Unfortunately for small guys like LolliCouture fast delivery and operations is on the rise, especially with so many competitors. I ordered my swim suit on March 14th, it is now 8 days later and it looks (according to tracking) that my swim suit has not even shipped yet. There is no expected delivery date. Assuming I won't get the swim suit until 10 days after ordering... That time frame is not cutting it these days.

I love the bathing suit but it came out more stringy then it looked in the actual picture..

First, took way to long to receive package! Then I didn't even get my free lipgloss also I ordered a red bathing suit and I got a black one. I usually don't complain but since I waited so long was not happy

I ordered my item on 3/13, needing it no later than 3/23. It was supposed to arrive by 3/21. It is 3/21 and I still have not received a confirmation email regarding my order, although they did charge my PayPal account, and collected their money. I have been on hold for over 40 minutes now waiting to speak to a customer service agent. This is absolutely ludicrous. Never order from them. They are a scam. I plan on suing.

I give this company a - 0. My order was placed my hold due to security purposes. Called the company and never got a call back. Sent an email to follow up on my order still no email concerning my order but this mail about my experience... Checked my bank account and payment has been processed. Wth is my traking #?! Email?! Call back?!

I enjoyed the site, shoes are remarkably reasonable. I would definitely order from here again.

Since i made the order i have not received the order neither have i received any status 8n my order. So right now i am dissatisfied.

I ordered a dress on March 13th and I still don't have my item. They don't answer emails or phone calls. I dedicated an hour and a half to calling them and they would hang up on me every 10 minutes of holding so I kept calling back. I am opening a dispute with PayPal for the charge because they never sent me what I paid for and won't communicate with me about it.

I've ordered my merchandise 2 weeks ago and still haven't received it... I've called. Left VMs. And emailed... my items were on hold. It took almost a week for someone to respond... Said it was shipping... Still nothing... No tracking number... NOTHING! Today made 3weeks... Waiting to call them now! Surprised I was sent something to review?!

The swimsuit was perfect, but the fact that I have not received it yet is whats very disappointing to me.

I am very happy with my experience with lollicouture, everything was exactly what I ordered, and fit as expected. Love my new heels:-)

I love all there stuff but its taking very long to get my order

Placed my order two weeks ago, still haven't gotten it or any email so that I can track my package. Extremely frustrating.

Swimsuit was way too small, tag was cut off so I couldn't tell the actual size.

I paid for standard shipping and Lollicouture didn't actually process my order and shipment for almost 2 weeks! Per my tracking it going to take one and half week to arrive. This kind of shipping fee should have been free if it's going to take one month to to process and ship. Not impress at all.

Processing time took a full week and I still haven't gotten my package Soni can't give a review of the product. Hopefully I like my order because the price and selection are great enough to be a repeat customer
