Question:

I ordered 2 swimsuits. They sent me an email soon as I placed my order stating my order was received. I'm worried reading the reviews that my order wont be here in time for my cruise. I ordered standard delivery. But I still didn't receive my 50 percent off, When I went to edit my order to add shoes, I don't know if my original order was sent or if its postponed waiting on me to complete... I don't want to be charged doubled for the swimsuits. Please help!

Answer:
Best of luck I paid for 2 day shipping and got my item over 2 weeks later. The item i got on time was damaged. The quality was awful...

Question:

Are the boots true to size? I called customer service and they don't know. She said its whatever is on the website. No wear it says if it's true to size?. Also how is the quality of the boots?

Answer:
The quality is terrible. There's glue visible in certain parts of the shoes. I would not take my chances with this company. It took weeks of back and forth emails with them just so I can send back my purchases. They do not come with return mailing labels or addresses. Also you have to pay the return shipping as well which is a pain. Read their ridiculous return policies and feedback. I was warned and didn't listen. I wish I would have though.

Answer:
Dont believe nothing they tell u this site is fake they take ur money supposely send u ur items give u a fake tracking number n u never get your things. Its been a year since i order was suppose to get a credit n didnt get either or.

Will a one piece bathing suit size large fit a 5'1,145 pound girl? Also, to the customers, do they really give fake tracking numbers? My order says it will be here by tomorrow may 15th. Now I'm worried from the reviews that my order will not get here.

Answer:
SIZING RUNS SUPER SUPER SMALL, IM SLIM AND PETITE AND THEIR SMALLS FIT LIKE EXTRA SMALLS, ITS LIKE YOU WOULD HAVE TO ORDER 2/3 SIZES LARGER PLUS ITS A HORRIBLE SITE WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

how I can tracking my order???

They do not provide tracking, and you! You will be lucky to receive any or all of your items you purchased. When you receive these items, check and make sure items are as ordered, from the material to decor of said item, and check them for dirt, when I received a fancy White Blouse I ordered-there was a big Coffee stain right in the middle of it! Do your due diligence research. ~Kim

I purchased 2 shirts on Aug 2nd. I received an email saying the item was shipped on Aug 5th. The tracking number they provided did not work so that was the first red flag. Contacted them via email and was provided a link. According to that link items were to arrive in 7-10 business days. Almost a month later and still no items. I contacted their customer 'support' many times only to be send the link again with no response or respond with a short sentence 'will arrive in 7-10 days'. When I requested a refund as it is pretty clear that I will not be receiving the items they replied back with the shipping link. I don't know if their customer support is not allowed to interact and can only used canned responses but it is the most ridiculous thing I have experienced. I shop online a lot but this is one place I will never shop from. I have complained with the BBB and disputed the charges. If you want a company to be better hit them where it hurts, their wallet. Don't give them your hard earned money only to be given the run around.
