they have no idea about refunds and anything really

Tried for 4 days at all different times of day and night and never got a hold of anyone

Impossible only will speak to you if you have 28 days to go before your holiday I have 4 months

Do not book a vacation with Love Vacations. I booked a hotel and after they took my down payment they were unresponsive, impossible to contact and a scam. I just lost out on $500 and didn't even get to stay in the hotel!
