Very poor experience with this company as first & LAST purchase. Bait and switch on shipping cost. Employees very rude & unhelpful. Lie and say items were shipped 2 hours after I purchased could not provide evidence and would not allow me to cancel due to their misrepresentation. Also would not refund shipping cost. Not happy at all,"manager sounds about 15 years old, doesn't answer question and just repeats talking points over and over and over. Terrible, never been treating so poorly and manipulated. They don't know what customer service is and because of that I will no longer be one of yours.
I just received my shoes and havent worn them yet.
My only problem is how expensive shipping was. Eeek!
However shoes fit perfectly and are of good quality and pretty color.
I PLACED AND ORDER AND PAID TO HAVE IT SHIPPED IN 2 days I called to cancel my order for 3 days before I got ahold of someone and when I did she was beyond rude and hung up in my face because I told her I wanted my money back that I didn't want the stuff... I will NEVER order from this company again they suck
I ordered from this site over a week ago with the assumption that I would have my order within a week as stated on the web site! Its been over a week and I still haven't gotten my package. I was told after calling the customer service line for three days that the package wouldn't arrive to my home for another week or week in a half! Save your time and money!
I had formal coming up and had ordered a dress online. I paid more in shipping than I did for the dress to make sure it got here on time. I saw on the website it said to call the customer service number if you had a specific deadline and needed an order pushed through. When I called, I got a mumbling lady that said processing took 3-4 days and then shipping took 2-4 days which would've put me past the date that I needed to wear the dress. Therefore, when I inquired about what the website said and she said "let me put you on hold and ask" and then proceeded to HANG UP ON ME. So I called right back thinking it might've been a mistake and NO ONE picked up the phone. I was on hold for over 35 minutes until I finally figured out that it was now past 5pm and the office had probably gone home. The next day I called at 10am right when they opened and was on hold again for 15 minutes this time. I had to go to class but when I called back, there was nothing but a busy tone. It was like this all day until about 4pm when I waited another 45 minutes on hold to have the lady pick up the phone and say hello, when I didn't answer fast enough I was hung up on AGAIN. This made me absolutely furious. They literally have one person working their customer service line and SHE IS HORRIBLE. I understand it's probably not the most fun job but she really has no customer service skills whatsoever. I did get my dress on time thanks to their shipping being prompt, but to no credit from their customer service representative. What an awful experience. The dress was fantastic and I won best dressed at my formal. It's a shame their customer service person shines such a poor light on their company because I really do like their clothes and the shipping worked out just fine.
I placed my order on 4/3 and received no confirmation. On 4/9 I called and the line was busy for hours and then I finally talked to someone who told me my order was a special order that had not been received in their warehouse. She predicted another week for shipment... waiting two weeks for a shirt? I won't shop here again...
Before I ordered I checked the processing time and shipping times. So on the website it says one thing but when I called I was told the truth. So basicslly the site states 3-4 days of processing then whatever shipping method you choice. I called in and was notified procrssing can be anywhere from a week to two weeks. If I knew that I would have never ordered the swimsuit. I called twice and was told someone would contact me. Two weeks later nothing.
The items ordered were absolutely beautiful and high quality products. Sensual, sexy, and elegant. Arrival time was spot on and no problems whatsoever.
Did not receive a confirmation email so I called in and the representative was extremely rude. It also took them about a week and a half to finally shimmy products when I was told they would ship within the next couple of days.
Order was received with great satisfaction. Product was what I expected.

I tried calling several time regarding my order an no answers or the number is not working. I purchased these items for my vacation but I don't see it arriving before this Thursday.
I have yet to receive my package and I place the order on March the 31. Hoping to get a call back soon before I take the issue to small claims court.

Shipping was quick, however when I did receive my bathing suits I noticed one of the tops was defective the stiching was falling apart and it was also sent in the wrong size. I've completed an RMA form and have not been contacted. I also wish to exchange 2 others suits for different sizes.
I bought 3 bathing suits all the same size only 1 fit properly, one was way too small and one was too big and one fit OK. I wanted to return at least the 2 for sure and they said no returns. I have never ordered clothing online and not been able to return them (aside from clearance products), seriously? We are buying clothes online, we haven't tried them on yet! As I said they were all the same sizes but seemed like I was sent anything from XXS to M. I have 3 bathing suits that I have to send to Goodwill. I just threw 60 bucks away to find out this company is ripoff and sends out china manufactured, inconsistent sized, clothing.

They have held my order for over a week now and won't ship it to me because I have a different billing and shipping address. I want the items I paid for. The customer service is also very slow

Answer: The quality is terrible. There's glue visible in certain parts of the shoes. I would not take my chances with this company. It took weeks of back and forth emails with them just so I can send back my purchases. They do not come with return mailing labels or addresses. Also you have to pay the return shipping as well which is a pain. Read their ridiculous return policies and feedback. I was warned and didn't listen. I wish I would have though.
Answer: Dont believe nothing they tell u this site is fake they take ur money supposely send u ur items give u a fake tracking number n u never get your things. Its been a year since i order was suppose to get a credit n didnt get either or.

Answer: SIZING RUNS SUPER SUPER SMALL, IM SLIM AND PETITE AND THEIR SMALLS FIT LIKE EXTRA SMALLS, ITS LIKE YOU WOULD HAVE TO ORDER 2/3 SIZES LARGER PLUS ITS A HORRIBLE SITE WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Answer: They do not provide tracking, and you! You will be lucky to receive any or all of your items you purchased. When you receive these items, check and make sure items are as ordered, from the material to decor of said item, and check them for dirt, when I received a fancy White Blouse I ordered-there was a big Coffee stain right in the middle of it!
