I purchased a bathing suit from this website and a month went by and still no bathing suit. I finally emailed customer service and called numerous times and got no response. They charged my for the bathing suit and robbed me blind. Please know that this website is a scam and they will take your money!
Ordered a bathing suit & they sent me the wrong one. I emailed them a wk ago about the problem & I still got no response and there phone number is always busy. The first time I ordered from them it took me 4 wks to get my merchandise (which I actually loved when it finally came but still) I took a risk dealing with them again. I won't be ordering from them anymore.
The person was difficult to understand and unwilling to help. I ordered an item and a week ago and it still hadn't been shipped.
I received a discount code in an email. I went to the site and made my selections. The coupon didn't work. I called customer service and was informed that the coupon code I had received that day would not be honored. They were aware that this code was bogus. There was also another discount code on the site that I couldn't use because I had free shipping. Apparently it was either or. I don't think my experience was customer friendly. I am disappointed that I didn't receive the discount.
I followed the size chart provided and read that the model was my exact height and measurements, and she had even bigger boobs that I do so a small should fit perfectly but no; vertically it fit too small! My boobs were 3/4 exposed and the bottoms were up my butt like floss. If you have a long torso order bigger size... But be prepared that it'll be big on you horizontally.
THESE PEOPLE SUCK! Shipping is over prices and they use smart post, which is the cheapest, dumbest way to ship. Customer service is very ignorant and unprofessional. NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM. I can't even review my clothes for y'all because I don't have them... after 2 weeks. THESE PEOPLE SUCK! They don't even deserve 1 star.
I ordered offline at least once a week and I have never dealt with a company like this in my life. They constantly lied and and their shipments take almost 10 days to arrive. Will never deal with or recommend this company!
I have yet to receive my item and it's been 2 weeks now I'm waiting to see about a refund
I received some of the idems that I purchased, but for others it says refund.(which I have not yet gotten). On the website it said all of the idems shipped, but apparently they did not.
Love the prices, but its been over a week and my order hasn't shipped yet.
I placed an order 9 days ago and I have not even received a notification that my order was processed yet. Extremely slow service. I'm wondering if I'll ever receive my order or if I'll have to attempt to get my money back soon.
My first time shopping on this site and my last time. I placed an order and I recieved a conformation email stating that I would later receive an email that would contain the shipping info. I never recieved a that follow up email, about a week an a half had past I emailed them no reply called them waited for 20 min each time. Representatives were clueless couldn't give me an answer. They stated the payment was processing making sure the funds were collected, even though they were taken out immediately from my account. At this point I wanted to cancel my order, the rep told me it wasn't guaranteed they could cancel it and that I would be reimbursed for something I never recieved. It's ridiculous that it takes so long to verify a payment and ship the items when it's local shipping it shouldn't take 2 weeks for them to verify a payment. Horrible expirence, still waiting to recieve a response.
All the items are very very well priced the combined shipping and coupons you cannot use together bogus it takes forever to get the items I'm still waiting for items I ordered it was a hassle getting ahold of customer service for difficult to work with and they are not very considerate of a customer they did not offer me any kind of consideration or bonus offer they just apologized for the inconvenience and that's it I'm still waiting for my items with shipping is way too high they advertise free shipping you cannot use that with any other offer

I love love love love both of the dresses i ordered. The material IS NOT CHEAP LOOKING OR FEELING and the dressed hugged my curves. If i could give more than 5 stars i would im going to look great on my vacation!
Excellent customer service! I like the clothing a lot! However, shipping costs was way too expensive and the items took a little while to be shipped out. Even though I like the clothing, due to the expensive shipping costs I would not shop there again.

I was very pleased with my purchases from LolliCouture. The clothing items I bought were even better than what I thought and imagined them to be. They were the exact as the pictures and descriptions. They fit me perfectly and I can't wait to purchase more from LolliCouture! I have already been bragging about this clothing website to my friends and family!
The shopping experience was excellent. There was lots to choose from and it was really simple to pick and check out. I plan to use it again to find shoes for the summer.
The clothing wasn't how it was shown on the online site. Not happy about this experience and won't happen again.
