Was informed by a rude representative that indeed the boots did not have a side zipper but I had to send them a photo and request a return authorization. Sent the photo, received a return #, pending approval. That was a week ago, still no
Approval. Will donate the boots to charity. DO NOT waste your time and money with this vendor.

This is my 2nd order with lollicouture. No issues. But this time Just be aware, if you order on Saturday and Sunday you will not be able to make any changes or cancel your order because they are closed. No one answers the phone. And when they give you a percentage off your purchase, you are really paying full price because the shipping fees are outrageous. Therefore you are not really getting a deal. I will not be shopping there anymore. FOR REAL!

Over a week later and im still waiting on them to process my order. I spent over $92 on 5 dresses and a sale item and 4 days later started to wonder why my order would still be processing and hadn't received a shipping confirmation yet. On their website they claim as long as you order within a certain time, you get same day processing. They also claim free shipping on orders over $50 which i did not receive either. I called there customer service four times, each time getting a busy signal immediately. I tried calling them again the next day and finally was able to get through to a very rude rep. She proceeded to tell me that the reason that my items have not shipped yet is because every item that i picked that wasnt on sale out of there entire website had a code on the end of them and that required extra time to process... Which not only did it sound like this wasn't her first customer complaint on this problem, but also made me wonder what was so special about these items that looked just as nice as everything else on the site? If they're items take this long to ship, they should clearly state that instead of bragging about other deals which they clearly do not follow up on. I would not recommend this site to anyone, it's a freaking scam.

Ordered products about 2 weeks ago have not received any shipping confirmation! Will not shop here again and I do not recommend.

I purchased the Palm Tree pants, which are completely adorable, by the way. It was easy to find what I was looking for and completing the purchase. My pants arrived on my doorstep shortly after purchasing. I am an online shopping connoisseur, and I will be definitely order from LolliCouture.com again!
