They didn't tell me my item was a special order so I'm still waiting on it. I needed it for an event and it isn't going to be here on time. The only reason I found out it was special order was b/c it was a week without a tracking number so I called to see what was going on.

I ordered my clothes on March 12 and paid for 2 day shipping because I needed my outfits due to I was going out of town. I called on Wednesday March 16 and asked where my order was the lady on the phone said that my order was in review which I had no idea about at all! She said it had shipped and to call back if it didn't show up on Friday March 18! I still hadn't received my clothes so I called and the lady I spoke to this time said that my order was still under review which made me more angry due to when I called on Wednesday the other lady said it had shipped already! She looked into it more and has absolutely NO IDEA WHAT IS GOING ON WITH MY ORDER AND THAT SHE WILL SEND IT UP HIGHER AND THAT I'LL KNOW IN A COUPLE OF DAYS! I AM SO ANGRY AND WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. THE WHOLE POINT OF THE 2 DAY SHIPPING WAS TO GET IT IN TWO DAYS NOW THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT'S GOING ON WITH MY ORDER. WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD AND I ONLINE SHOP ALL THE TIME!

Great and quick service. I live far on the east coast and got my dress in just a few days! The dress is so cute, size is true to size expectations. This order was my 1st purchase... the 1st of many as I intend on shopping here regularly!

I've been dealing with a nightmare with Lollicouture since January 10th so three months now. They charged me $36 in shipping for $30 in bathing suits, and I didn't chose anything but standard shipping... I emailed and called right away to tell them their site messed up and they hung up on me! To this very day I'm still trying to get my money back. Then they only shipped one of the two suits I ordered & it had Chinese symbols everywhere on it and it was 2 different colors! After everything, I'm disputing this charge with PayPal and my CC company to this day( so hours and months of calls, emails and headaches over this) and after I returned the bathing suit they lied and said I shipped 0.4 oz of complaint papers, lol theyre outta their mind! This company is the worst EVER. They've hung up on me every single call( the little bit of times I could get through to someone)... They hardly respond in emails, it will take weeks to get one question resolved and they do nothing good to service their customers. I wish I had read their reviews before buying because everyone is saying the exact same thing I've just dealt with. These guys will steal your money and give you nothing but a headache, no product or if you do get it, it 99% of the time won't be what you thought or what you ordered. The only reason they are stil in business is because they scam everyone who buys from them. It's that big of a nightmare & so scary that they are still in business that I want to contact the news to forewarn people that they need to beware & how god awful they are and it should be illegal ( I'm sure it is) to do what they are doing to people! Just run from them that's all I gotta say! RUN or you will get scammed!

Do not order from this site!
Been about 2 weeks no tracking number.
Called to cancel my order and they said it's been processed so there's no way to cancel and I'll receive a tracking number by the end of the day and have yet to receive anything

I ordered my shoes 3 weeks ago they're still not here I send an email because my dress fitting is today at 4 p.m. and they said that my order was still processing which is usually longer than normal and they cancelled my order they're supposed to be refunding my money but now I have no shoes to wear for my wedding dress fitting today very very upset would never order from them again

Poor service

A week went by before my product left their store, and I have found the same product for the same price on Amazon (and it didn't have a ridiculous shipping fee of $20). So I emailed lollicouture and requested that they cancel my order. They never responded to my request, and sent my product out 3 days later.

İ have made a little mistake in my order and added to the basket 2 pieces of the same item. Then I wrote to the Support to change one of these items with another dress of the same price. Support team wrote me to contact with Jake. I wrote him but got no reply.

Well I guess I'm still excited to get my boots but I ordered them last week hoping they would get to me before my birthday on Saturday but it's not looking that way. So now I have to go out and buy something else. Super excited still about the boots but now my outfit will be a miss.

At first I was skeptical about ordering from off of this website, based on the overall BAD reviews but I decided to give it a chance I'm glad I did and I LOVE MY SWIMSUIT it's perfect it's exactly how it's described on the image and description online... I ordered the swimsuit on March 8th and didn't receive it till today which is March 16th it took almost a week but it's worth it.

For those who are still waiting for their items I say be patient and for those who are considering buying from this website I would have to recommend purchasing one item just to test the waters (which I did so).

Placed an online order over a week ago, never received any information on it. After reading the reviews after i placed the order, which i should have done first, i was mortified at the way people have been done. I buy mostly everything online (online couponer), after about 3-4 days you usually get some type of update. Nothing. So I tried calling got hung up on 3 times. You could hear some one pick up, wait a second and then hang up. So I filed a dispute through paypal. After doing so the next day I call lollicouture, wait 20 minutes get hung up on. So I called again and finally got some one on the phone. A male, some one I've noticed has been rude to every one. I start to explain my situation, only for him to stop me and tell me "half my order has been shipped out"... then why didn't they send that information when they shipped it first of all. Second of all why aren't they shipping all items together like just about every one else does. I call bull. So then he proceeds to tell me the other half was stopped "because I filed a dispute for whatever reason you would do that" with a snarky tone. So meanwhile my husband has our bank on the phone at the same time listening and my husband explaining the situation. Something about this company is very fishy. And it needs to be shut down. Hopefully after all this is done usaa will count them as a no slide company. If I ever do get my products I'll ship them back. Even though im sure he was lying. I don't support businesses who treat their customers like trash. To be hung up on intentionally and then be talked to like I'm dumb is a not ok. They also say free shipping on all $50 and over purchases... Yeah ok. Still paid $18 for that.
