Stay Away

Ordered on 2/24/19. As of 4//9/19 I have received no product or a refund. I have called and sent many E mails with no response. Stay away@ all costs. I don't want anyone else to be ripped off by this company

This site keeps changing their name; when they get all their bad reviews, and people start catch on. Their other two names are Rosegal, Rose We, plus there are many more out there-If you notice they shipped from China, make sure you research before ordering. If. You don't you will be out all of your money!

Wow, the reviews on this site are all over the place, From excellent to Horrible, unreliable, awful customer service etc. this is a Big Red Flag, as we know reviews are very important, it is a deciding factor for me, I have 4 items in my cart. I will not be ordering from this site now, something is up with this site for the reviews to be all over the place. Thank-You

Okay i literally don't know what any of these people are talking about cause i love this site. The first time i used it like 3 years ago i was a little upset because i was expecting a fast shipment but it took about 6-9 business days. Then later i came to realize that on the site it actually tells you that some of the products they have come from an outside vendor which they wait till they get to send out your order all together and this is what causes the delay. After understanding that I've never stopped using the site. Love how they tell you the size of the model so you can compare more less to your size. I give this site a 4/5 and not a 5/5 because they could improve on telling you on the spot if something is back ordered instead of telling you once you when you get your order in the invoice. They refund in literally like 2 days so don't let that scare you.

I always order 10 or more items from LolliCouture and I'm always missing 2 or 3 items which I paid for. No store credit or refund. One time they sent me wrong items and I emailed them about the problem. They told me to send a picture and they never responded back. I don't understand why it's so hard for them to get people's order right. I never write reviews but this company is horrible and it sucks cause i do love some of the clothes I purchased from them.

I ordered a pair of boots months ago, the money was taken from my account, and I have yet to receive my order. Not only that, the company has ignored every message I have sent, and there is not an operating phone number for them!

Stay away

Do not waste your money or time ordering from this company they take a very long time to deliver your merchandise the customer service is awful they do not answer the phones.
I used to order from them before and although they took a long time I will receive my products I don't know what happened now but I ordered a few things and I still haven't received my product and that was two months ago

This company has done nothing but steal my money. Never sent me my order, said they would refund my money. That was a couple months ago and all they do is come up with excuses as to why they can't. Look into their company on BBB the have a F rating

SCAM ARTIST!

They don't send you a confirmation number at all. Plus when I ordered it through PayPal their website froze and it told me the payment never went through but when I went onto my bank account it said they did receive the money. I looked up the items on my Lolliculture account it said they received the payment. Anyway it's been a month and no items have been shipped out to me. I glad I went through PayPal though. Oh and by the way they do not answer phone calls and emails. So don't even bother with that. Someone needs to really shut this company down because people are losing their money and it's fraud.

Scam!

Absolutely terrible! I ordered a pair of boots and when I received them they were two different sizes and they were both left feet! Really! Then they had me send a request to a return dept that denied my return. How in the hell am I supposed to wear two freakin left shoes! Wont fix it, Wont refund it, Wont answer my emails or the phone for that matter. I may drive to Chino being as I only live two cities over!

I placed an order that arrived with missing items and a notation that I would be credited the difference. When I called to inquire about the credit I was told one of the item was just on back order and the other had been sent and received. I also received the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
Where does this company find its employees? This was my second time dealing with the "customer service" department and this experience was as bad as the first. There was never an attempt to listen, accommodate, or even satisfy me as a customer. The individual who replied to my email was rude, unprofessional, and would not even given me their name or employee number. (Or any means to escalate further.) I do NOT recommend this company at all!

Service is horrible

Please do not even waste your time ordering from this company. I ordered from them 20 days ago and I only got part of my order. I had to email them to find out when would I receive the other part of my order, as they begin to tell me the item is no longer listed and that I could only get the sale price for the item that I paid full price for! NEVER AGAIN!

Fringe Mocassin boots

No confirmation email? No package?

I purchased a pair of boots a couple weeks ago via PayPal. They took my money out, but I have not received a package, nor a confirmation email with a tracking number. These things would be very helpful & reassuring when waiting for something to come that you've already paid for.

Not bad for the price

Shoes are decent for the price. Had to a repair one or two of them when I got them. Shipping info is not updated in real time, told me my items were delivered but they didn't really arrive until a day later. But still really cute shoes.

My new favorite she website!

This site is amazing! So many shoes to select from. I was looking for sandals, cute ones lol. Bought two and I love them. They are so comfortable. Just came today earlier than what the 1st expected delivery time said. If I could give one suggestion, it would be to find away to lower the shipping cost. It was almost as much as my shoes. Other then that, love the site!

Couldn't Find These Boots Anywhere!

I am truly 100% thrilled with my experience using LolliCouture. I found a pair of boots that every other market was charging $80+ for the exact same boot... and trust me I'd been looking for this style for last 2 years but refused to pay that much. LolliCouture gave me more than a Merry Christmas with a personal gift for myself
