I love the shoes selections that you have. They are gorgeous and price is fair. I think we can work on the cost of shipping only. Other than that, I had a great experience. But I'm still waiting for my shoes. I was hoping to get them before the new year. Keeping my fingers crossed.
It's been about a week and I still have not received my purchase! I keep looking at the tracking number and in the FedEx site and all it says is that it's in CA somewhere and hasn't been shipped out when it was supposed to be here in 3 days! Really wanted those boots before the weekend bc I am going out of town and need them! Maybe I could get a call from the company ago what is going on? *******967 thank you

I found a pair of boots that every other market was charging $80+ for the exact same boot... and trust me I'd been looking for this style for last 2 years but refused to pay that much. I found the web sight very easy to work with. It was a nice shopping experience and products were well identified and displayed. Overall, I'd easily recommend this sight to anyone in the future. The check-out process is done easily and efficiently with several options. I appreciated having PayPal at my disposal as it's efficient and provides good security for purchases.
Ordered an item and opted for 2 day shipping. Got it nearly 7 Business days later. Called customer care (Hannah) to find out what happen with my item and she was very rude. Will not recommend to do business with this company again.
This is the first review for anything I've ever bought! U was just pleasantly surprised at how awesome this site was. I was hesitant to buy because everything was so cheap, but I bought a pair of $40 shoes. I received them in exactly 7 days and when I entered my card info wrong I was able to speak with someone in customer service and they quickly resolved the matter! Oh btw, my shoes are phenomenal!
I have this a 5 star so that people can view it, i ordered 3 bathing suit, & I never received that, I sent many emails to the company asking for my bathing suit &I I still haven't reviewed anything.

I placed an order that arrived with missing items and a notation that I would be credited the difference. When I called to inquire about the credit I was told one of the item was just on back order and the other had been sent and received. I also received the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
Where does this company find its employees? This was my second time dealing with the "customer service" department and this experience was as bad as the first. There was never an attempt to listen, accommodate, or even satisfy me as a customer. The individual who replied to my email was rude, unprofessional, and would not even given me their name or employee number. (Or any means to escalate further.) I do NOT recommend this company at all!
Please do not even waste your time ordering from this company. I ordered from them 20 days ago and I only got part of my order. I had to email them to find out when would I receive the other part of my order, as they begin to tell me the item is no longer listed and that I could only get the sale price for the item that I paid full price for! NEVER AGAIN!
I won't call it a scam because I did receive PORTION of my order. Ordered 3 items only received 2. Email numerous times but no response. Forget about calling the customer service. You will be on hold for an hr and still no one picks up. Read other reviews before putting up with ordering from them.
Customer service does not care and won't get back to you. Ordered my item over a week ago and it's still "processing." YEAH, it hasn't even shipped yet. Very unprofessional. Never ever again. Don't waste your time
I ordered stuff for my girlfriend that she wanted off this they took forever then I got only half the items and out of those items so far nothing is what it looked like in the pictures horrible customer service too
Very disappointed in how long my items have took to even make out of processing. I've ordered my items over 6 business days ago and still haven't received a tracking email. And the worse thing is, is that I'm located less than 5 miles from your location.
Horrible scammers! In process of trying to get money back... complete rip-off, took money, never sent anything... blew me off when I tried to contact them, fake contact number and no tracking #... they just kept saying they were waiting for the shipping department to notify them... yeah right, whatever! Thankfully, paid with PayPal, filed a dispute... we'll see what happens!
Customer service is so poor and the business is fraudulent. Took my money never delivered sent a fact tracking that says it has no record of an item. Dos nothing to rectify so dispute was made via PayPal
HORRIBLE experience. Their clothing is so defective and runs extremely small. Asian sizes, but they refuse to admit it or refund. This is the worst business ever! Trust me, do not order from them. You will be wasting your hard earned money. The worst EVER!
I purchased a size small bathing suit from LolliCouture and the bottoms were around the size of an extra large. I still really liked the top, which somehow fit despite me being a DD cup, but as soon as I went to wear it out I realized the clasps in the back didn't stay together.
LolliCouture must not want to stay in business because this bathing suit was the cheapest thing I've ever had the misfortune of buying. What makes matters worse is they won't let you return bathing suits without getting hit with a 50% restocking fee. Combine that with the cost of shipping and it's not even worth returning. This was a major waste of money and I will absolutely never shop here again.
Experience was horrible. Will not recommend to anyone. Ordered 2 bathing suits both sizes xxl. I wear a size xl but wanted to make sure they fit. They are way too small, can't even get them over my hips. And the company won't exchange them. Your clothing should be true to size.
Very poor experience with this company as first & LAST purchase. Bait and switch on shipping cost. Employees very rude & unhelpful. Lie and say items were shipped 2 hours after I purchased could not provide evidence and would not allow me to cancel due to their misrepresentation. Also would not refund shipping cost. Not happy at all,"manager sounds about 15 years old, doesn't answer question and just repeats talking points over and over and over. Terrible, never been treating so poorly and manipulated. They don't know what customer service is and because of that I will no longer be one of yours.
Made an error on their part and were very rude and unwilling get to help correct it. Basically, we got your money so too bad, deal with it. I did like the items I received. I just have never had someone in a business position have such poor customer service.

Answer: The quality is terrible. There's glue visible in certain parts of the shoes. I would not take my chances with this company. It took weeks of back and forth emails with them just so I can send back my purchases. They do not come with return mailing labels or addresses. Also you have to pay the return shipping as well which is a pain. Read their ridiculous return policies and feedback. I was warned and didn't listen. I wish I would have though.

Answer: They do not provide tracking, and you! You will be lucky to receive any or all of your items you purchased. When you receive these items, check and make sure items are as ordered, from the material to decor of said item, and check them for dirt, when I received a fancy White Blouse I ordered-there was a big Coffee stain right in the middle of it!
