We're disappointed by the continued lack of resolution *******@LoveHolidays regarding our booking (Ref: LOV*******U) at the Lady Diana Hotel in Istanbul. We raised concerns on 18 April after discovering that both rooms we booked were windowless budget rooms — a detail that wasn't clearly disclosed at the time. Since then, we've made multiple attempts to contact your team via email (which bounced back), phone (with no success), and social media. Despite my efforts, I was told I couldn't discuss the booking because I'm not the lead passenger — even though both of us arranged and paid for this trip. I then had to arrange for my husband to contact you separately, which took more time, only for the case to be closed on my end as if it had been resolved — when in fact, nothing had been sorted. Now, the lead passenger has been told that you're still "awaiting a response from the supplier." Meanwhile, time is passing, room availability is decreasing, and upgrade prices are rising — a cost we believe you should cover, given the delays. This experience has taken up far too much of our time and energy, and it's been incredibly frustrating. For the first time, we booked a holiday through loveholidays.com on Wednesday evening for a Saturday flight, the next day they called us and said that we needed to pay an extra £600, since the tickets had already gone up in price... We asked when we could fly so that we wouldn't have to pay extra, they answered that on Sunday,then we agree.After one hour company send email with confirmation what we have to pay an extra £450 again. And so we discussed with them for a long time, what did you tell us that we didn't need to pay extra, to which they began to threaten us and said that everything was canceled and they wouldn't let you have anything! They canceled everything without my permission and returned the money a few days later! Because of this company, we couldn't fly anywhere because we were waiting to get our money back! I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company, which was supposed to provide me with a relaxing vacation. This trip was also a gift for my birthday, but unfortunately, it turned into a complete nightmare.
First, the hotel was in terrible condition—dirty, unsanitary, and far from what was promised. The staff was insulting and unhelpful, making the entire stay even more unpleasant.
To make matters worse, I was unable to get proper rest due to loud construction right outside my window, which gave me constant headaches. Sleeping was nearly impossible.
The worst part came on my last day when I was forced to vacate my room 10 hours before my flight. This left me stranded outside in an unfamiliar country, unable to take my essential heart medication after a heart transplant. This was not only inconvenient but also dangerous for my health.

This company has unfair terms and conditions. They missell holidays and don't care. They will block your number to prevent calls and shut down online chat. The only way of communicating with them is to try calling from a different number or to write a letter by snail mail. Should be shut down!
Love holidays do not check hotels and claim hotels offer services they don't like air conditioning. Very poor experience using love holidays and the customer support was poor. I sent photos of the hotel room with a urine stained mattress and blood stained sheets which i was expected to sleep in. Love holidays said this is acceptable in a 4 star hotel
Holiday in Turkey in December 2024
My father had asked me to buy a Holiday, so we can travel to Turkey in December 2024.
However Community Matron from London Borough of Redbridge had advised my father and myself, (after I have already bought the Holiday Package) that my father is not capable to travel anywhere, as my father is dependent of constant Oxygen Supply.
I was advised by Travel Agency - "Love Holiday" Customer Advisor, that if I will not pay the Full Cancellation Fee, the Legal Team from "Love Holiday" will sue me.
So I have paid £407.78 to settle the cancellation process. Also I have paid Wizz Air £215 (39kg excess luggage fee) and £48 (sitting together at the plane with my father). These money (£215+£48) were not refunded to me by Wizz Air.
Love Holidays advised me to contact Wizz Air regarding (£215+£48). Wizz Air advised me to contact Love Holidays regarding (£215+£48).
So in total I have lost £407.78+£215+£48=£670.78 for the Holiday, which was booked in December 2024. The Holiday was booked for 16.12.2024 till 31.12.2024.
I just wanted to get my money back as per Consumer Rights Act 2015. I am British Citizen and I pay my taxes in full every year.

We bought hotel+flight package deal and paid full amount. Then one of us can't make it so we found another friend to replace me, because not only the flight, the hotel is also not non-refundable.
It took more than 2 weeks for them to "change the lead passenger and replace the 2nd passenger with a new passenger" - which basically only need a new flight ticket. Their amendment team and customer service team are so messed up, we had to confirm some kind of authorization again and again, and every time they give us a "new quote" they tried to increase for the PAID hotel! Till the end I had to really increase my voice and gave them an example of "if you already purchased an item and next day you go back to the same shop and this item's price gone up, can the staff ask you for more money? No! Because you already bought it!". They just kept saying "prices are subject to change as per the availability", perhaps they think everyone is an idiot or sth?
For me to cancel my flight, I have to phone the supplier myself and request a refund, then the airport tax and fees if any will be refund to loveholidays, then I have to contact loveholidays again to check the amount and ask them to refund the money to my account. What a joke!
And any change you do, they charge you service charge on top of Supplier's charge. Honestly, please, everyone, don't choose this company, it is expensive, it is time consuming, it kills your holiday mood, and they aren't able to provide any professional and useful information, and they are not supportive or helpful!
Oh, by the way, it's been over 2 weeks since I contacted them for refund, and my friends already came back from this holiday, but I still haven't received my refund.

I went to Loveholiday.ie and I searched for a price for a trip to Portugal. I received a price online for €4303 for the holiday. I then selected a different flight time, and it was €2264 x 2 = €4528. I'm perfectly happy with that price.
When I clicked to book €4,528, it then jumped to €5,809.56. I then added on seats and bags, expecting the price to still be €4,528. The total came to €6,245.07.
My issue is that the price jumped from €4,528 to €5,809.56. The increase of €1,281.56 was not explained, and no where was the jump in price detailed.
I called them twice and was speaking with Lindo at 9.45am on 22/08/24 approximately 1 hour after the booking. He just said that you paid for the offer, and it was all on me. I asked him 4 times to speak to a manager, and on all occasions he said no and hung up.
I wish I could give them zero stars. Please do not use this company for any bookings, they will catch you.
I got severely ill on my last day on holiday and called their emergency helpline, intended to be a 24/7 phone line. They didn't answer, despite repeated calls. We even tried calling their normal lines during working hours - no answer. When I highlighted this issue as a post-travel complaint, they closed the issue without explanation, apology or compensation. When I then spoke to an agent of their called Buhle online, she was rude, dismissive and sarcastic. To this day they refuse to acknowledge this issue - it's dangerous and straight up lies to reassure people that there's a 24/7 helpline when there is not.
Stay away if you can, there are so many other agencies you can try. We used Love Holidays in the past and never had an issue, but this time it seems that there is no humanity left in this world. We booked our holiday in February to ensure everything is ok. A month before our holiday our Hotel was cancelled, we did understand the issue that was with live holiday and the terms and conditions but love holidays had no compassion for our case, my family booked rooms in the same hotel through other agencies and never had an issue we were the only ones cancelled as we trusted Love Holidays. We explained that we cannot accept another location as we have our family traveling from other countries and we are all booked in there for a wedding and we want to be together with our family. We gave them so many ideas for how to help us having a room in the hotel we needed, but they refused to assist us when it came to money. So of you don't want to ruin your entire holiday stay away.

We were robbed! Please do not book a holiday with Loveholidays! They falsely advertise their hotels.
My sister and I booked a 5-star hotel, and when we arrived, we found the place in a critical condition with a dirty pool area, disgusting contaminated food, and restaurants without AC facilities. The contamination of the food comes as it's about 40 degrees in Turkey and the food on such heat swets ridiculously, open buffet dishes and mosquitoes around the food we were supposed to eat... The staff is rude, and security was taking pictures of us without our consent and laughing at us when we complained. Just use any other travel agency and do yourself a favor to avoid them.
It was a waste of money that they still refuse to refund as we didn't stay there we literally came back home on the same day. Advertising falsely to get people's money it's called stealing!
Be careful They got the second passenger's name wrong
I made a reservation, filled in the names, surnames and dates of birth correctly. When I received the confirmation email, both passengers' names were the same and their surname and date of birth were correct. They say it was my fault. They sent the same first names of passengers to the airline, only the last name is different. To make a change they are charging me over £115 for a name change. I still need to see the value of the other company. Round trip airlines are different. So I need to pay to change the round trip. Conclusion: the trip, which was supposed to be fun, turned into a nightmare. I do not recommend. Very disappointed. Will not book with loveholidays again
Love holidays have changed my flights by 2 days. Although an inconvenient we can still do the holiday and obviously assumed love holidays would amend the booking with the hotel as we purchased the holiday as a package.
However, they want £986 extra to amend the booking even though they have changed the dates.

I booked a holiday which I decided to cancel as I'm moving to a different country. I called them a number of times to check that if I cancelled what I would be refunded. They went through it all on the phone. I accepted that I would not be able to get the money back for the flights and also that I would have to pay the admin fees incurred. They told me, however, that the accomodation was fully refundable. With this information I agreed to cancel and then once I'd cancelled was told I wouldn't get the refund after all. I'm about to lose a huge amount of money. It's also hugely distressing. This is nothing other than a scam. Please do not book with this company!
Booked a holiday to Thailand and we fly on Monday. Been advised that our booking as been effected by supplier insolvency but do not worry all be be fine. They have even sent me emails confirming everything is fine, however I have checked with the hotel in Thailand direct and the booking was cancelled weeks ago. Love Holidays refuse to give a refund, cannot advise my hotel booking, cannot advise anything, they are trying to force you to cancel so you will NOT get your money back or force you to fly and then deal with their local agent / office overseas. Under the UK law you have a right to a refund if your holiday has had a significant change, if they want to move you to another hotel you have the right to refuse and get a refund. They are trying to force you to fly so they can then 'dump you' anywhere or then you are left facing to pay the hotel direct which is an appalling service.
Be WARNED - go elsewhere, avoid this company at all costs.

As we didn't have any option but to book the flights, hostel to at 8 PM to reach our destination, Costa Brava, Hostel Miranda, by 11 PM, once we arrived here, we were left outside with no one answering our calls! We had made a reservation and paid for it, with two young children, one aged 1 and another under 3, accompanying us. We called Love Holidays for two continuous hours, but no one answered. When someone finally picked up, a woman said she couldn't help us and that we should find a hotel on our own! Basically, we are stranded on the street with children!
