Made my order since 3/18/16 and haven't got a tracking number or anything yet.
I called customer service and they was no help and very rude. I just want my order and I don't know why this company always take so long to send out orders when shipping is 5-7 business day according to the website
Ordered 2 swimsuits and they fit horribly. One didn't have any elastic in the bottoms whatsoever, therefore I was unable to get them past my thighs
You all sent me an EXTRA SMALL swimsuit when I ordered a large and will not take it back or refund me. I reached out to the support team and have yet to get a response. AWFUL!
Upon making an order on March 17th 2016 there was an issue with shipping I received no shipping information and I in turn called on March 24th looking for some type of shipping update for my order I was told I never made in order after going back and forth and a 3rd phone call to customer service I was told if there was a issue with my email address the order was found and then I was sent tracking number as of March 26th 2016 I have yet to receive my order I do not like their time beta dates and and tracking methods the order was placed on March 17th and with 3-day ground I should have released received my shipment it's been well over 3 days I do a lot of online shopping and at best from California to New York it's normally 3 Day ground so I am not happy
Great purchase true to size. Just am not crazy about the toe. Prefer a round toe
I placed my order with no problem. The selection of dresses is awesome and since this was my first order I ordered one size larger just to make sure I got the right fit because of my experience with other websites, whose large is really a medium. I had no problem here lollicouture dress size was on point and made very well. I can't wait to receive other two dresses that are on back order. I will be ordering from here again and recommend lollicouture to my friends.
Olanma84 I'm back again. I WILL COMTINUE TO LEAVE REVIEWS. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I paid an extra $70 for 2 day shipping and still didn't come until after 10 days. When I finally got my order it wasn't complete. NOT TRUE TO SIZE AND QUALITY WAS DISGUSTING. I repeat once again DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I will write a review every week to ensure everyone sees it.
Well I have tried numerous times to phone them about my order and can not get threw the answering machine said call at office hours and I was calling with in buisness hours was not happy about that if you can't get threw about a question then it's not very helpful
Usually there is a sticker or tag with your purchase that allows you to return it. I had to search out the phone number on the small printed paper that came with the purchase. I called the number and then they told me I had to go online and print put a return. Cumbersome process.
The operator was pleasant but I asked for my shoes not to be shipped I wanted to exchange them for another style the three styles I picked weren't available in my size so I asked them to hold off till the end of that day and all of a sudden it was shipped I really do not want these shoes anymore so now I have to go through the headache of returning them.
I ordered a bathing suit and i do like it however i ordered it in medium but it fits more like a small and I did look at the sizing chart. So it is not true to size it runs smaller, and unfortunately I can't exchange it.

I placed my order on 3/16 and as of 3/24 it still says processing. I emailed customer service 2 days ago asking when it would ship and got no response. I wish it stated it would take 7 or more days to process an order on an item that was in stock. My credit card was charged immediately so I assumed it was shipped.

I was very satisfied with me ordering experience and timely delivery.
I ordered an item and also got the 2 day shipping, which is very very expensive. The shipping cost more than the clothing I bought. Long story short it's been two weeks since I ordered the top and it still hasn't arrived yet. I called customer service and received no help whatsoever. I am young and work in the service industry so I am very sympathetic to problems that may or may not occur, so it is bad if I ever leave a negative review. My experience with this site has sucked completely.
I ordered a small size, I rceived medium, took picture and email right away, have not heard after a week. I small 4ft 11" tall, luckily the medium size fit me so need to return.
Shoes were way to big and spending more just to return them.
