I've been with Canada post ever since my business started and never fail me. First time to use this courier, it's been 7 days now my parcel is non trackable. Called the customer service been blaming each other with the third party depot where I dropped off my package that my package was still there, where the other one said its already been picked up by the Loomis driver. No solid answer here I just want to know where is my PACKAGE GO?! So disappointed!
They couldn't organize a simple bagged lunch, have had package 30 mins away from house for 10 days now. To lazy or stupid to deliver. Being kids xmas gifts how do u explain Santa chose idiots to deliver.

This has to the worst delivery service I have ever dealt with in my life. Pkg ordered off Amazon but came from the US. This is the first time I've heard of Loomis, and hope it's the last! First they attempted to deliver to the wrong address, twice! An address not even mentioned in our order. Then when given instruction for the correct address, and to leave it in the lobby if no answer, and to text us it's been left, so we can tell the recipient to go down and get it. What did they do instead, they say they tried again, no answer. The recipient was home, it's a seniors building and we indicated, that if they don't answer, to leave it! They didn't. So here we are, 3 days before Christmas with still no pkg and having to call constantly to get this rectified! Not happy!
My order was picked up on Dec.9 for delivery on the same day.
It is now the end of Dec 12. And my fish has not yet arrived.
I spoke to the president of my supplier and he confirmed that all Dec. 9 deliveries had been made, except mine.
I received deliveries from Amazon, UPS, Intelcom from Dec.9 to Dec.12.
I waited 40 minutes to speak to a rep...he told me that Loomis delivers at the same rate even if it is a perishable item...
He said the delivery would probably take place in a few days!
I just hope the smell will make the truck driver sick.
They failed to deliver again and again tell me I have to pick up half an hour from me, I explained I don't drive. Their excuse, I'm remote. I live a 1/4 mile from the highway. Told find someone in town to drop it off too, doesn't help me without a vehicle. Every other delivery service gets things here so what's their problem? They we're so nasty with my daughter-in-law another time they made her cry by how abusive their attitude was. These guys are in the wrong business,
Loomis has shut down their depot in Medicine Hat, AB. Making it impossible for out of town customers to receive their items.
First time they didn't ring doorbell and left a paper saying they will pass again with no more details. Called them they said it would be delivered today. Never showed up. Called them they said I had to go pick it up myself since they passed twice! Rude employee on the phone. Worst service ever. Deserve zero stars.
The delivery was supposedly made to an outbuilding. As described in the description, it is a garbage box that is more on the street than on my property.
You don't want to tell me that someone is stupid enough to deliver goods in a garbage box.
So frustrating! No updates in 3 days because they lost the package. My trace specialist seems to think that it'll show up eventually. I have to call for updates, which there aren't any. They don't seem to understand the package that they lost is detrimental to my business and with so many layers, they just don't care.
Their service is such utter garbage that I don't even understand how they're still in business. Their customer service is non existent and their website is absolutely useless. There is no way to actually contact someone that can help you. They went by my house two days in a row and left their stupid stickers and I had no way of telling them to leave my package in the back. I finally had to drive 2 hours to get my stuff because after two attempts they leave your stuff at a random $#*! warehouse. I can't explain how frustrating dealing with this business was. I wouldn't want my worst ennemy to have to deal with such incompetence.
Loomis claims to have made a delivery attempt, after their parent company, DHL, failed, after numerous attempts, to deliver a printer. Loomis claims there was too much garbage at my entrance, preventing delivery. No pictures were taken to verify this. There is no garbage in the vicinity of my door, only two coolers I've had to leave outside, The coolers do not, however, block the entrance. I had indicated that I did want DHL to text or email me when delivery was attempted or made but Loomis did not notify me. Had they, I would have come to the door to get the package personally. When other courier companies have delivered to me they have followed instructions and notified me if there was any sort of problem. Loomis doesn't do this. I now must wait another 48 hours and drive 35+ minutes to pick up my parcel at the nearest collection site. I will not use Loomis again, if I can help it. There is no excuse for this level of unprofessionalism.
I try to contact loomis express to find where my package is I talk to a robot and pass me to an agent and no response from her and they call themselves express almost 3 weeks now pretty sad for an express company can I give - 5 star
So poor, so late, so expensive and such a useless customer support system. Easier to ship with snail mail. I will make this low level of business pay for such bad service.
If I can give negative review I will,they delay my package and don't know where my package is they still have to locate where the heck it is,I have to call 5 times,and they want me to call walmart to add my unit number even though I have my unit number on the shipment details and with the representative on the line she cannot even put it in! First time I had this concern for any shipment from walmart. Loomis is the worst!
All these negative comments are well deserved. Horrible company to deal with. Parcels not picked up, incorrect billing, lost packages and brutal wait times on hold to try and talk to customer service who then tell you to either call another number or email someone. Will no longer be using this incompetent company.
Do not use this service! You will not receive your package, my package has been sitting in Saskatoon since July 27,2022 still haven't received it! Cant call there, they don't answer, can't leave a message mail box is full! Called DHL several times
Was supposed to get a call back never did, escalated the situation many times no response from Loomis in Saskatoon! Stated my package was in hold for some reason updated my address three times and phone number 5 times still nothing! Called Loomis headquarters there was nothing they could do! Beyond frustrated! I would not even give them a one! They are completely useless!
Good luck getting service from them. They can't find tracking number or package and tell me to keep calling back (at a rate of 30 mins per call and per chat). I've spoken to 3 people and nothing has been resolved.
These idiots took 15 days to ship a parcel from red deer Alberta to New Brunswick, then they call saying they don't service my area and I have to go pick it up. Worst delivery service and even worse customer service. Use purolator, ups, or Amish buggy before using these jokers
Constantly met with horrible customer service and rudeness. Very unhelpful to fix their own mistake. No showed on a pickup 7 times and costed me 1000$. Had a package sitting in a warehouse since June with no hope in the future for it to be shipped to me. Lots of lies... never heard from the "Team lead" even though he said he would call over 5 times to sort the issue out. I am very unhappy and dissatisfied with the service and attitude of their employees.
Absolutely awful to deal with. Will hold shipments and not deliver until they feel like it. Package that was to take 1 day for delivery, took 8 days. Package would be sitting in warehouse if I hadn't called and complained. Every time someone sends with loomis, package is either destroyed, lost or shows up 7 days later than it should have. Don't use loomis.
