Not very fast

I ordered a swim suit but it is taking forever to be sent. The website is not cell phone friendly either. Overall, next time, I won't buy something.

Damaged Goods

I ordered on March 20,2016 and I received my order on March 29. Then to top it off the shoes we're damaged. The strap wasn't even sewn to the shoe. This is very poor experience and the return policy is so stupid, I have never gone through so much bull$#*! in my life. Especially for something I paid my money for. They want me to return ship out of pocket and when they done examining their stuff they will refund my money. I will never ever visit this website again thanks to your bogus $#*! policies and quality of stuff. No soon as I get my damn money!

Not Great

The dress quality was very low. One dress I bought is so short it could only be worn as a shirt. The model must've been 3' tall! Communication once the order was placed was terrible. I had to call after 4 or 5 days just to make sure they got my order. Shipping was quick, but I didn't even get one of the items I bought. Had to call to get a refund. Not a great experience. Wish I would've ordered from another company.

I never got anything in the mail

My experience has been terrible. I ordered one time didn't receive an email confirmation, so I ordered again thinking I did something wrong. I got the same reply as the first time. I haven't received anything at all. I really like the clothes I see online but this is terrible!

I had been reluctant to order online because in the past I had ordered and I received to little cheaply made clothing for China, I took and chance on your site because of the cute dresses and great prices. Horrible

I ordered 1 Tshirt and paid $70 for next day air and did not receive my Tshirt for 3 weeks! Nobody ever answers the phone there and I was never refunded my next day air shipping fee! Unbelievable j am an avid online shopper and this is one site I will never order from again!

Loved the sandals

No customer service

I ordered a swim suit over 2 weeks ago and have not received any information regarding my order other than a paypal receipt. When I contacted "customer service" I inquired about the status of my order and provided the Paypal transaction ID. I got a response asking for the order number or the Paypal ID. I responded saying I already sent the Paypal ID in my previous email and I resent it and highlighted it. I then got the exact same response, asking for the Paypal ID. If I don't get an appropriate response in the next couple days I will be contacting Paypal to submit a complaint.

My client had a book signing scheduled for tonight, March 30th. On Sunday we ordered a pair of boots and paid for two day shipping. Sunday night after the order was placed I sent an e mail to customer service asking them to make sure the boots went out on Monday.

It was not until last night, Tuesday that we received an e mail stating the order was on hold because they needed to verify more information. I sent e mails back asked them to cancel the order and refund my clients card. No response. I then called the customer service phone number and the gal that answered the phone could not help me and told me I had to call *******332 and speak to some manager. Of course they did not pick up and it went straight to voicemail.
