I ordered my stuff over a month ago and haven't gotten my product yet! No email stating that it was shipped or anything. The only thing I got was my confirmation email stating that my order was received and placed. So they have my money but I don't have my product! I'm very pissed off I'm going to cancun in less than a week and wanted a new baiting suit so I ordered it with plenty of time to get to me. I guess I won't be going in a new baiting suit! Never ordering anything ever again from these guys!
So. Waiting to get my $#*!... and haven't had any emails since the order confirmation one week ago... :(
It takes longer to get tracking than it did 2 years ago and when you do it will be the wrong tracking # in several instances. I want to be able to count on the tracking # given on every purchase not once-in-a-while. Its a lot slower to actually get the wrong tracking# and items to actually ship out. Than it was a few years ago. The selection of clothing use to be way "cuter" than it has been in the past few years. Faulty made clothing not worth $1.00
As of a week after placing my order it is still processing; additionally, I sent an email to the site that has still gone unanswered. Hoping to receive my order, but doubtful if I will use this site again. Very disappointed.

Fast shipping, boots are good quality for the price. Tops of two of the three pairs of boots are too small around my calf. Guess they are just made for very thin women. :(

Worst customer service ever. Takes forever to ship your items, If they are out of the item u purchased u don't get an email, you get a package with a "refund" handwritten in red. But still have to pay for shipping. Awful awful I give them NEGATIVE 5 stars. Stay far awway
Shoes came but are cut small, wish I knew to get a bigger size
The product I received was in a wrong size, it was definitely not large and when I looked for the tag it was cut. Plus after I asked for an exchange someone told me there was nothing they could do about. Do not cut the tags on the clothes.
