I have ordered my bathing suits weeks ago and have yet to receive it. Thought it would be here by my daughters birthday and its has been more than 2 weeks. No email no update no nothing. Will i ever get My package. I called and they said its in process and i will get an email when it is ready to be shipped. Dont think i would order again especially is i never get my bathing suits.
I found the exact shoes I was looking for at Macy's and they were even cheaper. They arrived shortly after and fit perfectly, they seem to be quality materials as well. Very happy to find these shoes for my wedding day in such short notice!
Two of the shoes I received were different from the picture and one I would like to return but I know returning would cost more then the shoe that makes me a little upset.
Never received a confirmation email when i placed my order. Been over a week and still haven't received my order even though i paid for rush delivery. Emailed customer service and have not heard anything back!

I placed my order for my bathing suit on March 24th and payed $68.59 for two day shipping hoping to receive it before I left for vacation on April 1st. When I didn't receive a shipping confirmation within a few day I would call multiple times a day to speak with a representative. The line would be busy most times and when I finally got through, it would take about ten minutes before a representative answered my call and I was hung up on. When I was finally able to talk to a representative I was told that my order was still in the processing process and that I should receive it in time. By Wednesday the 30th I still have not received a shipping confirmation and knew that if it wasn't shipped by then I would not receive it in time. I called the customer service number again to cancel my order and refund me the money. While at work on Thursday the 31st at 1:34am (I work overnight) I received an email saying that my email was shipped. I had to call multiple times during the business hours to again get the busy signal and to be hung up on when I finally got through TWICE. When I was finally able to explain my issue with a representative she took my number and said that she would call me back which she never did. Then when I finally came back from vacation the bathing suit top was too small and I can't return it. This place has terrible service and should work on improving it if they plan on staying in business.
I am very satisfied with the prompt service I was stunned. But on the other hand the product was not of my satisfaction the shoe was too big in the ankle and leg area but it is a very cute gladiator sandal, I will have to take it to the shop to get tightened

Can not get in contact with costumer service and some products in my order were broken (have broken zippers), would like a refund because product is unwearable.
Great prices and love the fact that they're vegan. I wish the shipping wasn't so expensive but at least they arrived 1 day sooner than expected.
I placed an order for 3 dresses on 3/28.
I still do not have the dresses.
When they finally get here I hope they are worth the wait.
I placed a large order on march 25th and only found out yesterday that my order was being kept on hold - after trying 3 DEAD numbers that you list on your website and finally looking up my order number by navigating your site for 20 minutes. Nobody emailed me and nobody called me to let me know this order was placed on hold. I am now leaving for an important vacation in two days without the swimsuit i hoped to be engaged in.
Also, i spent almost $300 and wasn't allowed free shipping. Very disappointing.
Unfortunately for me, you guys have the swimsuits i want, so i will be placing another order in the near future. I hope it goes more smoothly this time, and i'd really like a special discount and free shipping for all this trouble.
Came fast! And for only paying $35 for a pair of heels I was a little nervous about the quality but they are fantastic!
I fell in love with these sandals the moment the pic came up online. And now that I actually own them, it is love at second sight.
