Be very careful booking with this company. My confirmation did not match the advertisement. We contacted love holidays within 2 hours of getting the confirmation after contacting the resort to verify the accommodations. They were unable to modify or cancel my reservation even though it was 4 days prior to stay. They are a 4th party and things become incredibly complicated. We spoke with hotel, expedia, love holidays, and finally our credit card company. We were only trying to make a simple change or cancellation. The hotel/credit card company has been very accommodating to try to resolve the issue, but love holidays has been a complete brick wall. We have been on hold for 3.5 hours over 2 days trying to reaolve this. It looks like they get decent reviews, but look harder and notice the reviews are terrible if there is any change to your plans. Make sure everything is set in stone before booking because you will not be able to make changes
It was so easy to check out the cheapest flights and the best day to fly. The hotel selections were easy to compare and research as photos, the location on a map and trip advisor reviews are all at your finger tips. Great price on my holiday, saved a lot when compared deals. Nicola on the phone as great too. Can't wait to go now!
Agent made errors with phone booking. Never receive details or booking ref. You cannot use any form of contact without a ref! Took a month the get a ref but no way of sorting out their mistake incurring losses of over £2000. 00 Wrote to complaints dept who replied to wrong e-mil! Se never heard from them Appaling system
I have just had the misfortune to deal with Loveholidays in asking for a refund due to Ryanair cancelling my flights. They have charged me over 50% of the overall holiday costs when it wasn't my fault for the cancellation. There is no option to discuss or reason with these people. I will NEVER use this company ever again!
Don't do business with Love Vacations. We had reservations for a hotel in Downtown Denver and received email confirmation. When we check-in there was no reservation. The hotel manager located our reservation at Holiday Inn Express near the airport far from downtown Denver. Love Vacations claims that because we didn't call that night, we may not qualify for a refund. We called - the phone number on our confirmation could not go through as dialed. Terrible customer service - when you want a refund you cannot talk to anyone on the "Travel Team." Everything must be done by email. Rita
We booked a holiday for 5 old school friends it was our 60 th birthdays payed in full to be told 3 months later we owe the balance of £2500 alter ringing love holidays they saying they don't have any record of the money payed even though we have a bank statement to prove we have payed they don't want to know now they asking for a cancelation fee £260 pounds each avoid this company

We booked 5* holiday to Turkey Hotel was disgusting cleanliness bad it was more like a 2* do love holidays check the hotels are the star rating they advertise. Customer service is very bad no phone contact no email you talk to chat and the chat people are so rude all they want is to take money from you by charging you. They made a mistake with my transfers then would not change them to the right destination without me having to pay again.I have a second holiday booked to eygpt with them we have to cancel due to husbands health they want us to pay for cancelling total holiday cost £1800 we paid £800 already they want another £588 from us to cancel there's no customer care whatsoever. The insurance they sold us is of no use they said we don't meet the criteria to claim any money back what a rip off. How can they keep treating customers like this we will never book them ever again.Avoid them they not cheap you end up paying more as they mess up your holiday.

Booked a quick getaway with this agency stating I could cancel or reschedule trip, shortly after we booked and found out we booked wrong dates. We started looking for customer service number but only sales and a live chat which is always down or inoperable. Followed their instructions and never heard a response until 24 hours before trip, guess what? Oh it's too late to cancel due to last minute BS and no refund or credits. My GOD! It took them 2 weeks to respond saying it's too late? It's utter scam and most repulsive agency ever, I knew it was something to good to be true and even booked it with PayPal, they too lied to PayPal saying we didn't follow their procedures thus no refund. I will take my hard earn loss but let their be no mistake the world will soon ignore you incompetent scam and do NO BUSINESS with you lying cheating scam company.
Booked holiday for 3, people, 3 rooms, gave good notice that 3rd person could not come due to health issues, stitched us up for 3 flights, 3 rooms, 3 all inclusive, when they were given good notice, they ignore their cancellation policy...Hotel sympathetic, and said had the agent rang it could all have been sorted. LH did nothing...too lazy to bother, and we know they sub let the 3rd room we paid for already, disgusted is an understatement. Please dont book with this company, they are absolutely shocking, greedy robbers. Hope the third person, we do not now, enjoyed their free flight, their hotel room and the all inclusive we paid for... one disgusted customer
They only want your money! Once you book you can not talk with anyone! You can leave messages online and they will reply 8-10 days later maybe and that will come with an extra charge of hundreds of pounds. They have ridiculous terms and conditions which make it impossible to get your hard earn money back!
I'm very disappointed your services. My money was taken more than the deal was on your site on that day and more than you letting me know that I have to pay the difference, 3 days before my flight? I booked and paid the PCR test and took holiday from work and spender all my savings for this holiday through your site because was all inclusive, which I was sure that is a serious company. I even checked the deal today and is more cheaper than we paid. That's ridiculous! No one answered to the costumer service. I've tried to call in UK and it was busy line all the time.

I had to cancel a holiday to Egypt because of the war in Gaza. Easyjet refunded the tax of £93.42 back to the card loveholidays used when it should have been refunded back to me! Yet love holiday retained £308.77 + 93.42... for a holiday I could not take - loss of £402.19 AVOID this money grabbing fraudulent company.
I cancelled a holiday to Egypt due to the fact that there is war in Gaza. I cancelled the flight but talking to a staff at love holidays requires nerves of steel. Re penalities as long as your arm for a holiday I could not take... After a mountain of aggravation I checked my booking to see the hotel was not cancelled and that I will incur a fine of £320.77 on top of the £202.90 I already paid. AVOID this awful ompany
I do not recommend anyone to deal with this company. I paid for everything in full, but an unexpected health situation occurred. I provided the relevant medical documents, but the staff deliberately delayed the process so as not to return the funds. They did not see the medical letter for a very long time and, of course, saw it only after the start date of the trip. That is, the loveholiday company is definitely not on the client's side.
Booked a trip for Hawaii before the pandemic. Obviously was cancelled. Flight was through Hawaiian airlines who is willing to refund me completely but have requested the Loveholidays call them to request a specific code to initiate the process. Loveholidays has continued to refuse to call the airline stating "it's not our policy to do so." I have attempted to speak to management to explain the issue but the staff is incompetent and hiding behind computers and won't pick up the phone. First and last time I book with them.
My parents and I have both used loveholidays multiple times and never had an issue with them. Even when something has changed with our booking, you have to understand that they're a middleman pulling your package together so you don't have to sit and book everything individually yourselves.
I've been to Tenerife Park Europe countless times and never had an issue, the service is great, the comms from loveholidays is great and even when it's gone wrong or a flight provider has cancelled my flights loveholidays have given alternatives to fix the issue.
Lots of people complaining don't look at TripAdvisor or research the hotel they're going to and expect 5* service when they're booking a budget package holiday. If you're paying £300pp for all-inclusive for a week?!?! Stop expecting the service to be the same as if you paid £1500pp
My daughter and her boyfriend book a holiday on a Friday to fly out 8 days later.Love holidays took the payment in the Friday and a few hours later told them that there were no seats left on the plain. They are still waiting on their refund 7 days later. This means that they have no money to book a flight for their chosen weekend. BEWARE
I have to say it was a wonderful experience from start to finish for us. I have seen some bad reviews but I can honestly say we had the most amazing time and I found the company great. Regular emails and reminders and all the info we needed to make our trip smooth.
