Not happy

Ordering easy. Cost arm n leg for delivery but still haven't received package. Tried calling but was placed on recorded hold. No one ever answered. Still waiting for merchandise after almost two weeks.

Size nowhere near what was ordered

I ordered 2 sweaters/tops. One was okay and as pictured. The sweater was ordered in a large but fits my 55 pound very skinny 8 year old. And since there are no labels or sizes on the clothing, I don't even know if the wrong size was sent, or its just ridiculously tiny. Two stars bc one shirt was "okay".

Very mad

I have this a 5 star so that people can view it, i ordered 3 bathing suit, & I never received that, I sent many emails to the company asking for my bathing suit &I I still haven't reviewed anything.
Don't shop from here unless you want your money stolen

No notification

Ordered product (listed as in stock, Order #*******) on Sunday 6 days before Halloween. Paid $36 for 2 day shipping. When I called 5 days later, they had told me it was out of stock and that they would refund. Horrible customer service as I received no notification at all, as the item was a $108 purchase itself and I was traveling to LA. I had to then find something in LA. Awful.

This sucks

I ordered an item and also got the 2 day shipping, which is very very expensive. The shipping cost more than the clothing I bought. Long story short it's been two weeks since I ordered the top and it still hasn't arrived yet. I called customer service and received no help whatsoever. I am young and work in the service industry so I am very sympathetic to problems that may or may not occur, so it is bad if I ever leave a negative review. My experience with this site has sucked completely.

Still waiting for order

The processing took a long time and also the mailing process. We're both located in the US so I think those two processes need to be improved. And not sure if I like what I ordered last week because it hasn't arrived.

No returns accepted

Amazon accepts returned bathing suits, so I'm not sure how the "health code" restricts you from doing so. I ordered a large and it doesn't fit because its obviously from China.

And the same bathing suit is available on Ebay for MUCH cheaper, with free shipping

Shame on you. I feel ripped off.

Customer service sucks

Products are stylish and not very expensive, but if you have a problem and need customer service, don't hold your breath. One order for my wife arrived with two holes in the seams around the neck and when I finally got someone to answer the customer service line, they told me I had to take photos of the holes and e-mail them to their customer service department. Then then finally sent me a return merchandise request and credited the account about two weeks later.

Be very careful that you check their shipping costs twice before clicking to finalize your order. Twice now, I have clicked and requested normal delivery and when I reviewed my order, the 2-day shipping for $26.32 was highlighted. I called customer service and stayed on the line on hold for 32 minutes before I gave up. I sent a request for stopping the order by e-mail and have not heard back from them.

Once again, products are cheap, but nice. The customer service is beyond terrible.

Horrible

I sent an email about the awful service I received. I was contacted about my order number but nothing more. My shipping fee still has not been returned after paying for two day shipping and receiving my items 6 days later. I was hung up on and treated very rude from a supervisor. I'm so glad I was selected for a survey. I would never shop here again your company is awful.

Terrible

Terrible service! Sizes were all different when I contacted them about it all I got were cold and unyielding comments. I never got the "free shipping" offer because of a small print bull$#*! of you can't use an offer code and you can't have so many clearance items. Seams a bit shady to me. I'm sure it cost me a lot to mail back and return plus I saw that they may have a restocking fee. Total rip off! I will never shop there again!

Sizing on the website was not accurate. Purchased 2 skirts that were different sizes and the larger skirt was an XL but it was smaller than the size shirt I bought. Very unhappy with my first purchase

Why is it taking so long?!?!?

I placed my order on 2/23/16 and never received a tracking number for my products. I finally called the company on 2/29/16 and was told they were just waiting on FedEx to pick up the package. As soon as I got off the phone I received and email that the shipping label was created. It is now 3/3/16 and nothing has changed with my order. I am going out of town next week and ordered the clothes specifically for my trip. I am very disappointed with the time it is taking me to receive my items.

Items never came...
December 25, 2015

Items never came... my items were on back order but no one ever told me this. Part of my order was shipped and the other portion never came. I made multiple calls to customer service, waited for hours to speak with someone and when I finally did they were rude. I had ordered from this company before and never had any problems, but after this time I will never recommend a friend or order again. I was very disappointed and have still not received all of my merchandise purchased from this company. Be very careful.

I ordered a pair of gold platform gladiator 6 in open toed heels but the part where the toes are open are just too wide bc your foot slides all the way through the shoe... I spent more money on soles to keep you from sliding through heels and that didn't work. The guy that sold me the soles said it's definitely the shoes, their made way too wide for any ladies foot. They had to be a recall from a store!... long story short, waste of money!

Love my shoes

My experience thus far was a very good one all of the shoes fit. I have not warn them out as of yet. The only problem I did not receive my free gift, the lip gloss.

Easy purchase but items run small
November 6, 2015

Ordering and receiving goods from LolliCouture was a breeze! No complaints there! However, once I got my 2 jackets the fit was not as expected. Their size Large runs small. I usually buy size Medium at regular department stores and decided to go up a size since I was ordering offline. Needless to say I am unable to wear the jackets but my niece will find them of good use - hopefully!

Unbelievered Goods
