Another person here who ordered expecting my crates to be here for Christmas. And guess what they have been delayed because of their supplier for an item or some such excuse like that. That was the excuse for one of the Crates. The other 3 will not be here till Feb because they claim I did not order before Dec 5th. When I emailed them my Paypal receipts for the 3 crates clearing showing the date it was paid. I got some bs response asking me to clarify which crates I was referring to. The invoice clearly states the order number and item. I guess zombies with no brains work there. Stay away these guys are bad.
They have delayed many of their crates and when asked their reply is to check their website for updates. They have also cancelled creates that cost more than £100 and did not tell the customer (you find out when you check for shipping information) and have not replied to contact on whether they will receive the creat (unlikely if it's been cancelled) or if they will be issuing a refund. And funnily enough (note the sarcasm) it is now just over the amount of time you could get a refund via Paypal (180 days) that they cancelled the crate. Don't trust. Don't buy. Don't bother.
I ordered Loot Wear - Socks in March 2019, paying a year in advance to get a 50% discount. I have not received any socks whatsoever since then. Customer service is useless.

I started a bi monthly subscription for wizards crate. I was charged three months in a row and only received one Crate. I complained to the company and asked for my money back. They told me it's a monthly charge. I sent the description of the box to them that says I'd be charged every other month. They refuse to refund me. I've still only received one box after three charges. So I paid $140 for one box. I went to get back into my account and they completed deleted me. I'll be contacted my bank.
Ive been charged for every single crate but recived maybe 20% of them, its been more than a year since several of my crates has "status: shipped" but is still stuck where they started.
Dont ever do business with this website. They dont care about their customers in the slightest. I have been charged around 250 dollars worth of crates ive never recived or gotten my money back for. Of the crates pictures below, I have recived 1 of them.
They show you a plethora of loot crates you can possibly get from the vault, but it's likely (like me) to get multiple duplicates. I ordered multiple in the hopes i'd receive something sweet that i didn't already have. They shipped me 4 of the exact same crate. After talking to a service rep, they took back 3 of them and promised that none of them would be the same.

One of the worst experiences with a customer support service. This company kept $7 of a refund, and refuse to show me a terms of service that says a subtotal discount is itemized. Meaning they choose how much the discount is off each item from a $15 off gift card, when it states of a order's total. Once an item is cancelled, the total would have drop, after removing that item. Takes a day to days to get any reply from them, and then they won't answer your questions. Do not purchase from!
They continue to deny an order I made in early March. A mine Chest and loot vault order. East I'm not understanding is why an order from loot vault takes over a month to ship. The items are already in Stock. They mentioned the mine Chest was going to be over a month late in an email sent far later than they should have. The customer service is terrible. A week after the original ship date I sent emails regarding my orders. Only then did they send me an email explaining the warehouse move and the lack of items that were supposed to fill the chest. Ok... so why didn't they send out the email a week ago when the item was first considered late or delayed instead of waiting over a week while people who spent their hard earned money have no idea where their money went.
I ordered a 2 month subscription for my Grandson in March. I have been charged 43.49 in March and April. My account shows that nothing has ever been shipped. So I guess I am just giving them money each month for nothing! There is no way to contact them by phone, only e-mail and they respond with a automatic reply. I will report this to American Express.
I have attempted to cancel one of the subscriptions. Apparently when you cancel, they keep it active and still charge. I've attempted to contact them, but have not gotten any responses. I have now cancelled both subscription boxes and contacted my credit card company. They keep trying to take out the amount of the box I have cancelled. Their cancellation process is one that I have never dealt with before. Usually when someone cancels, they cancel and don't want their card charged.
I ordered a few shirts and a couple other items. The order took about a month to finally ship out and when I did receive it, there was one shirt missing and one shirt in the incorrect size. I just finally received the missing shirt today (nearly two and a half months after the initial order) and still have not received the replacement for the shirt that was the incorrect size. To their credit, they did offer me a refund for the shirt, but I decided to stick it out and see just how long it will take to get it.
The quality of the shirts is pretty bad too. It is that thin see-through, clingy cotton that I hate in shirts. Oh well, at least the Sailor Moon bottle opener is pretty decent.
Overall, terrible experience and I would never consider ordering anything from this company again.
Won't shop with them again. Crates were fun at first. More and more have junk we don't need. Customer service is terrible. Loot Crate Vault has leftovers priced nice but I put in a big order on Black Friday and it came 2 days after Christmas! When I'd ask if it was going to make it in time they wouldn't give specifics - we will get most out. They don't seem to know what they're doing.
I have paid for 3 months and have received 1 shipment twice(same items).
What I was told: "Since January has been marked as delivered and February is still en route, we are unable to provide refunds immediately. If you would like to return your items, please feel free to send them back to:"
This is after I canceled and said I wanted my money back... so literally almost 12 hours later they mail out the package and tell me, we mailed it so you're pretty much on your own.
I ordered a set of 4 boxes, prepaid, in Feb 2021. 18 months later I've received 2 incomplete boxes and customer service is absolutely incapable of doing anything remotely helpful. They have no idea when the others will even ship.
Turns out the original company filed bankruptcy and was bought by the owner of NECA. Now there are legal battles going on and the production and shipping of boxes is caught up in all of it. Mind you, that doesn't stop them from selling more.
Just pass on these boxes. The items aren't overly worth the price anyways and they're definitely not worth the stress.
Lootcrate seems to ignore papal requests/cases so if you had an issue with an order and lucky enough to have paid via paypal submit a paypal ticket. Then when they don't reply in 30 days you'll be asked how much money you want back which also gets ignored and you'll just get all or partial money back on your order.
Suck it lootcrate your bad customer service at least PayPal's is good
Was able to get 1/2 refund of my order that was suppose to be guaranteed delivery by Christmas showed up mid January. Don't let them keep your money if they break breach of sales and guarantees.
Every single month we've had an issue. As of today the very end of May we still have not received April's Risky Business Crate and was told May's would be late as well. Customer service sucks! Won't issue refunds or give credits even though we aren't even receiving the merchandise. Stay away from this fraud of a company!
Do not sub to Loot crate. They are not genuine in their apologies nor their promises to fix the issues that they cause you. My crate has been delayed from March to May and now checking again is now delayed until June 5-10th. No communication whatsoever on this new delay.
The first and only delay email had included an apology coupon to their other site Loot Vault. When checking out the coupon on Honey or another couponing sites, Loot crate's sad excuse of an apology coupon was already the exact same deal as their other current coupons. They are redirecting people to go buy more products from them without giving customers what they have already paid for. Do not sub even with their tempting 50% off crate deals, they are only trying to lure you in to steal your money.
DO NOT BUY FROM LOOT CRATE. They WILL steal your money and you will not get what you ordered. As you can see from many other reviewers, they are a SCAM. They owe us all money and will not return calls or e-mails. Not even the Better Business Bureau can reach them. Shut this company DOWN!
What used to be a reputable company is now nothing but sh*t. Back in 2017 I used to order from here, but I had to stop due to money issues. Fast forward to May, thinking this site was still worth it, so I ordered a crate. I've been waiting 4 freaking months on the Fallout Crate that supposedly had a Nuka Cola theme. Customer service is no help and getting them to reply is like trying to pull teeth out of a rodents mouth.
Don't waste your time with this site, it's no longer what it used to be. It's become a scam.
As for my order, it still shows unfulfilled even though I was told I'd get it in September. I'm so done.
Ordered a crate in November 2021. They used the pademic excuse to keep postponing the delivery. Once they were finally ready to ship my crate in July 2022, I noticed that on my account, my order had been cancelled in June without warning. As you have to pay up front, my money is gone and they have never refunded me. Multiple contact attempts only get the "we're handling an unusually high volume of requests" notice, but they never get back to you.
Do not subscribe to this scam site whatsoever. They used to be a reputable site but now are just out to steal money from their customers.
Answer: If you look at the good reviews, they are from 2014. This company has gone way down since then. Now they just take your money and never ship. I wouldn't be surprised if they go out of business soon.
Answer: What ever you do, go to your bank account close it, and reopen a new one in your name, that literally seems to be the only way for you to escape their stealing scams. Stay AWAY from them!
Answer: Just accept the loss. It will take weeks to even get a response forom customer service and you will end up with an excuse, expense of returning what you have and will either 1) get two more wrong items after several more weeks, 2) never receive the exchange items at all or 3) get a refund if they are threatened with a PayPal claim.
Answer: Do not buy them here. It takes over a month to receive anything. What you receive will be wrong. Customer service takes weeks to respond. Dissatisfied customers are always selling Crate items on eBay. Best it get them that way.
Answer: Don't order it! Other reviewers are saying that once you cancel it auto renews automatically. Cancelling subscriptions seems to be next to impossible!
