Processing took three days but my item shipped in two days and I signed up for regular shipping, so I was pleased overall. The item was just as described good fit. I'm happy about that because I was told to be wary of purchasing from this site, but my experience is good. Will purchase again.

They look very long to send my shipping information but after it was sent the clothes came not too long after. I got 2 size small pants and surprisingly both were too big so I don't know how their clothes run.

I ordered shoes from the website and the shipping is outrageous one pair of shoes were not carefully inspected and they need to upgrade their website with your email address so u can know where your merchandise has shipped and when to expect it but other than that I may order from this site again

Beautiful Red Boots!

My first purchase with LolliCouture went well and shipping was fast!

As for the boots I ordered. The boots were a little too narrow around the ball of my foot causing some discomfort. The boot was a size 6 but felt like a size 5. I usually get size 5.5 but 6 will fit okay with a gel insole. I would have ordered a 6.5 if I knew they were a size 6 (small make). Hope they'll stretch out over time. Love these boots!

I hope LolliCouture provides more details about their items in the future to avoid this type of issue.

Not Bad

After all the bad reviews I read about this site, I quite feel some relief. My experience was quite good; Good communication with the customer service... each time I called somebody was available to provide me with information, All my emails where answered. The tracking number they gave me was a good one, I could track my package every single day until it reached my door. My order was complete with the exact sizes. As for the quality not too much complaints after all you get what you paid for. The last star I removed was because of shipping cost... according to me they are too high for items that are shipped inside USA. Thanks LolliCouture, will definitely order again, hoping I will be as lucky the next time.

Im a first time customer ordered a pair of tall brown fringed sandals never received confirmation but u did take the money out of my account haven't received sandals, but did receive a survey from your company really would like to give a great review but I have nothing to go on also on your site it gives a number to call but its not in service... help me please with my order!

Was dismayed to see a note in my package that not everything had shipped and that i will be refunded for one of my items. I would have preferred to get an email about it and i still haven't been refunded after a few weeks. The shoes themselves were a little better looking than i expected for the price. Perfectly happy with them.

Scam

I ordered my item on 3/13, needing it no later than 3/23. It was supposed to arrive by 3/21. It is 3/21 and I still have not received a confirmation email regarding my order, although they did charge my PayPal account, and collected their money. I have been on hold for over 40 minutes now waiting to speak to a customer service agent. This is absolutely ludicrous. Never order from them. They are a scam. I plan on suing.

Never Order from Here

Your order will be "processing" for over than a week and you will never receive a tracking/shipment email. It is almost impossible to get in contact with their customer service, they do not respond to emails and their phone lines are always busy. If you do get them on the phone, representative will lie to you! They will tell you your order has shipped when it hasn't, or they'll tell you you'll get a refund and you won't. I even had the third person I spoke with admit that the other two lied!

Don't waste your time ordering from this scam site.

Disappointed in quality

Since I tend to fluctuate between a small and medium, I ordered 2 jackets to ensure at least one would fit. They arrived quickly, but are both ill fitting and poor quality. Not only that, but neither size was marked, so I had to try both on in order to guess which was which. Due to the cheap quality, I knew right away that I did not want either and messaged the company with the order number as instructed. I'm still waiting to hear back on return instructions, so I'm not able to leave a full review on my overall experience... but, so far disappointing.

RED BOOTS

I were very amazed with time my shipping was completed and the boots are just amazing, perfect fit. I also order three other pairs of shoes and so far i'm very satisfied. I worried about the shoe size ordering on line can be difficult however they were perfect true to size.

Haven't received my product yet and unfortunately I leave for my cruise today! Called several times and customer service doesn't exist! This is a awful company, they have my money, you can't speak with anyone and to top it off, I'm still stuck without my bathing suits so I have to spend more money.

NEVER AGAIN!

To begin with, the delivery was three weeks late! I purchased two homecoming dresses for my daughter. They were of the POOREST quality imaginable! My daughter is a small, but I ordered a medium to be on the safe side. It fit like an extra small. Not true to size! Never again will I order from Lollicouture!

Terrible service

I bought a bathing suit for my daughter, when it came in we could tell just by looking at the top that is was entirely too small. I called customer service and they said that they cannot do exchanges or refunds on bathing suits. She never even tried it on! Nowhere on the site said that swimwear was not eligible for exchanges! The customer service representative was completely rude about it.So now I'm out the money I paid for the swimsuit, shipping/handling charges, and my daughter cannot even use the swimsuit.Do not buy from this site!

Placed an order before they opened on a Wednesday and here it is 4 business days later and can not get any information on my order. Sent an email and they sent me someone elses shipping usps number. Tried calling them several times and sat on automated hold over two hours. Their invoice says all orders ship in 24 hours and if placed by 2pm pst would ship the sameday. When calling them the invoice says customer service available 8am to 5pm pst but when you call it says 10am to 5pm pst. So in my opinion their customer service SUCKS hence 1 star. It will be my last order with them.

Disappointing

The shipping policy is extremely vague and weak. My order is supposed to arrive within a week, but if I order "special" items (the site doesn't specify what special items are which), it can take up to 14 days. Ridiculous.

The dress quality was very low. One dress I bought is so short it could only be worn as a shirt. The model must've been 3' tall! Communication once the order was placed was terrible. I had to call after 4 or 5 days just to make sure they got my order. Shipping was quick, but I didn't even get one of the items I bought. Had to call to get a refund. Not a great experience. Wish I would've ordered from another company.
