I ordered my shirt and paid 20 dollar for 2 day shipping and still have yet to shipped. I've called twice regarding my order. I ordered it March 6 and it is March 15. VERY UPSET!
There should not be a reorder option on your previous order if it's not going to cancel said order and replace it with the new order. Very upset about that, not sure if I will be using the site again.
My order wasn't complete. Ordered a jump suite didn't look anything like the picture? Still waiting for a refund I hope?
It took a little long to arrive but it fits perfect, wish it had pockets but I love my flowy jumper!

I ordered for the first time from Lollicouture on March 2nd. It took rather long for my order to actually be completed, and even when it did say that ALL of the items in my order were shipped, not all of my items were really shipped. On my packing slip, it was handwritten that 3 of my 6 items were back ordered. I never even got an email notifying me of this. When I go online it says everything was shipped.
I would probably shop here again because the clothes are nice and inexpensive but I wouldn't recommend this to anybody else.
Shoe quality is poor after 1 wear the heel started coming off

I don't have any information on when my item will be shipped or delivered. I have tried to email and call customer service and have not gotten any response. The phone number keeps saying the office is closed. I order two weeks ago and never received dress.
I've never even received this order yet! It has never even shipped out! I've sent multiple emails and made phone calls that were UNANSWERED! PLEASE DONT ORDER ANY THING FROM LOLLICOUTURE! These people are thieves, and are very mean and unprofessional
I ordered from this website Feb 28th 2016. One item. No details or email whatsoever about my order. I have emailed them twice and zero response. Highly doubt I'll ever receive the item. Extremely disappointed!
I ordered 6 pairs of boots; however, 2 pair did not fit. I asked for a RMA number to return them but was told clearance items can not be returned. I understand that; however, I still think you should be able to at least get a credit towards another order and not be stuck with boots that don't fit. And out of your money. You don't know if they will fit until you get them since it is an online store.
I made a purchase on the March 6th, never got shipping notice until March 13th, and my items will not arrive until March 21st. I paid approximately 26 dollars for shipping and handling, only to get my items almost 3 weeks later (that's if they actually arrive on time). Prior to that, I called customer service to check on my order twice and they were very rude and not helpful. I purchased from this site before ( about one year ago) and they were never this rude and my items never took this long to arrive. Not sure if the owners or what changed, but I will be sending the items back, and I will not use this site again.

I got a cute little suit for a great price. Based on the other reviews I thought shipping would take ages but it came in under a week. Same quality as a brick and motor store but 1/2 the price. True to my regular size.
