I ordered my first loot box in July for my daughter. I was charged in August for $49 and again in October. When I email the customer support, they say to be patient and they are still waiting for shipment. I told them that if I didn't receive a tracking number that I was going to go to my bank and file fraudulent charges. Again they said to be patient and they are awaiting shipment due to demands. I filed charges at my bank and said this company is a scam. Do not order from this company.

Worst experience ever
November 14, 2022

Subscribed in April and received the first crate six months later. Aswell was charged after six months again to renew my crate after not even receiving the crates I payed for.
Really bad customer service as they only responded to my emails when it was about my payment method not working for the new subscription.
I hope I'll get my refund. Thats the least they can do.

Horrible

Bought 1 month sub in 2021 and it arrived now I ended up paying for 3 months amd didn't even get the box I ordered I paid £100 more than I wanted I wrote to them and nothing absolutely nothing horrible absolutely horrible

I ordered 2 loot boxes from them... after 6 months I finally received one of them... I understand "covid" and all that $#*!. But when they email Me saying it's going to ship here and it doesn't well ima get aggravated. Today I finally got one of them and wouldn't you know it... no t-shirt inside... I swear these people that work there or Even run the show are so dumb so absolute completely dumb that they don't even know how to wipe their own $#*!...

SCAM SCAM SCAM

I ordered the Mighty crate July 2021. Never received it and emailed multiple times for updates. They kept replying with an automated email to check their Covid shipping delays site for details. The shipping estimate kept changing for this box until eventually the box just stopped appearing on the shipping delays list altogether. So I emailed them about that and they sent me a generic reply as per usual. I demanded a refund and they stopped answering me after that. Fast forward, I submitted a report with the BBB, they tried reaching out to Loot Crate and got back to me that they also never received a response. THEN I decided to check my order status today for funsies, and it was CANCELED IN JUNE WITHOUT ANY NOTICE OR REFUND! So I've just emailed them threatening legal action, but I doubt this will change anything.

Loss of money!

I ordered the rick in morty crate in May. It was supposed to ship in july. It's now the end of October srill no crate. They stopped taking paypal because of their shipping issues. No way to get money back other than calling credit card and disputing. They have no customer service at all. 2 weeks for a computer generated response. Every month a new excuse for when it will ship. Don't waste your money!

Company is a SHAM

I would have given zero stars if I could have. They've charged my credit card 3 times, and I've yet to receive any product. Customer service is a joke. Loot Crate should rebrand as Thief Crate, to honour what their company is truly about.

Absolute garbage company.

These guys are a joke. I've waited over 2 years for an order. They refuse to refund me and totally blow me off every time I contact them. Zero customer service. They know it's too long for me to charge back so they simply tell me to deal with it.

Never order from them.

Loot crate is a scam

Loot crate has become a scam. They don't send products. If you ask for a refund they say they are escalating and will never respond to you after. If you dont get your stuff after a month call you credit card company. Lootcrate will not respond to you un till 3 month after you have purchased the product so you credit card company cant do anything.

Worst customer service ever

Ordered a crate for my husband, took months longer than was advised on the site and when it finally did arrive only a slight fraction of what I paid for was in there. I asked for the rest of my items or a refund through their support but got the run around about their being a "long time for support replies" it's been literal months asking for a refund and I've sent at the very least 15 emails and they still won't get back to me. Now I'm out 100$ and my husband never did get his birthday presents. NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER ORDER FROM THEM.

Don't do business with Loot Crate (lootcrate.com)

I am not a hater and don't like leaving bad reviews but maybe this will keep someone else from having the terrible experience that I had with Loot Crate. In short, I liked the promise of their service and product so I bought a subscription that was supposed to show up at my Granddaughter's house for her birthday. That was in July 2022. It was a big disappointment for her when it never showed up. I opened a Support ticket (#*******) and began a painful exchange with Loot Crate Support. You can't call them. Only email. After lengthy exchanges I was told the following:

"August "Back to School" Loot Crate is scheduled to ship out in September-October
September "Devious" Loot Crate is scheduled to ship out in September-October"

Some time in "September - October"!

3 months later and it still has not show up. I don't have any tracking and they seem to be guessing on delivery time. Maybe they have a supply chain problem but that is not my problem. They can not support the service they are selling. I asked to cancel my subscription and refund my money. That is when Support went silent and is ghosting me. I now have to report them to Visa as a fraudulent service to keep them from continuing to charge my credit card.

This company is mismanaged and does not honor their promises. I would never do business with them again.

Disgraceful

What used to be a reputable company is now nothing but sh*t. Back in 2017 I used to order from here, but I had to stop due to money issues. Fast forward to May, thinking this site was still worth it, so I ordered a crate. I've been waiting 4 freaking months on the Fallout Crate that supposedly had a Nuka Cola theme. Customer service is no help and getting them to reply is like trying to pull teeth out of a rodents mouth.
Don't waste your time with this site, it's no longer what it used to be. It's become a scam.
As for my order, it still shows unfulfilled even though I was told I'd get it in September. I'm so done.

Not worth it

First crate i bought was cuz it had a Cthulhu figure in it. The crate itself wasn't worth the price. I decided never to buy from them again but no I did sadly. My second crate I bought cuz of venom and ghost rider. Not worth the price. Had to wait a year for them to ship it.

Straight up scam
September 13, 2022

Ordered a crate in November 2021. They used the pademic excuse to keep postponing the delivery. Once they were finally ready to ship my crate in July 2022, I noticed that on my account, my order had been cancelled in June without warning. As you have to pay up front, my money is gone and they have never refunded me. Multiple contact attempts only get the "we're handling an unusually high volume of requests" notice, but they never get back to you.
Do not subscribe to this scam site whatsoever. They used to be a reputable site but now are just out to steal money from their customers.

I ordered it my box in December of 2021, expecting it in the beginning of January. Never got it. And month after month they said shipping is delayed. After 7 months of being delayed i asked for a refund. Its been 2 months and they just tell me they are too busy shipping boxes to get a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY

I ordered the Marvel 80th Anniversary crate in Nov. 2019. Never got it. I'm sure many can relate to seeing only Loot Crate You Tube Reviewer receiving them. Updates were rare & vague. Eventually they offered credits, but then those disappeared, and other crates to pick from, none of which I was interested in. And don't even get me started on how the Firefly subscription went to hell. I've been trying to get a refund for over 2 years now on the Marvel crate... they promised, but didn't deliver. Again. Now, they just ignore my e-mails. Is there a class action lawsuit looming?

They did not fulfill my order correctly and responded with
"Unfortunately, we can no longer process replacements as of the moment since we're still catching up with the back orders."
I ordered a "large" and they sent a "medium." I even offered to take an XL, if they had that. I'm not asking for a replacement, I'm asking for the correct order. Loot Crate refused to send my correct order because they're busy not fulfilling other people's order if you look at their Better Business Bureau page.

Don't waste your money

I pre ordered a loot crate in March of 2022 for my niece & nephew. It said that it would be shipped by May. May came & went & I still hadn't received my loot crate. After emailing customer service, in June, I was told it was still in the process so I asked for a refund. After that I heard NOTHING from them. I emailed them at least once a week asking for an update about my refund only to get radio silence on their end. It's been 5 1/2 months now still no loot crate & still no refund. Terrible customer service & I definitely will not be ordering anything from this dog water company again.
