Their other two names are Rosegal, Rose We, plus there are many more out there-If you notice they shipped from China, make sure you research before ordering. If. You don't you will be out all of your money!

Arrived packaged well, in good condition. Detail was a little less impressive than on screen, but not bad. However, the sweater did not ship for days after initial order was placed. Since it was supposed to be a graduation gift given before the holidays (it was a Christmas sweater) it wasn't quite as meaningful given after December 25. Once it made it out of the warehouse, the package came quickly, but it shouldn't take more than a week to ship a package :(

Originally, I wanted to order much more... But I'm glad I didn't. Although I am somewhat satisfied with my purchase, I don't think it was worth the $35 I spent. I had much more in my cart, but after not receiving free shipping, AND seeing that with each item I added to the cart, my shipping cost increased, I had to limit what I wanted. The whole shipping cost thing actually doesn't make any sense since everything is shipped together- ever hear of flat rate? I feel a little ripped off actually in that aspect. Then, opened the package and was excited to see my two shirts I ordered... Rightfully so. Then, I noticed one of the tags on one of the shirts... This brand is carried at Styles for Less. WHICH means, I could have probably ordered that particular shirt from Styles for Less and got Free Shipping or gone to the store and tried it on. It is what it is, but a little frustrating. I still love one of the items I ordered though!

Was not happy when i saw if I bought over 50 dollars I would get free shipping. But when I when to the cart to check out you get a message that said discounted item not eligible for shipping discount. Tell me up front and I would not compliant.

Ordered on 2/24/19. As of 4//9/19 I have received no product or a refund. I have called and sent many E mails with no response. Stay away@ all costs. I don't want anyone else to be ripped off by this company

I didn't get my order and when I called your company I was told there's nothing that you could do for me because it had left the store so I will not be ordering again and I will tell my friends about my experience because at this point I just gave my money away and didn't receive anything in return.

Do not waste your money or time ordering from this company they take a very long time to deliver your merchandise the customer service is awful they do not answer the phones.
I used to order from them before and although they took a long time I will receive my products I don't know what happened now but I ordered a few things and I still haven't received my product and that was two months ago

Did not get a email saying you received my order, had to research my order to make sure you received it.

My order was not shipped when was supposed to. Couldn't speak to supervisor or manager. Email not answered. Paid for 2 day shipping on the 7/17/15 it is 7/9/15 and I haven't received shipping notification or package. Was told cancelation isn't guaranteed. No compensation given.

They don't send you a confirmation number at all. Plus when I ordered it through PayPal their website froze and it told me the payment never went through but when I went onto my bank account it said they did receive the money. I looked up the items on my Lolliculture account it said they received the payment. Anyway it's been a month and no items have been shipped out to me. I glad I went through PayPal though. Oh and by the way they do not answer phone calls and emails. So don't even bother with that. Someone needs to really shut this company down because people are losing their money and it's fraud.

Your order will be "processing" for over than a week and you will never receive a tracking/shipment email. It is almost impossible to get in contact with their customer service, they do not respond to emails and their phone lines are always busy. If you do get them on the phone, representative will lie to you! They will tell you your order has shipped when it hasn't, or they'll tell you you'll get a refund and you won't. I even had the third person I spoke with admit that the other two lied!

Don't waste your time ordering from this scam site.

Nothing fit! And I will end up paying $30 just n shipping fees alone! VERY DISSATISFIED!

I ordered 4 swimsuits, all of them were mediums but fit like small. I tried to get an exchange for larger sizes and never heard back. You need to state that swimsuits on your site run extremely small if you are not going to respond to exchanges for larger sizes. Very bad experience and won't order again.

I received some of the idems that I purchased, but for others it says refund.(which I have not yet gotten). On the website it said all of the idems shipped, but apparently they did not.

I tried to cancel my order but my email wasn't even read til after my order was shipped. And I still haven't received the order to refuse it to be shipped back for my refund

Customers we're informed of free shipping on items over$50 at checkout and I didn't receive free shipping

Terrible service... Paid for expedited 2 day shipping and 4 days later it is still not received

Received a pair of boots for Christmas, they did not fit. Contacted them to see if I could receive an exchange since the size that I wanted was available at the time. At first they did not want to give me an exchange because it had been more than 30 days since they were purchased, after a couple emails they finally told me that I could get store credit so that I could repurchase the boots that I wanted. The first email sent was Jan. 18, it is March 30 and i still have not received any form of store credit. They haven't even answered the last two emails that I have sent.

Shoes came but are cut small, wish I knew to get a bigger size

Please do not even waste your time ordering from this company. I ordered from them 20 days ago and I only got part of my order. I had to email them to find out when would I receive the other part of my order, as they begin to tell me the item is no longer listed and that I could only get the sale price for the item that I paid full price for! NEVER AGAIN!
