I cant say this about most shipping companies but i hate loomis express. They are never on time. The parcel can be one town away from delivery and it will take an extra week to travel the last 2 hours of the trip. Ive tried paying for the higher speed service from the website i order from and it takes the exact same amount of time so i stopped wasting my money. Tried to take it up with there "support" staff and all they do is lie to get you off the phone. I ask the company i order from if they could offer something else because id be willing to pay more for reliable shipping but they dont seem to care either. So avoid loomis at all costs. Go fedex or even canada post is better then loomis.

I ordered roses back in December. I was excited when they told me April 24th that they'd shipped and provided me with a tracking number. On Thursday April 27th it said online 'Out for Delivery'. It didn't arrive that day, or on Friday, (closed on weekends) or Monday or Tuesday. I called each day and was assured everything would be done to resolve- but nothing was, nor the next day, nor the next. On Tuesday one of their reps actually said, "Well, let's hope it gets delivered today!". What? Today, I received an email that my package was 'Out for Delivery'. Should I believe them?

One of my suppliers has switched to Loomis Express for their shipping. What a mistake. Very often late and they falsify their tracking info. Yesterday for example, they updated that an item departed a terminal 7 hours ahead of the current time. It actually showed the next days date on it.

Depot 1o minutes from my home (in a common, busy area they keep saying daily in tracking that delivery is schedule, keep pushing it back. My delivery has been sitting in there warehouse for a week. This as happed in the past. Often. Good luck trying to pick it up. I deal with a lot of shippers. This is by far the worst.

My dad and I fished a number of years and had quite a few rods. He worked for DNR sports in Kalamazoo. We owned a variety of rods over the years. And every chance we got to upgrade to a a loomis we took it. And was never disappointed in quality not a darn bit. I was going bass fishing one day and took my lab with me don't remember how the fishing was but when I got home one of my loomis rods almost new was broken didn't know what happened. We'll feeling sick I called loomis and explained everything and that I didn't know if the got caught in it somehow or what happened. Gave them all the info from the rod. They told me to send it to them no mention of cost or anything. I don't think my rod had time to get to them before my new rod got to me no charge and have a great day fishing

Drivers just leave memos and expect you are not at home, so you need to go to their warehouse and pick up the parcel by yourself. No service at all. Even the customer service hotline, cut the line without solving the problem. A garbage company.

Lost delivery
April 5, 2022

My parcel got delivered to the wrong address and there was no apology and nobody took responsibility for it. I never released the company of getting my signature for the delivery - they don't care. Value lost >$ 100. Don't use the service.

Purchased an item thrugh the Wal mart App was promised next day delivery, then its delayed for 2 days then 2 more days. Then you call customer service to inquire about these delays only to be greeted by an unprofessional high school drop out who is untrained in the art of customer service, giving childish excuses for delays like " The driver has a lot of deliveries to make' Yeah your a delivery service! " The driver had no safe place to park" In a giant empty parking lot with barely any cars! And the best one was "we need to confirm your address" you mean I was assured a next day delivery when I ordered and you did not have my address? Bottom line is if Wal mart is using this terrible service to fulfill their online orders I can Imagine their are 100's if not thousands of people calling for refunds and cancellations everyday and swearing never to do business with Wal mart online ever again!

DHL forwarded my package to this so call company. I started by saying that I would like more details on my shipment and started to spell out my tracking number. I was interrupted by a rude agent who was lecturing me that his system was not ready and I should first explain the situation and then he will tell me how he will proceed because he is in charge and he is asking the questions. Dude! I don't want to be rude but you are a customer agent at lower tier courier company. I don't believe your are enlisted for a Nobel price so please, leave your attitude at the door when you check-in in the morning.

Lousy shipping company.

Before purchasing on line make sure the seller doesn't use this shipping company, they don't know what they doing, rude customer service, unreliable service,. I was notified that their driver can not locate my address ( my address is located in Big building on a MAJOR STREET), excuse fo not delivery! I noticed there no attempt on delivery at all. Overall, unreliable and lousy service!

No notification per phone, no note on the door that they had attempted to deliver the package, which makes you wonder if the driver attempted it at all. Rude customer service agent on the phone.

And to get it delivered need to take a day off work, because their delivery window is between 9 am and 6 pm, with no actual updates in between. Terrible, terrible, terrible. They should get a negative rating for their delivery and customer service.

Any company that uses this service is damaging their own image.

Package seemed to be bouncing around nearby cities for weeks. It was finally shown as delivered today. I did not receive the package, and tracking said it was delivered to a different town.

First of all. My shipment was with DHL express. It was supposed to be delivered in 4 days. But they ended up handing over my package to Loomie Express. Which took 9 days and I still don't have it delivered to this date. I called customer service to find out. Such a rude agent! She was almost about to yell at me. If you trust loomis with your package. That's the worst possible thing to do. And you'll regret is right away! 0 stars for this terrible company! Same thing for DHL ‍

Rip Off
April 21, 2023

Got a 17 pound package sent to us, but because it was 5 ft long (but rolled tightly) they charged us by volume. The item cost us 93.00 and they charged us 407.00 shipping! This company is nothing but a money grab.

Every time my supplier's use loomis to deliver my packages they either show up destroyed or several days late. Call the place and they say there's nothing they can do I didn't buy insurance. I've had it where tracking said delivery is today and the next day it says picked up. How can a place like this stay in buisness...

Worst service ever. Please don't waste your time, Money and effort.

I had a package coming from a different country it took 4 days to get to my province and it's already been 5 days but I did not get the package and the customer service was horrible, the lady I spoke was just trash talking. Dammn this is such a pair

I ordered something on Walmart.ca. I didn't know Walmart hires Loomis to do their shipping but what a horrible service. They have liars behind the phone and not only that, they are so rude and not helpful at all. Just frustrating! I still don't have my package and they keep telling me that it's due to bad road conditions. I went to their website to track my package and it's been "on hold" in Calgary for 4 days!...I have a feeling they stole it. It's a $500 android TV. I am calling Walmart to have a refund and if I get their lousy costumer service again I am taking legal actions.
DO NOT USE LOOMIS other than for leaving a negative review so that nobody uses this service and they go back to India where they belong!

THIEVES. HORRIBLE COMPANY

Garbage company with disgusting people. We did not receive our package because we were told that the parcel was damaged. We asked for a picture of the package and was told that it was thrown out. How can someone throw out the package. Dealing with thieves and absolute morons.

Your courier doesn't have a common sense. Obviously, the back door is closed wherever it goes. He massively knocked at the back instead of using the front door. Common sense is free.!
