SCAM

Once before they took months to refund me for half of my order but for weeks told me it was on the way. Recently they won't respond to me, their number doesn't work and its been weeks. I think the sites a scam because the shoes I never got are even still to this day, listed on the site. Or I'm thinking maybe they don't have these items in stock sure a shell seem like they don't have customer service representatives.

So irritated

I was excited to see they carry shoes in my size (women's 11) but when my order arrived I was sent a size 10 with an 11 sticker. To make things worse it looks like someone tried to erase the 10 printed on the shoe and thought no one would notice. So far no response from customer service but at this point I'm just willing to take the loss. Never again!

The worst company service I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. Ordered a pair of boots and paid $20.00 for second day shipping... that was 8 days ago and they still have not sent the order, I have called 3 times and each time I am told "they are going out today"... nothing but a bunch of crap. Saddest thing about this entire fiasco is the company is in the same city in which I live. I will not deal with this company again. I would give them 0 stars if it was possible

Free shipping?

Good just a little misleading with the free shipping. It says 5 or more heavy clearance item. I did not have 5 or more. I mostly ordered sandals and had to delete several items I was going to purchase after spending time selecting them. Other than that cool.

No Communication

My package was put on hold, no one contacted me till I contacted them three days later. It's been over a week I haven't received any information about tracking my package. I've sent over 5 emails some to support some straight to Jake no one has contacted me back. I paid for second day air which is almost fifty dollars and i have yet to see my package I just want to know where it is and that it'll be here in time for my event. I will not order from you guys again.

After ordering some maxi dresses and shoes from the site, I decided to look up reviews. Uh oh. I was worried that I'd join the others who never received items, etc. I placed my order on 2/5. After a week, I started to wonder what was taking so long to ship (they claim to be fast). Contacted customer service via email and received a response that it should ship out within that week. Item shipped 2/16. I received my package on 2/20 via UPS. Everything was packaged well and the dresses and shoes were of surprisingly good quality. I received all of the correct sizes and items. Just be careful to double check your item quantities before submitting your final order. Mine ended up with a double order of one dress. Overall, I might order again if I really like something and it's a great price, but definitely not if I need my order quickly. I hope this helps other prospective shoppers.

Scam Artist

As a person who shops 80% of the time online, I got had this time. I ordered 3 pair of shoes January 2017, called several times different lies every time. I have never experienced the ridiculous customers service and mistreatment of customers in my life they are horrible. March, May and August got email your order is being shipped. It's August 26,2017 still no package. Save your money, time and frustration. THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST IN ONLINE SHOPPING. PLEASE DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Very Poor Customer Service
May 13, 2016

I ordered over $160 worth of clothing. When I entered the Promo code to save 40% off, it didn't go through. After using my PayPal, the sale submitted, but I never got a receipt or a confirmation page from LolliCouture. When I called the number for 6 days in a row, it was busy each time. I emailed and now have been going rounds with emails that continuously ask me for a transaction number that I never received.

The worse customer service ever
August 30, 2016

I placed an order back in June. One of the items was never shipped due to being back ordered. I requested updates through the website & email for a month. Finally called the customer service number and waited for a long time before getting a very rude representative which claimed to be the only supervisor in the company. After 3 months I still have not received my order or refund.

This is the worst shopping website ever. They buy their clothes from china. They take your money for fast shipment but your clothes do not come on time. I ordered my clothes on Nov 18,2014, didn't get it until 3 weeks later. Their contact number do not work. It's always our office are close even when u calling the middle of their business hours. Do not waste your money. They are scam. They are thieves and right now I'm seeking a law suit on the unlawful $#*!. Please everyone. Do not try to shop from this website

Ordered a swimsuit they had no problem taking the money out of my account right away. Then after two weeks of not receiving my order I called. I was then told the vendor no longer made this product. The lady said she would put in a refund request and it would take place on Friday today is Monday. She then stated they only do refunds once a month. Then after asking when did they plan on contacting to let me know this info she could not answer. So after the refund take place this company will have had my money for three weeks. Navy blue boots

The boots were not well described or photographed on the site. When received, notice on bottom stated material " california proposition 65 warning. This product contains chemicals known to the state of california to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. ZERO return info in box. Shipping price too too high. Horrible follow through and accessibility with customer service. Sales items are non-returnable but you can't exchanged them wither, even though the sizes seem to be all over the board. All products that I ordered were size small. Some fit and some would not fit a Barbie Doll. Some product had spots, some were not as pictured. Will not shop there again.

Cute shoes but shipping was a little ridiculous

I love the shoes but they came in the smallest box possible and took pretty long to get here. I just thought the shipping was a little high. I ship things much bigger and heavier at a much faster rate consistently so I'm familiar with what it should have cost. Probably won't ship here again even if the product is cheaper because they seem to make up for it on higher shipping.

The website ordered me 2 of an item when I only wanted 1; didn't want either; there are no instructions to return goods. The bill of sale had no return info, but it did contain an annoying typo. This is somebody's garage business.

I love my shoes but if ordered one in the wrong size since it was my fault I can't exchange it for the right size due to the policy. I was hoping to wear them at the all white party July 9 they are super cute but I'll have to give away as a present to someone else. The other shoe fits perfectly. You never know with online orders... Smile I'll still order from the company they have wonderful selection of shoes. Satisfied first time order.

Not bad...

Found a sexy dress for my wife at a reasonable price. However, never received an email confirmation or notice of shipping. I had to call to confirm the order and get the tracking information. Overall a good experience. Just a few tweaks needed.

Lack of communication
May 20, 2016

Ordered on 4/15. Ten days into it I had not gotten an update and when I logged in it still stated processing. I contacted them on their web site around that time just asking the status. I waited a week with no message back. I then tried to call only to discover that they are only taking calls between 10 am and 5 pm. I finally received a message that my order shipped on 5/15. While I haven't received it yet so I can't report the quality of the items I was very frustrated by the lack of communication from this company. Unless I am exceptionally pleased with these items I can't say that I would be willing to order from here again.

Never received product.

I purchased 2 bathing suits for my 13 year old daughter that she fell in love with. Never got an email or any correspondence at all. She is heart broken and now I have to go to PayPal to get my money back. Thanks for the heartache.

Great prices!

I love lollicouture! I've purchased boots from them about three times and the quality is a lot better than I thought it would be. Shipping is kind of pricey and it does takes a whole week to receive your order. The big downside is some of the shoes dont come with their original box so they pack the shoes up in plastic bags. I do have one issue with lollicouture and it is regarding my last order. It just delivered yesterday and one pair of shoes is missing that I ordered. I'm not sure if it's out of stock or if there was a mistake. So I contacted their support, and they haven't responded. It would have been nice if they sent me an email before making a shipment regarding the missing shoe to possibly get a replacement or reimbursement.
