I been paying them $37.99 a month for a good 4 months now! And I never got a single Box from them! So, I either want a Full refund or the 4 Boxes
I ordered the Loot Crate DX a month ago. No shipping updates no nothing. Now when I log in to check, it's showing the September crate I don't even want. Tried contacting customer service, they gave me ship date ranges for dates all that have now passed, states it is the crate I ordered though. At this point, I just wanted refunded. Sent an email asking to do as such, so, we shall see. I used to order years ago, but canceled when I was getting a box of garbage, at least it was on time garbage. I got this one for I loved every theme, and, now I guess I won't even get to see if I got garbage or not.
Ordered in April for my sisters birthday at the end of May.
Its now September and I STILL haven't received the items
What's worse if everytime I contact them they send back an automated message saying there have been delays due to covid but your products have just been shipped.
I've recieved this message about 3 times now, all a month apart, so quite obviously my product has not been shipped.
Definitely do not order from this company.
They will not read your emails and they will not send you your products.
I accidentally cancelled my subscription in May when I was trying to change my shirt size (which should be easier then it is. It took several emails to even get my shirt size changed) I was sent an email saying I had stopped my cancellation request. Never got my June box so I contacted them. I was told I was getting the June crate between June 28-July 12 so I waited still no June crate so I contacted again this time was told sorry it's July so no more June crate and I wasn't getting it. Even with screenshot proof of everything I just told you about. No offers for anything other then just sorry if I have any more questions contact customer service and my tickets were closed when I was still responding.
Loot crate was able to deliver only one (the first) of 12 the tshirts that were in the subscription. I requrested to cancel and refund, but apparently their support team doesn't care and keeps stalling, not refunding and not doing anything.
The money (about 100$) are to be considered lost.
I purchased a subscriptions years ago but apparently they changed ownership and since then it is completely messed up.
Just DO NOT BUY from loot crate, chances of getting a lemon are really high and they won't help.
I have been receiving the Wizarding World crates for about 2 or 3 years now, and I love them; however, I moved at the end of May, changed my information on their website AND had a forwarding address at the post office, but still haven't received the last 2 crates. Both were shipped to my old address, even though "Erroll" from customer service (kinda like the Weasley's owl that's absolutely crap at his job) said that it had been changed after the first time I contacted them. It's been 3 months and 20 emails with ZERO to show for it. At first I was told it was my fault and that I had to do a bunch of stuff to get them, then he admitted it was on their end and asked for the tracking numbers. I sent the tracking numbers, and then got a "How did you like your service" email from the company, as if the issue had been resolved. It's not! The first crate was sent back to the company and arrived there 2 months ago, but they haven't shipped it to my new address, and I asked an old neighbor to grab the next one as soon as I got the alert that it had been delivered to my old address, but she took it to the post office, and they sent it back to Loot instead of me! I really want/love these crates, but thinking they're no longer worth the hassle.
They re subscribed me and charged my credit card without permission! This was before I even received my last crate so I was not even given the opportunity to cancel my subscription.
The BBB has opened an investigation on the firm "due to the amount of inquiries we have received" They filed for Chapter 11 for reorganization on 8/11/2019. It is case number 19-*******. I would like to encourage everyone to look on the BBB webpage for more information.
Purchased several crates, after filing bankruptcy they assured me that they would eventually process my orders. A ton of time has now passed and they still have hundreds of my dollars and now my account has "mysteriously disappeared" due to a system upgrade and they have no record of my purchases. This company is a total scam and I caution anyone from giving them money.
Purchased several crates with several orders. Have not received any conformation whatsoever, no tracking, no invoices, Time to file a Paypal Claim I guess... Seems they Take your Money and Do what they Please and when they Please, Which it truly to their own benefit only, I will never trust this company again and regret the purchases already made. Paypal hopefully will refund with the filed dispute
I have attempted to cancel one of the subscriptions. Apparently when you cancel, they keep it active and still charge. I've attempted to contact them, but have not gotten any responses. I have now cancelled both subscription boxes and contacted my credit card company. They keep trying to take out the amount of the box I have cancelled. Their cancellation process is one that I have never dealt with before. Usually when someone cancels, they cancel and don't want their card charged.
I purchased several boxes months ago. Still have never received the first thing from them but a form letter saying they were looking into it.
Do yourself a favor, save your money. This company is a scam!
I bought my first loot box a couple months ago. I ordered the fright one. Wasn't expecting what I got. An item wasn't even under fright it was something totally different. Don't waste your money
Stay away from the company they are terrible to deal with. They take zero responsibility for actually sending paid subscription boxes. I have had a subscription for over two years. I have tired to cancel my subscription several times due to being charged for boxes and not receiving them. I finally threatened legal action and they ended my subscription. I cancelled in April and I am still receiving "delayed" boxes and it is now end of July. I don't know how this company is still operating. They suck.
Loot crate used to be good until the company fell apart the boxes had solid themes and barely met the price you paid for the items inside. I ordered the anime box and I am still waiting on at least four boxes, they have had major delays since at least September/October of 2019. The last few boxes were like the bargain bin anime items at hot topic: Attack on Titan water bottle, Sanrio character keychain, anime air freshener, Loot crate mascot pin. They forgot the shirt I contacted them about and they will send it later, which from my experience they do. Unfortunately I had to cancel and I do not suggest buying anything from them unless you like long waits and disappointing boxes that are overpriced.
Ive been charged for every single crate but recived maybe 20% of them, its been more than a year since several of my crates has "status: shipped" but is still stuck where they started.
Dont ever do business with this website. They dont care about their customers in the slightest. I have been charged around 250 dollars worth of crates ive never recived or gotten my money back for. Of the crates pictures below, I have recived 1 of them.
I finally let my subscription lapse after having to wait for more than 4 months to receive anything from them. It's a ripoff and you would think that it wasn't legal to do that.

I ordered the LOTR Trilogy sub in November of 2018. I've still not received the third and final crate. The first crate was shipped 6 months after I ordered, and quite late. The second shipped last summer, and the third is still yet to arrive. I will never ever order anything from Lootcrate again. Overpriced, poor quality. The bracelet they sent with the second box broke day 1. The ONLY decent thing I've received so far is the Mug from the first crate. Everything else is garbage. The Tshirts are of such poor quality, they start falling apart after the first wash. The images on the shirts are so poor, they are barely recognizable. Very disappointing.
I ordered the more expensive loot crate for my husband at Christmas time. The box was billed for January with a delivery date at the end of the month. At the end of the month, the shipping date changed to the middle of Feb. However, we were billed for the February box when January has not shipped yet. Now the shipping date changed AGAIN! It is stated the end of February for both of the crates. I have no hope that this will happen. I have emailed them several times in regards to their lack of business etiquette and how un reliable they are. I have requested a refund for my previous orders that I have not received, and have cancelled future orders! I ignored the original reviews. Please don't make my mistake and do the same.
I have been a subscriber for several years. Although my nephew loves the boxes this will be my last year. Customer service is terrible. Each year I pay more and have more aggravation. They have no phone number to call. Email is the only option and it takes weeks to get a response.
Answer: If you look at the good reviews, they are from 2014. This company has gone way down since then. Now they just take your money and never ship. I wouldn't be surprised if they go out of business soon.
Answer: What ever you do, go to your bank account close it, and reopen a new one in your name, that literally seems to be the only way for you to escape their stealing scams. Stay AWAY from them!
Answer: Just accept the loss. It will take weeks to even get a response forom customer service and you will end up with an excuse, expense of returning what you have and will either 1) get two more wrong items after several more weeks, 2) never receive the exchange items at all or 3) get a refund if they are threatened with a PayPal claim.
Answer: Do not buy them here. It takes over a month to receive anything. What you receive will be wrong. Customer service takes weeks to respond. Dissatisfied customers are always selling Crate items on eBay. Best it get them that way.
Answer: Don't order it! Other reviewers are saying that once you cancel it auto renews automatically. Cancelling subscriptions seems to be next to impossible!
