Loomis is the only company that actually brings my packages to me door step. They are going to be my go to shipping company now for orders.
They failed to deliver again and again tell me I have to pick up half an hour from me, I explained I don't drive. Their excuse, I'm remote. I live a 1/4 mile from the highway. Told find someone in town to drop it off too, doesn't help me without a vehicle. Every other delivery service gets things here so what's their problem? They we're so nasty with my daughter-in-law another time they made her cry by how abusive their attitude was. These guys are in the wrong business,

Constantly met with horrible customer service and rudeness. Very unhelpful to fix their own mistake. No showed on a pickup 7 times and costed me 1000$. Had a package sitting in a warehouse since June with no hope in the future for it to be shipped to me. Lots of lies... never heard from the "Team lead" even though he said he would call over 5 times to sort the issue out. I am very unhappy and dissatisfied with the service and attitude of their employees.
Absolutely awful to deal with. Will hold shipments and not deliver until they feel like it. Package that was to take 1 day for delivery, took 8 days. Package would be sitting in warehouse if I hadn't called and complained. Every time someone sends with loomis, package is either destroyed, lost or shows up 7 days later than it should have. Don't use loomis.
First of all. My shipment was with DHL express. It was supposed to be delivered in 4 days. But they ended up handing over my package to Loomie Express. Which took 9 days and I still don't have it delivered to this date. I called customer service to find out. Such a rude agent! She was almost about to yell at me. If you trust loomis with your package. That's the worst possible thing to do. And you'll regret is right away! 0 stars for this terrible company! Same thing for DHL
These idiots took 15 days to ship a parcel from red deer Alberta to New Brunswick, then they call saying they don't service my area and I have to go pick it up. Worst delivery service and even worse customer service. Use purolator, ups, or Amish buggy before using these jokers
Do not use this service! You will not receive your package, my package has been sitting in Saskatoon since July 27,2022 still haven't received it! Cant call there, they don't answer, can't leave a message mail box is full! Called DHL several times
Was supposed to get a call back never did, escalated the situation many times no response from Loomis in Saskatoon! Stated my package was in hold for some reason updated my address three times and phone number 5 times still nothing! Called Loomis headquarters there was nothing they could do! Beyond frustrated! I would not even give them a one! They are completely useless!
All these negative comments are well deserved. Horrible company to deal with. Parcels not picked up, incorrect billing, lost packages and brutal wait times on hold to try and talk to customer service who then tell you to either call another number or email someone. Will no longer be using this incompetent company.
No notification per phone, no note on the door that they had attempted to deliver the package, which makes you wonder if the driver attempted it at all. Rude customer service agent on the phone.
And to get it delivered need to take a day off work, because their delivery window is between 9 am and 6 pm, with no actual updates in between. Terrible, terrible, terrible. They should get a negative rating for their delivery and customer service.
Any company that uses this service is damaging their own image.
First time they didn't ring doorbell and left a paper saying they will pass again with no more details. Called them they said it would be delivered today. Never showed up. Called them they said I had to go pick it up myself since they passed twice! Rude employee on the phone. Worst service ever. Deserve zero stars.
Initially, I received notification that I was not found at home, despite the fact that I was at home and they did not buzzed me.
When I called to enquire about my delivery, a person called Martin, was really unpleasant and rude.
I will never use Loomis Express services again,I am very disappointed that I received such poor customer service from them.

So frustrating! No updates in 3 days because they lost the package. My trace specialist seems to think that it'll show up eventually. I have to call for updates, which there aren't any. They don't seem to understand the package that they lost is detrimental to my business and with so many layers, they just don't care.
I ordered roses back in December. I was excited when they told me April 24th that they'd shipped and provided me with a tracking number. On Thursday April 27th it said online 'Out for Delivery'. It didn't arrive that day, or on Friday, (closed on weekends) or Monday or Tuesday. I called each day and was assured everything would be done to resolve- but nothing was, nor the next day, nor the next. On Tuesday one of their reps actually said, "Well, let's hope it gets delivered today!". What? Today, I received an email that my package was 'Out for Delivery'. Should I believe them?
Depot 1o minutes from my home (in a common, busy area they keep saying daily in tracking that delivery is schedule, keep pushing it back. My delivery has been sitting in there warehouse for a week. This as happed in the past. Often. Good luck trying to pick it up. I deal with a lot of shippers. This is by far the worst.

If I can give negative review I will,they delay my package and don't know where my package is they still have to locate where the heck it is,I have to call 5 times,and they want me to call walmart to add my unit number even though I have my unit number on the shipment details and with the representative on the line she cannot even put it in! First time I had this concern for any shipment from walmart. Loomis is the worst!

One of my suppliers has switched to Loomis Express for their shipping. What a mistake. Very often late and they falsify their tracking info. Yesterday for example, they updated that an item departed a terminal 7 hours ahead of the current time. It actually showed the next days date on it.
I cant say this about most shipping companies but i hate loomis express. They are never on time. The parcel can be one town away from delivery and it will take an extra week to travel the last 2 hours of the trip. Ive tried paying for the higher speed service from the website i order from and it takes the exact same amount of time so i stopped wasting my money. Tried to take it up with there "support" staff and all they do is lie to get you off the phone. I ask the company i order from if they could offer something else because id be willing to pay more for reliable shipping but they dont seem to care either. So avoid loomis at all costs. Go fedex or even canada post is better then loomis.
This company shouldn't exist. There is no tracking information. The customer service is non existent. And rude. They suck!
DHL gave me Loomis contact number to follow up my package. I end up talking to a very rude agent. He said " Its not here". I said "But DHL told me it was picked up by Loomis". Then he yelled: "No! Its not here, when I said its not here, its not here! You are wasting my time!" The He hung up. I was so upset, so frustrated I just cried.
DHL forwarded my package to this so call company. I started by saying that I would like more details on my shipment and started to spell out my tracking number. I was interrupted by a rude agent who was lecturing me that his system was not ready and I should first explain the situation and then he will tell me how he will proceed because he is in charge and he is asking the questions. Dude! I don't want to be rude but you are a customer agent at lower tier courier company. I don't believe your are enlisted for a Nobel price so please, leave your attitude at the door when you check-in in the morning.
Drivers just leave memos and expect you are not at home, so you need to go to their warehouse and pick up the parcel by yourself. No service at all. Even the customer service hotline, cut the line without solving the problem. A garbage company.

I had a package coming from a different country it took 4 days to get to my province and it's already been 5 days but I did not get the package and the customer service was horrible, the lady I spoke was just trash talking. Dammn this is such a pair
Good luck getting service from them. They can't find tracking number or package and tell me to keep calling back (at a rate of 30 mins per call and per chat). I've spoken to 3 people and nothing has been resolved.
I ordered something on Walmart.ca. I didn't know Walmart hires Loomis to do their shipping but what a horrible service. They have liars behind the phone and not only that, they are so rude and not helpful at all. Just frustrating! I still don't have my package and they keep telling me that it's due to bad road conditions. I went to their website to track my package and it's been "on hold" in Calgary for 4 days!...I have a feeling they stole it. It's a $500 android TV. I am calling Walmart to have a refund and if I get their lousy costumer service again I am taking legal actions.
DO NOT USE LOOMIS other than for leaving a negative review so that nobody uses this service and they go back to India where they belong!
