Terrible service
July 10, 2019

I purchased the WWE crate for my son. The first year they were fantastic all crates were shipped out on time. I reordered for another 6 months starting in March of this year. We received the first crate but that's it so far. No we are missing the crate we should have received in May and the one for July. I've tried to contact them 3 times and always get the same generic answer about delays in shipping. They don't answer my specific questions. What a disappointment this company is. They should just close up shop and refund all customers the balances owed.

Used to be great and prompt delivery.
BUT...
It has been 4 months since I ordered my most recent 3 month subscription, every time I reached out to figure out why nothing was shipping/kept being pushed out I only got a "yes, the expected shipment date has changed!" in response... nothing helpful at all, no offer of a refund/cancel, no time line, nothing...
Once they finally sent out the first crate (4 months late mind you) they sent me the tracking information several days after they had mailed the package, and they had the wrong address on it. The address I gave/that shows in their crate management page is correct, but the one on their shipment isn't even the same city.
Looks like after Months of waiting, I won't even be able to get my crate.
Such a waste.
Until they can get their act back together, stay away unless you want disappointment and a headache.

Whelp I guess I am with everyone else here. Did a 3 month subscription in May. Here we are end of July and all three crates have been pushed back to end of August. Haven't received a thing! Never going with this service again that's for sure!

Dont order from them
January 22, 2019

I had ordered many items from loot vault in october. It is now four months later and these items have not shipped. I have contacted them numerous times, but still nothing.
All the items I ordered are still being offered on the website yet they wont ship me them. I finally got a refund (or I should say that i am promised a refund). We shall see. I really recommend you stay away from this company.

Absolute joke of a company. The junk that comes in the box is not even close to worth what they claim. I had 5 different subscriptions going, so I could try the service and different themes. There's 2 boxes I still have not gotten. I have wrote to them multiple times and they have no customer service. The "person" just said it would be sent out shortly and that they sent an email stating the delay. They did not send such email. They continued to tell me to check "Loot Help" before writing to them again. I did. Loot help is a joke. None of the buttons are click able and they don't update your account so what's the point? It's already feb. And I haven't gotten 2 boxes from January and they have already charged me again. Good luck getting any sort of actual "help" from this sorry excise for a company.

Absolutely terrible service. One order I made came half filled and the other half broken. Took 2 months before they said they can't fill the order. Ordered a Gaming Crate at the same time, been 2.5 months and still has not arrived. Next to useless Customer Support, just steer clear.

Zero stars.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a box for my twelve year old nephew and it was stuffed with sailor moon things. I requested either a refund or another box because what the hell is my nephew going to do with magical girl things? I got a generic robotic reply that they have themed boxes. Yeah, I know that, but I asked about your refund policy. Their customer service and their boxes are terrible! Do not buy from this service, the price is not worth a box full of junk.

Don't Bother
December 5, 2021

I have had a subscription for Loot Gaming and recently all I see are continual notifications of shipping delays. I don't think I have received any of the boxes for the last 4 months. That monthly payment sure always is charged on time. Don't bother with LootCrate until they get their act together.

Stay away!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Once you sign up they have you hooked. There seems to be no way to cancel you subscription, only a number to call (no one to talk to) and leave a message. Our order was cancelled the first of Oct. We have received a box in late Oct. Nov. And Dec. All the boxes were refused and sent back unopened yet they still send them. Stay Away!

Don't buy their subscription... better to buy beaver pelts at the swap meet, or gravel and broken glass to gargle with than waste your money on this giant heap a bleu cheese. All you'll get in the mail in their box is Frankenstein's underwear with skid marks on them

Loot crate has been the worst experience I have ever had with a monthly box subscription. The March crate never arrived and the company has offered nothing to compensate for this. They did say they were going to send a replacement however that replacement has not been sent yet and its already April 23. If it ever does get sent its going to be another 4 weeks of waiting for it (because they are not able to expedite it). Oh wait they also offered a 10% discount on my next subscription payment (not even as good as their promotions) - but I was only able to get this after 22 emails back and forth and requesting an escalation to a manager. They are just growing way too big for their ability to give good service! Don't waste your money

I ordered the Legend DX box months ago even though I heard Loot Crate was going downhill just because I'm a sucker for Jurassic Park. This was shortly before they filed bankruptcy. Still haven't received it and it's nearly December. I recently tried to reach out and ask for a shipment date since it keeps getting pushed back. Unlike some people here I never even received a generic response; I still haven't heard from Loot Crate or received my box.
This is my first purchase from this company, and I definitely would not recommend them.

Edit: I finally received my crate 12/11! I'm happy with the products I received so I'll bump my rating up a bit, but it took so long to arrive and the customer service was so poor that if you're concerned about not receiving your stuff in a timely manner then you'll probably want to avoid them regardless.

So the first two crates had $#*! stuff in them, third never showed. Turns out my address was wrong and it got sent back and it took 3 weeks to find this out. Customer service never tells me if the crate will ever show up so I have to write another ticket to find out that they need to gather another crate (who knows what happened to the first one) so it will show up in "1 or 2 weeks". It's a week later and no tracking info.

I ordered my crate many months ago and still have not received it. Every time the estimated shipping date arrives, they add another month to it. Their support sucks, they don't answer to their support tickets. They take your money and hope you forget that you bought a crate. Stay away from these scammers!

They send you the shipping notification, then you receive the box 2 weeks later. Says its being shipped from LA, but I highly doubt that as I can drive to LA from NY in far less time. When you do finally get your box, it's crap that you can get at your local dollar store that is no where's near the value of what they say it is. Purchased this for my son for a Christmas present, even him at the age of 13 knows how much we got ripped off.

Crow ring

Ordered the limited edition crow ring set back in june of 2021, it is February and with in the first week was told 2-3 weeks and it would ship. Now i am being told it will not ship till march. Beyond ridiculous.

I have both loot wear and risky business since February of last year. Loot crate too. April 2017 comes and all my loot wear and risky business goes late. May late June late I finally get may. They promise to get the others to me after 30 some odd emails after refunding my money as I'm a regular customer. It's going no to be July before I see April but now they are trying to screw me out of June after I re signed up for July aug and sept. I feel tricked. There is missing sweaters and they can't even tell me when they will ship. Kat, Fabian and bob are becoming difficult

I ordered from them specifically for a one-time sale, and I indicated as much on the order form. However, they immediately signed me up for a monthly receipt of their merchandise (shirts) without so much as notifying me via any email or anything. I've tried contacting them both via the telephone and the email, and they're thus far refused my inquiries to cancel a subscription. Avoid like the plague.

I ordered a WWE package and a dead pool back in May and I'm still getting the run around. Ruby their agent tells me that tracking is coming soon and she puts in a ticket... it's going to be 2 months soon and still no item or tracking... stay away... I'm telling friends. Family. Social media... Stay far away from buying from loot crate!
